When Optimus Prime opened the Matrix of Leadership, it looks as though it contains/contained a crystal shard of some kind. Should this be mentioned here? {{unsigned|Ultra Magnotron}}

In the continuity errors, it asks why Bulkhead was the only one affected by the Dark Energon. But once you think about it, Arcee has had contact with it, Bumblebee had Megatron's mind in his head and Optimus is basically the opposite to Dark Energon. Bulkhead is the only one who hasn't had direct contact, should this be metioned?
