Instead of joining his family in seeing off his brother [[Tim Hansen|Tim]] after his recent visit, [[Coby Hansen|Coby]] is hanging out with his engineering mentor, Mr. [[Stanton]]. He soon receives a call from the [[Autobot]]s for him to help [[Overhaul (Cybertron)|Overhaul]] rescue a civilian Autobot in the form of an excavator who has fallen down a hill. As Coby checks over the excavator's systems, he talks about the ongoing search for the [[Omega Lock]], and the excavator suggests that the civilian Autobots hidden around [[Earth]] join in to speed things up.
Across the galaxy, on the world known as [[Jungle Planet (colony)|Jungle Planet]], Megatron and [[Starscream (Armada)/Cartoon continuity|Starscream]] search for any sign of civilization amongst the wilderness, there to begin the search for the second [[Cyber Planet Key]]. Happening upon a huge temple, the two Decepticons are confronted by the shrine's guardians, [[Snarl (Cybertron)|Snarl]] and [[Undermine (Cybertron)|Undermine]], and the planet's ruler, [[Scourge (Cybertron)|Scourge]], who stun Megatron and Starscream with their bestial transformations. Scourge insists that they talk like civilized beings, and Megatron complies, telling him the tale of the [[Unicron Singularity|black hole]] and the Cyber Planet Keys. Scourge is crafty enough to see through Megatron's claims of nobility and can tell that the Decepticon leader has a bigger plan in mind for the power of the Keys.

Back on Earth, word passes quickly amongst the civilian Autobots, until a [[Joyride (Cybertron)|motorcycle]] recognizes the [[Atlantis Pattern]]. As she speeds off to pass on her information, she is spotted by [[Thundercracker (Armada)|Thundercracker]] and comes under fire. [[Phreaker|A pay phone Autobot]] observes the attack and summons the other Autobots, who arrive to drive off Thundercracker and save the injured motorcycle. She tells the Autobots that she has seen the Atlantis Pattern carved into a rock out in the desert, and they quickly investigate, only to discover that it is another fake. The trip has not been made in vain, however: Included in the inscription are the coordinates of the Jungle Planet!

Denying the kids' requests to travel to the new planet with the Autobots, Optimus Prime appoints Overhaul and [[Landmine (Energon)|Landmine]] as the advance team to scout the planet, but as he and Vector Prime open the [[dimension gate]], Thundercracker swoops in for a sudden attack! Only Overhaul passes through the portal before Thundercracker fells Vector Prime, causing the gateway to close, and the Decepticon then blasts Optimus Prime, delivering such a shock to the Autobot leader that he transforms into truck mode and is left wide open for a killing shot. Scattorshot saves the day by grabbing Optimus's disconnected trailer and firing its cannons at Thundercracker, sending him spiraling off through the sky. As the Autobots pull themselves together, it turns out that Vector Prime's systems have been damaged, leaving him unable to open another dimension gate...meaning that Overhaul is stranded on Jungle Planet!

Overhaul is quick to assess his situation: The violent storms of Jungle Planet are blocking his communicator, so he decides to scale a nearby mountain to see if altitude will help. As he trundles along over the rough terrain, he spots Starscream overhead, departing for Earth through a dimension gate...just before an earthquake rips open a crevasse right under Overhaul's feet, leaving him dangling over a river of lava!

And back on Earth, Scattorshot receives a communication from one of the civilian Autobots, a submarine who has discovered the Atlantis Pattern deep below the ocean...
==Notes==
===Differences with ''Galaxy Force''===

[[File:Cyb ep10 deleted scene.jpg|thumb|upright=1.2|"This is ridiculous! We're an exploration ship, not a battlecruiser!"]]

