On the planet Earth, the planet of his birth (hey, that rhymes), Akira was collecting butterflies. Akira loved to collect butterflies and just generally run around through fields of flowers and such.

Suddenly the air was filled with the sounds of giant robot monsters—which Akira didn't hear until Trypticon was close enough to step on him. Fortunately the Autobot Micromasters arrived and rescued Akira (and the other humans around) from a fate the same as death.

The Micromasters and their friend Cain introduced themselves to Akira, and Akira hung out with them while the Decepticon Generals attacked Earth. After Dai Atlas showed up to save the day, retrieving the Zodiac energy, Akira proved himself quite knowledgeable about it. After all, Akira's father is a geologist. Of course he'd know about a crystallized heart in the depths of the Earth which is one of the greatest sources of power in the universe. Enter the New Supreme Commander, Dai Atlas! {{storylink|Fight! Violen Jiger himself then came to Earth, intent on stealing the Zodiac.
After the Powered Masters defeated Violen Jiger's final form with their Zodiac-fueled Rainbow Powered Attack (no, really), sunlight returned to the Tenth Planet. The Zodiac rainbow remained in the sky, causing the world to sprout greenery and flowers. Though Cain, Akira, Emusa and the Transformers all came from different worlds, they realized they'd need all their strength and each other's help to make this new world a peaceful one. As Cain and Akira ran through a field of flowers together, holding each other's hands, Emusa placed one in Akira's hair. {{storylink|Fight! == Americanised spelling ==
Hi there, PacifistPrime the originator of the Scale article here. Thanks for cleaning up some of the typos. However, is it really neccessary to "correct" all my spelling by changing it to Americanised spelling? Is there actually a rule here that one has to use American spelling instead of, well... to be frank: the way the rest of world's users of the English Language spell? No offence intended, just asking. Let me know. PacifistPrime
:I would think "yes", since this is an Amerocentric wiki and consistency looks professional. I don't realistically believe we'll ever achieve that because there are too many people from too many regions contributing, and further there are a lot of variations in how people type regardless of what area they're from. I can't stand putting two spaces between sentences, but I wouldn't be offended if someone changed a page I worked on to use them. -LV 16:41, 25 March 2007 (UTC)
What edit are you talking about?
If you're talking about my submission about Blackarachnia's telekinesis, it is NOT baseless speculation; she did use telekinesis in Master Blaster against Rampage, and although they never said where she got it, it is very likely that the psychic link she had with Tarantulas was upgraded during her Transmetalization. Watch the episode; you'll see Blackarachnia's eyes glow green, levitate an I-beam, and fling it at Rampage. The episode was right after Crossing the Rubicon (where Blackarachnia became a TM2), and 18 episodes after Tangled Web, when Blackarachnia forced Tarantulas to terminate their mind link after four episodes (and in case you want to contest it, Other Visits made a mention of the mind link, and how it worked both ways, meaning that BA had some remnants of the link, at the very least some of Tarantulas' memories, if not some other side effects).66.233.183.59 15:40, 30 April 2007 (UTC)
:I'm not Sipher, but I agree that it's speculation that doesn't belong here. Her glowing eyes echo the glowing tendrils involved in Cheetor's TM2-ification. It's a Transmetal 2 thing, and I see nothing whatsoever to connect it with the former mental link she shared with Tarantulas. --KilMichaelMcC 16:21, 30 April 2007 (UTC)
Create-A-Bot's Alt-modes
I'm currently reworking the format and putting it in a more relevant form. It's not that it isn't important, but that the method in which it was added was inappropriate. I believe the original version went something like this.

