==Movie Jolt vs Movie Jolt==
Sorry if the post about Jolt not being confused with the previously released Jolt wasn't a good one... Just thought it was sort of a unique case that should be addressed, what with there being two movie Jolts, and unlike the 2007 one which didn't appear in any movies and has since been changed to a different character, also not appearing in the movies, the new Jolt is in the movie. I know that's what disambiguation is for, but I just thought it was an interesting bit of trivia that a movie character's name was already used in the movieverse, though for a different character. ==Megatron joke==
The monsters in MMPR always started out human-sized. Then, at some point, Rita throws her staff down from the Moon shouting "Make my monster grow!". The staff lands in the ground and energy shoots out of it, making the monster enormous. The laser effects around Megatron's cannon in that picture look a lot like the staff. Here is a YouTube clip of it: [http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BUelB-OSneY]. Honestly, it's not a big deal to me, but the old joke doesn't really make any sense in the first place. It seems to be a premature ejaculation joke to go along with his cannon firing, but it's not like there's anybody else in the picture for the innuendo to be complete. I think the observation our anonymous editor made about the resemblance to the staff is actually pretty clever. I thought it was meant to point out that though she was designed as a female figure, she didn't really turn out looking any more female than any other Transformer (excluding Arcee and Thunderblast). But humor is subjective, and what I find somewhat funny might not seem funny at all to someone else.

::That's great, but that's not what I am trying to say. He was announced as a character a while ago, before Dubai, and on one of the creator blogs. He's known to be in the Elite Guard, and we even know who his American voice actor is. We've even had him make his first appearance. Dubai just confirmed an episode he reappears in. That's all I'm trying to say - that we know he's in the guard, and we have confirmation from various sources of a future appearance. Hell, that we've listed his voice actor should be confirmation enough.

Just FYI, the edits HooperX made were capitalizing on the fact that Rabbicrater looks like his name contains the word "rabbi", when in fact it's meant to be most of the word "rabbit". The caption gag of "L'chaim" thus becomes more obvious, though I like the current one better. As for the miscellaneous trivia, I think it's an attempt at a callback to one of the final scenes from the Mel Brooks film ''History of the World, Part 1''. "The identity of ze little one is a bit on the fraught side. In the flyover shot of the barge on which the four Constructicons sit, a red bulldozer (Rampage), a concrete mixer (Mixmaster), a dump truck (Long Haul) and a yellow front-end loader are visible. The yellow front-end loader is the alternate mode of the Constructicon Scrapper, and ze little one's robot mode appears to be the same as Scrapper's. As such, the temptation to just consider this a Scrapper unit is great... except that, after the flyover shot, the yellow loader disappears, and is replaced with a yellow Volvo excavator, clearly marked with a large Decepticon insignia. For the purposes of reducing headaches, we're assuming that the excavator is the "correct" vehicle mode, and that it just happens to transform into a robot mode that resembles Scrapper...even though it's not him. "

'''Drift''' (ドリフト ''Dorifuto'') was not always an Autobot. In fact, he slaughtered quite a few when he was known as the Decepticon '''Deadlock'''. But Deadlock's eyes were opened to what the Transformers' war had become when he stumbled across a lost faction of neutral Transformers long since forgotten. He discarded his ruthless ways, abandoned his guns for swords, and changed his name and appearance. When Drift returned to the Transformer war to make right what he put wrong, he was a bot of few words and disciplined action.

While he was known as Deadlock, Drift used to be the second-in-command of the [[Decepticon]] [[Turmoil]]. During this time, he earned a reputation by slaughtering his Autobot opponents. At some point, Deadlock disappeared and was thought to be dead. Turmoil's only wish was that he had killed the traitor himself.

Some time later, after receiving a new body, fighting style and ''totally sugoi'' super-long sword that he can only use in the totally direst of times (and to pose for comic covers) from his mysterious benefactors, Drift set off to make a difference. His chance came in an attempt to free a group of Autobots held captive on the ship he previously served aboard. Upon entering Turmoil's ship, his attempt at stealth was successful until the [[Wrecker]]s arrived and blasted their way aboard. Jumping into the battle to assist them, he piqued the interest of a few Autobots. [[Perceptor (G1)|Perceptor]] was injured as Turmoil entered the battle and, recognizing Drift's voice as his former lieutenant, attempted to destroy him. However, his attack only resulted in knocking Drift and [[Kup (G1)|Kup]] to another room. The two quickly worked together to program the ship to overload. In his final confrontation with Turmoil, Drift stated his intention was to help, not kill, and left to rescue Perceptor before the ship blew up.

Drift was among the crew of the spacecraft ''[[Trion]]'' when it was baited into a Decepticon ambush over [[Cybertron (planet)|Cybertron]]. Its command codes were hacked due to their being sold to the Decepticons by an Autobot traitor, and, left defenseless, it was forced to crash-land on the desolate landscape of the planet. Eventually, the crew were found by [[Optimus Prime (G1)|Optimus Prime]]'s unit, who unfortunately proved to be ''also'' stranded. When [[Mirage (G1)|Mirage]] was revealed by [[Jazz (G1)|Jazz]] to have been standing invisibly among them, Drift was the only one who didn't appear surprised. {{storylink|All Hail Megatron issue 5|All Hail Megatron #5}}

When an advance scout of the [[Insecticon Swarm]] discovered the Autobots' base camp, Drift was dispatched to take care of it. Drift stood stock-still as the creature walked up to him, greeting it with a simple "hello" and smirking as the monstrous beast snarled in his face. Finally, he beheaded the beast with a single wave of his sword. A second creature tried to attack Drift from behind, but the smirking Autobot merely tilted his head slightly, allowing [[Perceptor (G1)|Perceptor]] to kill the beast with some precision sniping. After [[Sunstreaker (G1)|Sunstreaker]] revealed to [[Ironhide (G1)|Ironhide]] that he was the traitor, an army of the Swarm came after them. Drift saved Ironhide while Sunstreaker blew up a bridge, killing himself and the Swarm army. Later, Drift visited Ironhide and claimed that the Decepticons had access to the Autobots' systems in a way that Sunstreaker couldn't possibly have. When Mirage was showing some doubt in the Autobot cause, it was Drift who said that, now more than ever, the Autobots should continue being who they are. Drift took part in the battle against the Swarm, and joined the others in escaping Cybertron in Omega Supreme. {{storylink|All Hail Megatron issue 10|All Hail Megatron #10}}. On Earth, he battled the Decepticons, and when Thundercracker volunteered to divert the human's nuclear bomb, Drift attempted to congratulate his former comrade on seeing the light.