*''Cybertron'' cuts the first twenty or so seconds of the episode, consisting of a short scene (pictured at right) of the rest of the Hansen family at the bus stop, actually seeing off Tim and wondering where Coby is.
*In ''Galaxy Force'', Coby wistfully comments that he's not seeing his brother off because he's sure he'll only annoy him. Taken together with a similar scene in the ''Galaxy Force'' version of "[[Fallen (episode)|Fallen]]", where Coby's family didn't congratulate him after winning a race, the suggestion is that Coby does not have the greatest relationship with the rest of his family. ''Cybertron'' elected to omit this aspect of Coby's character; here, Coby is not seeing his brother off because he is getting extra mechanics lesson from Stanton so he can help the Autobots more.
*In ''Galaxy Force'', Scourge already knows of the Cyber Planet Key within the temple—by name, no less. ''Cybertron'' makes it a bit more ambiguous, as Scourge merely glances knowingly at the temple statue which is later revealed to contain the Cyber Planet Key.
*In ''Galaxy Force'', the coordinates for the Jungle Planet do not come from the carving; Vector Prime has simply figured them out, making the whole thing with the motorcycle refugee...uh...pretty pointless.
*While the humans do want to go to Jungle Planet in both version of the show, Bud starts in with his request earlier in ''Cybertron'', replacing the dialogue of a short exchange between him and Scattorshot in which he asks the techie Autobot why he hasn't volunteered to go like the others. Scattorshot replies he'll go if ordered, but won't volunteer, since he'd be disappointed if he wasn't picked. His point is then punctuated by Jetfire slumping over in disappointment when he is passed over for the mission (still visible in ''Cybertron'').
*''Cybertron'' notes that the earthquake that threatens Overhaul is the result of Starscream speeding off so fast that he "rips up the geosphere". Erm, right.

===Continuity errors===

*Pretty much every attack name used in this episode is different from every past use of the attack. It's not the last time it'll happen, either. ''Galaxy Force'' remains rock-solidly consistent in this area, of course, but what else would you expect from a shonen anime involving mechas?
*Speaking of different names, in the closed captioning of ''Transformers: Cybertron'' — The Ultimate Collection, [[Joyride (Cybertron)|Joyride]] is incorrectly labelled as [[Lugnutz]].

===Continuity notes===

[[File:Cyb ep10 bike and bin.jpg|upright=1.2|thumb|You never had taste, did ya kid?]]

*Tim is returning home after the paying a visit to his family that was noted to be impending in the ''Galaxy Force'' version of "[[Collapse]]". Tim's visit was not mentioned in the ''Cybertron'' version of that episode, though, but it is in this one, even though the actual scene of Tim himself is cut. What've these early ''Cybertron'' episodes got against Tim?
*Vector Prime finds the coordinates for Jungle Planet in an Atlantis Pattern inscription, just as he did the coordinates for Velocitron back in "[[Landmine (episode)|Landmine]]".
*The submarine civilian Autobot previously appeared in "[[Hidden]]".

===Trivia===
*The Autobot who shows the motorcycle refugee a hologram of the Atlantis Pattern appears to have a trash bin for an [[alternate mode]]!!
*The Autobots' phone number is 318–1060.
*The "Beast Totem" later revealed to hold Jungle Planet's Cyber Planet Key resembles an organic approximation of Scourge's [[dragon]] alt mode. It's not clear which dragon came first, but seeing as how Scourge transformed the Totem into its true form in [[Primal (Cybertron)|a later episode]], it seems that the Totem is based on his [[beast mode]] and not the other way around.
*First appearance of Phreaker, the pay phone Transformer!

Erm, right.
===Continuity errors===

*Pretty much every attack name used in this episode is different from every past use of the attack. It's not the last time it'll happen, either. ''Galaxy Force'' remains rock-solidly consistent in this area, of course, but what else would you expect from a shonen anime involving mechas?
*Speaking of different names, in the closed captioning of ''Transformers: Cybertron'' — The Ultimate Collection, [[https://tfwiki.net/wiki/Joyride_(Cybertron):Joyride]] is incorrectly labelled as [[Lugnutz]].

===Trivia===
'''The Autobots' quest heats up as their civilian friends join the search, and the location of the second Cyber Planet Key is discovered.'''