"Just like his heroic counterpart, Create-A-Bot can adapt into numerous forms that can change his status, but several of his forms cannot be accessed in the game, but can be obtained by WiFi points by visiting the official Activition website. The altmodes are..."

and then listed them in a long and hard to read cluster. This not only is confusing, but also give the impression that ALL of the alt-modes have to be unlocked. So, instead of having a list, I am going to add an easier to read section in each article.
I first figured that by seeing it used in instructions for snap-together model kits which included such pieces. "Mech" is usually rendered メカ, as in short for "mechanism".--Apcog 00:18, 24 February 2008 (UTC)
I read your thing about Botcon, very interesting. But the chances that Ironhide's southern accent doesn't originate from Cullen's are very low indeed. If you listen to the two voices, Ironhide's voice in Animated has a slightly different style. The most likely explanation is that the idea of the accent was taken from Cullen's 'Hide, while the sound of the accent was modelled on the other guys. And both should be noted in page. Something like "The idea of a southern accent is most likely based on G1 Ironhide, however the particular variant/vernacular(whatever) is based on such and such". To answer your question... while the solicitations of course give an idea of what will come out at some point during a month, usually we only get one month's worth of specific dates around the end of the previous month/beginning of that month via Tipton's blog and IDW's newsletter.
In the Aligned universe the spelling for the word is "Minicon" rather than "Mini-Con" why would you undo all that since we have EVIDENCE presented in the novels of the spelling? :"Femmephobic"? --M Sipher 15:30, 23 September 2012 (EDT)
::There's a thing called Google. But it comes down to lack of appreciation for anything that is associated with women, because it's seen as inferior. This wiki is way past just pointing out stereotypes - it's actively participating in femmephobia with its propensity for remarks about the color pink (among mány other things). In particular, *I* hate pink jokes around TFP Arcee, and therefore also Arc, because Arcee's usual color was not altered for her, but for Jack, so he would not be lowered for associating with feminine attributes.
::My joke tried to play into the fact that she is a knife and that Transformer 'blood' (energon, right?) is pink. It wasn't perhaps the best formulated or particularly funny, but at least it wasn't problematic either.
::So, I ask you to at least leave the caption blank if my joke wasn't good. Geewunling 15:45, 23 September 2012 (EDT)
:::What a steaming pile you've plopped down there, and how dare you. You'll pardon me if I find that giving Arcee a Micron partner that's pink, literally has stiletto heels, a heart for a face, and hands sculpted in that splayed-out palms-to-the-floor tee-hee pose just a wee bit out of place. Combine that with her on-show personality, which is more or less a "diva" and a love target for various characters, and it's a parade of sad cliches, shoving her into the trope of "GIRLY GIRL PINK GIRL" being her only character trait. Which I find dreadful, not because "pink + girl = auto-bad forever", but because hey, sometimes, a female character doesn't need to be pink and girly. There are lots of ways to be a girl. Defaulting the only female character in the lot to nothing more than pink-and-pretty is bluntly insulting. Arcee is feminine without being a pile of "gender-normative" cliches. To see Arc backslide so far is disappointing at best.
:::It has nothing, nothing to do with "lack of appreciation for anything that is associated with women because it's seen as inferior", as you so idiotically put it, and EVERYTHING to do with it seemingly being THE ONLY ROLE OPTION FOR FEMALES AS DECIDED UPON BY PREDOMINANTLY MALE-RUN ENTERPRISES AND AIMED AT A PREDOMINANTLY YOUNG MALE AUDIENCE. THAT, if you ask me, is the REAL "lack of appreciation".
:::And I'd really, really love a source on your claim as to how pink would "lower" Jack and THAT being the reason for Arcee's coloration.
:::(And by the way, energon is light blue in Prime. Which would have been a far better choice of colors for Arc. still wouldn't have solved the sculpting issues though.) --M Sipher 16:26, 23 September 2012 (EDT)
