Fun fact for anybody who wants to bother reading the talk page: Shizu-chan and her partner in the VA duo? They have a reputation in the industry of being incredibly flirty- but only with females! They're lesbian pioneers. There's no real source for this except Japanese blogs and stuff and this isn't really a Wiki to worry about that sort of thing. But hey, there you go. The Death-bringer's origins were tied to [[Primus]] the First Light when Cybertron was initially formed. In that time, the [[Light God]] split his essence into five avatars of his being. These included Mortilus, [[Solomus]], [[Epistemus]], [[Adaptus]] and Primus himself who all formed a pantheon of deities called the [[Guiding Hand]]. Mortilus became the Death-bringer who represented the necessary corollary to life. These gods brought about the first [[Golden Age]] for [[Cybertronians]] which was shattered when Mortilus brought division amongst them as he wanted to wage war against the cosmos. His dissension saw Solomus entrapped in a [[Matrix of Leadership|crystal container]], Epistemus as a [[brain module]], Adaptus as a [[transformation cog]] and mortally wounded Primus himself. Mortilus's rebellion caused Cybertron to shudder and ripped asunder its first moon. Not just content with releasing music, Tokyo Girls' Style appear in many different talk shows, game shows, and promotional appearances to spread their adorable mugs across the TV screens.

Tokyo Girls' Style appear in segments of Transformers Prime after the main episode. There the girls play with Transformers and learn about the franchise and world from the disembodied voice of Vector Sigma.

*While Tokyo Girls' Style may seem to foreigners like an odd choice for a CGI kids' show like Prime, the Japanese public have some of the most devoted fans around. Idol worship (Ha!) is being used by TV Aichi to draw in extra viewers who might never check out Transformers: Prime in the first place just to see their favourite girls. Additionally, Tokyo Girls' Style is one of the more wholesome Idol groups and are managed by a professional company. All publicity is good publicity!

*TGS' members appear to be young teenagers, but in fact all their ages are kept secret to preserve their professional Idol aura. While some might find this to be morally suspect, it improves marketability by making the girls more relatable to different age-groups, divided by how they dress or behave when appealing to each group.