==Synopsis==
[[File:Cyb ep10 excavator autobot.jpg|left|thumb|upright=1.2|"Damage report?"<br>"Believe me, you don't wanna know."]]

On [[Velocitron]], [[Red Alert (Armada)|Red Alert]] delivers a report to [[Optimus Prime (Armada)/Cartoon continuity|Optimus Prime]] on Earth, but holds back from telling him all the details of [[Hot Shot (Armada)/Cartoon continuity|Hot Shot]]'s breach of protocol and the upcoming race for the [[Planet Cup]]. As he reflects on the circumstances, Red Alert spies [[Crumplezone (Cybertron)|Crumplezone]] and [[Ransack (Cybertron)|Ransack]] roughing up [[Dirt Boss (Cybertron)|Dirt Boss]] in an attempt to get the rough-and-tumble racer to join up with the [[Decepticon]]s. Dirt Boss refuses, wanting to beat [[Override (Cybertron)|Override]] alone, but when the planet leader herself appears and tries to help Dirt Boss against the two goons, he takes offense and decides that he will join [[Megatron (Armada)/Cartoon continuity|Megatron]]'s forces after all.

[[File:Cyb ep10 enter the dragon.jpg|upright=1.2|thumb|"I believe you're soon to have... how shall I put it? 'Difficulties' of your own. Yesss."]]

[[File:Cyb ep10 overhaul on jungle planet.jpg|left|upright=1.2|thumb|"No, no, ''no!'' It's all wrong! This cannot be Earth!"]]

Erm, right.

===Continuity errors===

*Pretty much every attack name used in this episode is different from every past use of the attack. It's not the last time it'll happen, either. ''Galaxy Force'' remains rock-solidly consistent in this area, of course, but what else would you expect from a shonen anime involving mechas?
*Speaking of different names, in the closed captioning of ''Transformers: Cybertron'' — The Ultimate Collection, [[Joyride]] is incorrectly labelled as [[Lugnutz]].

===Trivia===
'''The Autobots and Decepticons mobilize against the Necrotitan in Iacon, the ''Lost Light''ers work with Windblade's team to save Metroplex, and it's showdown time in the Dead Universe!'''

==Synopsis==
On [[Cybertron (planet)|Cybertron]], [[Bumblebee (G1)/2005 IDW continuity|Bumblebee]] carries [[Megatron (G1)/2005 IDW continuity|Megatron]] toward [[Iacon (polity)|Iacon]]. The [[Decepticon]] leader does not seem especially hopeful of their chances in defeating the [[Quintessa (IDW)|Necrotitan]] razing the city, given that they can't ''kill'' it since it isn't ''alive'', but Bumblebee interprets this as a desire to not fight at all; in actuality, Megatron explains, he seeks to put saving the populace ahead of fighting their enemy.

In Iacon, [[Starscream (G1)/2005 IDW continuity|Starscream]] has thrown in the towel, and congratulates [[Rattrap (BW)|Rattrap]] on out-scheming him. Rattrap, however, isn't very interested in taking charge of a burned-out city, and has allied with the combined [[Autobot]] and Decepticon forces under [[Prowl (G1)/2005 IDW continuity|Prowl]] and [[Soundwave (G1)/2005 IDW continuity|Soundwave]]'s command. Recognizing that [[Shockwave (G1)/2005 IDW continuity|Shockwave]] is relying on them in-fighting, Prowl takes charge of the situation and decides to play things logically, organizing the treatment of the wounded, the evacuation of the survivors, and a counter-strike against the Titan by [[Ironhide (G1)/2005 IDW continuity|Ironhide]], [[Arcee (G1)/2005 IDW continuity|Arcee]], and the [[Dinobot (G1)|Dinobots]].