::::How dare I? Oh, excuse me, male person. :::::Geewunling, you need to understand the difference between trends in gender perception across society as a whole and the choices of individuals. Yes, society is ruled by males and these males have decided for everyone what "feminine" means. But this is charting a trend. It's something you can only measure as a pile of thousands or millions of choices. You cannot draw these same insidious conclusions from one person, and you can't accuse one person of committing the crime that an entire society perpetuates. For example, one movie that doesn't pass the Bechdel Test isn't sexist, but most movies not passing the Bechdel Test is indicative of a sexist society. You are making that mistake here. You may know more about being female than a male because you are a female, but you don't know more about Sipher's motivations in creating a caption than he does, for that same reason. Instead, you've decided to mark him and his actions unfavorably by assuming his motivations are synonymous with All Males Everywhere. And because of this, you have accused him of hating girls -- not because he's demonstrated that he hates girls, but because he's said something about the color pink. Pink is a complicated color because it's wrapped up in gender roles, and attitudes towards that color can be numerous and contradictory, and it is simply impossible to concentrate those feelings down into an accurate accusation against a lone human being. A feminist could hate or love pink depending on their experiences with the color, and both reactions could be right. It would be wiser to deal with Sipher as an individual with his own thoughts and motivations -- albeit within a sexist society. He is not that society. Remember that when dealing with other people. --ItsWalky 17:23, 23 September 2012 (EDT)
::::::To M Sipher (and ItsWalky for the defense): I called the joke femmephobic, not you. And even if I would've called you femmephobic, I did not say anything about intent. It has little to do with 'reasons', and all the more with a system of conventions that are tough to make visible.
::::::Do I mind a pink joke or think less of the person who made it? No. Do I feel upset about having seen (and changed) some thirty+ jokes around here about male characters/men being not worth basic consideration for dressing in pink, about female characters/women not having pink in their look (which adds to the stereotype where it is averted), and female characters/women in pink being inherently inferior to ones who aren't? A little. And I can give you the full list if you want me to. It just is not about you, it's about everything.
::::::All I ask for is a different joke, one that doesn't serve to rebuild a collection I've tried to kill off. If only because repetitive jokes are a reading enjoyment-killer.
::::::P.S., ItsWalky, don't assume I don't know feminism. It's condescending and kind of a weird assumption given the conversation so far. Geewunling 17:39, 23 September 2012 (EDT)
The term "cisgendered" isn't exactly thrown around by the unequipped. If I wrote at-length or in great detail, it's because this topic is complicated and this is not a private conversation between you and I, plus I thought explaining my thoughts plainly and clearly was better than being curt and snarky. Once again you assume the worst in others without first attempting to understand them. --ItsWalky 18:28, 23 September 2012 (EDT)
::::::::Whereas my request for another joke is standing, I also withdraw concerns for an immediate change. I find your decision to remove my comment on Soundwave being present during PR due to being 'unnecessary' odd, to be honest. How many entries under notes sections are 'necessary'? I found this to be of interest, and interest is subjective. What I said was not incorrect, nor did it present a problem. I think you've made an unfair decision here. Can you really delete other people's contributions based on what you think is interesting?
:Soundwave is completely absent from the movie, thoroughly irrelevant to the plot in every respect. It'd be like commenting on the lack of humans, Airachnid, Insecticons or Decepticon miners. We don't remark on the absences of cast members unless said absence poses continuity issues. --M Sipher 22:58, 13 October 2013 (EDT)
Your response was pretty definitive, and I'm not trying to be obnoxious by continuing this, but my point was that he probably was present; it was a 'Soundwave is actually there the whole time' comment, not vice versa. However, another contributor has since pointed out that, as we can't be sure of Soundwave's actions between the movie and the episode, his whereabouts can't be proved and so my comment was speculative, which to my mind is reason enough to not include it, but I found your reasoning less understandable.
I don't really appreciate the "fuck you" in your edit summary, Siph. ==Create-A-Bot's Alt-modes==

While クローム isn't unknown in Japan (Heck, it's what they call Stylor), the general term for chrome-plated parts is メッキ. (Technically, it's 鍍金 or 滅金, but perhaps because those can also be pronounced "tokin" and mean "pretense", it's usually rendered in katakana.) I read your thing about Botcon, very interesting. To answer your question... while the solicitations of course give an idea of what will come out at some point during a month, usually we only get one month's worth of specific dates around the end of the previous month/beginning of that month via Tipton's blog and IDW's newsletter.

...so I guess the short answer is "no, we don't have specific dates for December or January stuff yet". Although we should get November's dates soon. In the Aligned universe the spelling for the word is "Minicon" rather than "Mini-Con" why would you undo all that since we have EVIDENCE presented in the novels of the spelling? It's the same thing as "Dino" vs "Mirage" for the specific forms of fiction. It's changed as it is presented, and in this case "Minicon" is the correct one. --Karhukjnsi 20:44, 1 February 2012 (EST)
:::::::At no point did I assume you didn't know feminism. In fact, I wrote my entire spiel with the exact opposite assumption. If I wrote at-length or in great detail, it's because this topic is complicated and this is not a private conversation between you and I, plus I thought explaining my thoughts plainly and clearly was better than being curt and snarky. I admit I based my note off the screencaps on his page, which seemed to indicate that Fisitron's two biggest portrayals (otherwise known as his only portrayals) replaced the tan of his toy with white. Given that, why remove my note when it seemed to be accurate? Or am I just colour-blind? Bobpiecheese 20:06, 29 August 2013 (EDT)
:Because he's tan. I've got LSOTW right in front of me and he is consistently tan. It's a lighter, more desaturated tan, but EVERYONE'S colors are lighter and desaturated. That's IDW's look. --M Sipher 20:13, 29 August 2013 (EDT)
I believe it to be a deliberate reference, but if this has been discussed and decided against, that's fair enough; It being deleted with reason is fine by me, but deletion of something I deemed valid without reasons given understandably led me to add it again. Also, i'd rather a more diplomatic approach than just 'do not post this again'-like I said, I was unaware that I was in error. --Rhysman 23:47, 4th September 2013
Soundwave

I appreciate that it was an inconsequential bit of trivia, but then many of the notes on this wiki seem equally, if not less trivial, so i'm wondering what constitutes acceptable notes? Rhysman
:I left the (HM) pages intact so "canon" can be appeased. There's canon, and then there's stupidly obfuscating information by not having blatantly-based-on-specific-iterations-of-characters merch on the relevant pages because of some micro-reference in something the overwhelming majority of readership will basically never see. We do readers a disservice with the latter. I don't like just assuming someone's going to dig through a disambig link chain to maybe find stuff like this, and since we repeat full toy sections for repurposings, I don't see why repeating Hero Mashers or the like would be a problem. --M Sipher (talk) 13:15, 10 May 2015 (EDT)
I'm sorry, MSipher. About everything. Especially everything on Tfwiki. I edited those pages because I wanted to help. Isn't the point of a wiki freedom of speech/press? I've known Brave Saga Victorion before Combiner Wars Victorion was thought of. I didn't want people to think Victorion was something original that Hasbro or a TF fan thought of. I also wanted to cover details the wiki may have missed, and add my own insights. I wasn't trying to go nuts with the Brave references. And I DEFINITELY didn't know you worked for Fun Publications and BotCon and were famous because of that I want to be an administrator, too. Also, I didn't know about the "e-mail this user" function on this wiki, so I thought all I could to was argue with you on the talk thing. Y'know, the thing that says "talk?" Had I known that I could email admins in this wiki through this wiki, I would've sent a video to you a lot sooner. It would've saved us a lot of trouble and me an account loss. Also, losing my temper is a bad habit I want/am trying to stop. I wanted to post this as Jtarvin, but you blocked me. Friends? Bumblebee managed to defeat Bisk, and even got to pose with the band! Bumblebee's Night Off

Notes
* The members of Rear Axle are still alive and giving tours during the time of Robots in Disguise, suggesting a relatively short timespan between the end of Prime and the beginning of Robots in Disguise.

:Denny Clay is an Autobot-allied human from the Robots in Disguise portion of the Aligned continuity family.

Denny Clay lives up to the saying that growing old doesn't necessarily mean "growing up". Owner and proprietor of the Vintage Salvage Depot for the Discriminating Nostalgist outside Crown City, Denny is a consummate collector of... well, junk. Junk he insists will be worth a fortune to the right people, someday, but in the meantime isn't it cool? (Doesn't sound familiar at all, does it?)

In some ways, Denny is less mature than his son Russell. He wears his heart on his sleeve, still geeks out to cheesy glam-rock, and was flabbergasted to find out that professional wrestling is scripted... and he only learned that in the months following the arrival of Bumblebee and the Autobots to his scrapya- er, salvage dept. But that childlike manner of his is also a boon to the Autobots. He's more than ready to bend the rules and harmlessly break a few laws to help keep the presence of the Cybertronians on Earth a secret, quick with a disguise and a fake name (almost always the same name but still) to keep the local authorities distracted. And sometimes he even shows his "good dad" cred in helping Bumblebee better deal with his young, inexperienced team's personal problems. Add in a real know-how for mechanical work, enabling him to work with Cybertronian technology alongside Fixit, and Denny's a major asset to the team.