Within [[Metroplex (G1)|Metroplex]], [[Getaway]] defuses the standoff between his crewmates and the newly arrived [[Nautica (G1)|Nautica]] and [[Chromia (G1)|Chromia]] by observing that the two [[female Transformer]]s are also wearing Autobot insignias. As the [[Ammonite]]s come smashing into the room, the two females lead [[Ultra Magnus (G1)/2005 IDW continuity|Ultra Magnus]], [[Ratchet (G1)/2005 IDW continuity|Ratchet]], and [[Brainstorm (G1)/2005 IDW continuity|Brainstorm]] back up the cable they entered the room on, while the others hold off their attackers. On the way, Nautica recognizes Ratchet from her recent studies; the medi-bot attempts to raise the subject of their gender, but Chromia's nonplussed response convinces him to table the matter. Following the arrows on Metroplex's walls—painted by Chromia and Nautica—they arrive in Metroplex's left shoulder blade, now housing his relocated [[brain module]] and Nautica and Chromia's leader, [[Windblade (G1)|Windblade]].

In the [[Dead Universe]], [[Nightbeat (G1)|Nightbeat]] leads [[Optimus Prime (G1)/2005 IDW continuity|Orion Pax]]'s team through a [[Sweep (G1)|Sweep]] horde to the chamber holding [[Kup (G1)/2005 IDW continuity|Kup]]. As the weakening [[Cyclonus (G1)/2005 IDW continuity|Cyclonus]] stands guard, the others set to work freeing the old-timer, and [[Hot Rod (G1)/2005 IDW continuity|Rodimus]] explains to Orion the meaning of the numbers on his hand. After he revealed to his crew his role in the presence of [[Overlord (Masterforce)|Overlord]] on their ship, he invoked the [[Crisis Act]] and had them vote on whether or not he should stay on as captain; the majority voted for him, but 89 wanted him out, and he carved the numbers on his hand as a personal reminder. Instead of the "standard Optimus pep talk" he is expecting, Rodimus is instead greeted with scorn from Orion, who angrily points out that if he was actually ashamed of his actions, he would have simply resigned, and that he only invoked the Crisis Act because he thought he would win. The team subsequently sets Kup free, but just as the old 'bot is giving a speech about how he's ready for anything, [[Nova Prime]] appears, hurls the unconscious Cyclonus into Kup, and challenges Orion to a showdown.

Windblade explains the current situation to Magnus's team; infected with the [[alchemical virus]], Metroplex transported himself to the alien planet they are now on, knowing its oceans would slow the disease's spread, then relocated his brain to hide it from any subsequent attempts on his life. As she and her team are only recent arrivals themselves, Windblade has been informed of this by Metroplex himself, who communicates in patterns of color and light that flash on his brain—the trio are actually members of [[Thunder Clash|Thunderclash]]'s crew who came to Metroplex's aid at the request of [[Alpha Trion (G1)|Alpha Trion]], who was unable to help his longtime partner because he was "close to finding the Holy Grail". Remembering the ''[[Lost Light]]''<nowiki>'</nowiki>s own previous encounter with Thunderclash and how they used its quantum engines to give his ship the ''[[Vis Vitalis]]'' a power boost, Magnus organizes a repeat of that procedure, with Metroplex as the recipient of the quantum energy. Using the alien sea as a conduit for the energy, Magnus tries to wake Metroplex, calling on him to use the ship's power to teleport them all home.

Things aren't going too well back on Cybertron, where doctors [[Flatline (G1)|Flatline]] and [[Fixit (G1)|Fixit]] are arguing, the attack on the Necrotitan isn't even registering (much to [[Slag (G1)|Slug]]'s annoyance), and an [[energon]] leak in a burning building causes an explosion that takes out Arcee and Ironhide. Unable to follow the logic of Shockwave's moves, Prowl questions Soundwave in hopes of gaining more information, but the spymaster has no clue as to his goals, only a belief they can defeat him. Prowl, on the other hand, believes that they will need a miracle... at which point, having chosen his moment rather carefully for maximum drama, Megatron has Bumblebee carry him into view. Prowl is ready to start shooting, but Megatron offers up a plan: evacuate all survivors to [[Moonbase Two|Luna-2]], gather all other Decepticon soldiers out in space, and strike back. Bumblebee refuses to retreat, scoffing at Megatron's attestation that he fights for freedom, and insists they will make a stand... and just as his speech concludes, the familiar light of a quantum jump appears in the sky, and the ''Lost Light'' and a functioning Metroplex appear!
==Quotes==
"Easy does it, Kup. Are you alright? Can you stand?"<br>
"Can I stand? Can I '''stand?''' Kid, I've been standin' since before it was '''fashionable.'''"<br>
"But are you '''feeling''' okay?"<br>
"I've had worse than '''this'''. I've been spiked by '''Squadron X''', dipped in the '''smeltin' pool''', framed for treason, shot into the sun—and I was the only 'bot still trapped inside the '''Nightmare Engine''' when everyone else '''woke up.''' I've seen off every rinky-dink, two-bit, catchpenny Decepticon rust-poker, and I got the dents in my knuckles to prove it. End of the day? I'm ready for anything you can throw at me."
:—'''Nightbeat''' sets up '''Kup''' up for a pretty badass speech.

"I get the feeling that every second we're not on Cybertron, we're playing into Shockwave's hands."<br>
''(pause)''<br>
"Hand."
:—'''Ultra Magnus'''. Dohohohoho!

"Trion was '''flustered.''' He could feel Metroplex was '''hurting''' but couldn't go to his aid because... what was it he said, Chromia?"<br>
"I wasn't listening. He was being all '''faux-enigmatic''' and I wanted to lamp him."
:—'''Nautica''' and '''Chromia'''

'''Prowl:''' "Unless your faith can conjure up a '''miracle''', Cybertron is going to fall."<br>
'''Megatron:''' "I've been called many things... but never '''that'''. Not by an '''Autobot''', anyway."<br>
'''Bumblebee:''' <small>"He had me waiting there for like '''twenty seconds''' for a '''dramatic''' entrance."</small>

"The '''people''' are my utmost concern. I've led an army battling for '''freedom''' for '''millions''' of years—"<br>
"No, that's '''not''' what you led '''at all'''. You were a gang of '''destroyers''', ravaging the galaxy in the name of a '''cause''' you'd '''forgotten'''—except when you needed an '''excuse.'''"
:—'''Megatron''' and '''Bumblebee'''

==Notes==
===Continuity notes===
*Nautica initially mistakes Ratchet for his fellow medical practitioner [[Pharma (G1)|Pharma]], who has put in previous appearances in issues [[Life After the Big Bang|#4]]-[[How Ratchet Got His Hands Back|5]] and [[Remain in Light 1 of 5: The Fecund Moon|#17]]-[[Remain in Light 5 of 5: This Calamitous Life|21]]. In fact, in real life Alex Milne based Pharma's head off of Ratchet's, giving an intentional similarity to signify their shared history.
*Overlord's rampage took place in [[Under Cold Blue Stars|issue #15]]; Rodimus's involvement in his presence was revealed in issue #21. We didn't see him reveal this secret to the rest of the crew on-panel, but the voting was hinted at back in [[Winners & Losers: Dark Cybertron Chapter 3|Chapter 3]] of the event, when a large "VOTE" appeared on the ship's noticeboard.
*Kup references [[Squadron X]], the Decepticon commando group featured in ''[[The Transformers: Last Stand of the Wreckers|Last Stand of the Wreckers]]'', and the mysterious [[Nightmare Engine]], also mentioned in that series and in [[The Gloaming|issue #16]].
*Thunderclash, the ''Vis Vitalis'', and the quantum engine boosting procedure appeared in [[Little Victories|issue #22]].
*Alpha Trion chronologically last appeared in the ''[[The Transformers: Ironhide|Ironhide]]'' mini-series, in which he was first seen working with Metroplex; ''[[Omega's Conundrum|Spotlight: Orion Pax]]'' expanded on the pair's relationship to show how long they had been working together.
*Flatline is not impressed with Fixit's med-trailer, which we saw in ''Robots in Disguise'' [[Second Exodus|issue #18]].
*Flatline also references the plights of [[Omega Supreme (G1)|Omega Supreme]], who has been offline since [[The End of the Beginning of the World|''Robots in Disguise'' #11]], and the [[Aerialbot (G1)|Aerialbots]], who were gravely wounded in [[Plan for Everything|issue #15]].
*Megatron notes that he has other soldiers out in space in addition to the [[Decepticon Justice Division]]; it's unlikely he's referring to them specifically, but we saw that there were indeed groups of other Decepticons who hadn't returned to Cybertron when we met the [[Scavenger (group)|Scavengers]] in [[Rules of Disengagement (issue)|issue #7]], and then later with the group occupying [[Temptoria]] in [[Before & After|issue #12]].

*[[Simon Furman]] created the idea of the Crisis Act in the [[The Transformers (Marvel comic)|Marvel Comics]] issue "[[The Pri¢e of Life!]]", in which Kup threatened to invoke it and relieve Optimus Prime of command. James Roberts made use of the concept once before, in his unofficial novel, ''Eugenesis'', in which it was Prowl's leadership put to the vote.

===Real-world references===
*This issue takes its title from the {{w|William Blake}} poem, "{{w|The Tyger}}", which contains the line: "Tyger, Tyger, burning bright/In the forests of the night."
*Brainstorm scans Metroplex's brain module with a P.K.E. Meter from the ''{{w|Ghostbusters}}'' franchise.
*When she and Nautica are leading Ratchet and Ultra Magnus to Metroplex's brain, Chromia sarcastically refers to her commander, Windblade, as "She-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named", a reference to the character of Voldemort, the primary antagonist in the ''{{w|Harry Potter}}'' series, who is often referred to in-story as "He-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named."

===Errors===
*The final page informs readers the story "Continues in ''Transformers: Robots in Disguise'' #27!", but Chapter 9 is actually ''The Transformers: Robots in Disguise'' #26.
*Being that they are from a colony world that was settled long before the Great War, when the Autobots and Decepticons didn't exist as factions, Nautica, Chromia, and Windblade '''shouldn't have''' Autobrands. It's possible that they took them when they joined with Thunderclash, but it has not, as yet, been explained how the three [[Caminus (planet)|Camiens]] became Autobots.
*On the penultimate page, Starscream suddenly appears for a single panel behind Megatron. The next issue shows that he is still at the medcenter in Iacon.

===Edits===
Similar to the [[pack-in material|pack-in]] versions of various other existing IDW comics, the version of this issue available with the ''[[Transformers: Generations|Generations]]'' Deluxe Class [[Windblade (G1)#Generations|Windblade]] toy was also subject to some changes:
*Multiple edits right on page 1 (not counting the "previously" page): In panel 3, Megatron's first speech bubble completely omits the sentence "I'd say we're '''both''' full of something.", with the speech bubble itself resized accordingly; in the same panel, Bumblebee's speech bubble has the sentence "If it's '''alive''', we can '''kill''' it." changed to "If it's '''alive''', we can '''destroy''' it.", without the speech bubble itself being resized; in panel 4, Megatron's second speech bubble is changed from "Shockwave's ores control '''life''' and '''death'''—and his monster has '''both''' running through its veins." to "Shockwave's ores control '''life'''—and his monster has more than '''that''' running through its veins.", with the speech bubble itself resized accordingly; Megatron's subsequent speech bubble in the same panel is shortened from "We '''can't''' kill it because it '''isn't''' alive. It isn't '''anything'''." to simply "It '''isn't''' alive. It isn't '''anything'''.", with the speech bubble itself resized accordingly; and lastly, in panel 5, Bumblebee's speech bubble is changed from "So you just want to let everybody '''die''', let Cybertron '''fall'''?" to "So you just want to let everybody down, let Cybertron '''fall'''?", without the speech bubble itself being resized.
*Three edits on page 3: Rattrap's second speech bubble in panel 2 (with panel 1 being the two-page spread across pages 2 and 3) is changed from "Guys're dyin' out dere." to "It's lookin' bad out dere.", with the speech bubble itself resized accordingly; Starscream's second speech bubble in panel 3 has "guessing '''what's''' going to kill me" changed to "guessing '''what's''' going to destroy me", without the speech bubble itself being resized; and his third speech bubble in the same panel has "you putting a '''bullet''' in my spark" changed to "you '''blasting''' my spark", also without the speech bubble itself being resized.
*On page 4, Starscream's first speech bubble in panel 2 has "big purple '''killing machine'''" changed to "big purple '''destruction machine'''", with the speech bubble itself resized accordingly.
*On page 5, Prowl's first speech bubble in panel 3 has "Starscream—either lay down and '''die'''" changed to "Starscream—either give up", with the speech bubble itself resized accordingly.
*On page 7, Ultra Magnus's speech bubble in panel 1 is changed from "Ammonites…" to "Minicons…", without the speech bubble itself being resized.
*Three edits on page 10, all of them without the speech bubbles themselves being resized: In panel 1, Cyclonus's first speech bubble is changed from "Shoot on—*kaff*—sight?" to "Blast on—*kaff*—sight?"; Optimus Prime's second speech bubble in the same panel is changed from "I can't imaginge anything trying to enter this room that doesn't want to kill us…" to "I can't imaginge anything trying to enter this room that doesn't want to destroy us…"; and Rodimus's third speech bubble in panel 3 completely omits the words "and people died".
*One small edit and one major edit on page 15: In panel 1, Brainstorm's first speech bubble has "In fact, here '''sucks'''." changed to "In fact, here '''stinks'''."; and in panel 3, Windblade's first speech bubble completely omits the sentence "At this rate, Metroplex is going to die out here, millions of miles from home.", with the speech bubble massively resized and both Ultra Magnus's first speech bubble and Windblade's second speech bubble moved further up. Because the sentence it would have followed up on is now missing, Ultra Magnus's speech bubble also begins with "Maybe. But" instead of "Maybe not." On the other hand, the name "Ammonites" in Brainstorm's second speech bubble in panel 1 ''isn't'' changed to "Minicons", as it was on page 7.
*On page 17, Fixit's first speech bubble in panel 4 has "this flatline idiot" shortened to simply "this '''flatline'''", with the word boldfaced for emphasis and the speech bubble itself not resized.
*On page 18, Slag/Slug's second speech bubble in panel 2 is changed from "Hey"! '''Hey, jerk!'''" to "Hey! '''Hey, you!'''"
*On page 20, Prowl's speech bubble in panel 3 has "convince me not to start '''shooting'''" changed to "convince me not to start '''blasting'''".

===Trivia===
*Artist breakdown: No surprises here—Rojo on Cybertron, Raiz on the ''Lost Light'', Ramondelli on the Dead Universe.
*This issue marks the first appearance of Windblade, the first "Fan-Built Bot", who received her own [[Windblade (G1)#Generations|toy]] in the ''[[Transformers: Generations|Generations]]'' line as part of Hasbro'''s [[Thrilling 30]]'' celebration, and unsurprisingly, this issue came packaged with her figure. However, this issue would begin a trend that carried through to the end of "Dark Cybertron", where the packaging art of other, unrelated characters was featured on one of the variant covers, rather than the relevant character the comic was packed with, as had been the case for the first half of the crossover—perhaps suggesting that the planned order for the toys had become uncertain, requiring "emergency" fill-ins. For this issue, Jiminez's packaging art of Legends Class ''Generations'' Tailgate is used for the subscription cover.
*In James Roberts' fan novel [[Eugenesis]], Prowl also underwent the Crisis Act, and the vote (108/89) was the same. Seems [[113]] isn't the only number to get referenced!