Just... don't let him eat while inside an Autobot's passenger compartment. The results are not pretty.

In his youth, Denny was an avid fan of the band Rear Axle. Bumblebee's Night Off

Denny welcomed Russell- who was visiting his dad while his mom was in Copenhagen- to the scrapyard, though Russell was less than enthusiastic. When an apparent meteorite crashed nearby, Denny was too busy closing a deal on some Billy the Breakfast Beaver figures to investigate. Pilot (Part 1) Denny succeeded in making the purchase, but while he was putting the figures away while listening to music, the scrapyard was unexpectedly the scene of a giant robot fight. He aided Bumblebee's team in trying to prevent Underbite from reaching Crown City, and ended up being saved from the Decepticon by Optimus Prime himself. Pilot (Part 2)

Denny left his son under the care of the Autobots while he went to get supplies. Trust Exercises When Russell complained about the dull time he was having, Denny suggested he check out a nearby football field. As the team tried to track down Chop Shop, Denny helped out by aiding Strongarm and Fixit as they infiltrated a manufacturing park. More than Meets the Eye (RID) When a stasis pod ended up in the museum, Denny got the Autobots in by pretending to be noted archaeologist "Nevada Flieber". He assisted the Autobots in maintaining their cover by pretending Bumblebee was an ordinary animatronic, and in the capture of Terrashock. W.W.O.D.?

Bumblebee instructed Denny and Russell not to sell a generator to some weirdos who said they were working for the Kospego, as they were building a space bridge that could potentially destroy Earth. As the Kospego Commands! After an unwelcome visit to the scrapyard by Larry LaRue, Denny helped the Autobots by keeping other humans out of their hair as they tried to capture the Decepticon Filch. Unfortunately Filch mistook Denny for something valuable and carried him off to her nest at the top of a statue, and he had to be rescued by Sideswipe. Collect 'Em All Denny began clashing with Fixit over the former's participation in the repair of the Cybertronian weapons they'd found, leading to an all-out feud between pair until Russell succeeded in getting them to work together. Rumble in the Jungle

During the attempt to capture Ped, Denny used a piece of construction equipment to batter the Decepticon and to extract the Autobots from a pit Ped had dug. Can You Dig It? Denny came to the decision not to let Russell go along on any more missions. After the Decepticon Fracture set his sights on collecting the bounty on Bumblebee and kidnapped Denny, Strongarm, Sideswipe, and Grimlock, Denny decided to change his mind. Hunting Season Fixit and Denny finally succeeded in reproducing two more Decepticon hunters, presenting them to Strongarm and Sideswipe. Sideways (episode)

After going on an energon scrounging mission with Fixit and Bumblebee, Denny found himself caught up in the hunt for the Decepticon Nightstrike and was temporary trapped in a cocoon. Even Robots Have Nightmares Denny was alarmed by his son repeatedly standing up to Drift and suggested Russell not hassle the giant alien robots. One of Our Mini-Cons Is Missing

Denny was unimpressed when Fixit managed to flood the scrapyard while GroundBridging the other Autobots to an undersea location. Deep Trouble (RID) While the other Autobots were indisposed, Denny was forced to pretend to be Grimlock's driver so they could enter the giant robot fights at the Rumbledome, however they successfully managed to defeat Groundpounder. The Champ Denny was surprised when Fixit insisted he conduct a diagnostic on the Mini-Con, however he accidentally revived Fixit's guard programming. After Fixit chased everyone around the scrapyard, Denny was able to disable him and restore him to normal. The Trouble with Fixit

After purchasing a roller coaster for the scrapyard, Denny reflected on how insignificant humans seemed alongside their robot friends. When Steeljaw's Decepticon team took over the scrapyard and trapped the Autobots outside using a subsonic field, Denny and Russell managed to fight back using the scrapyard's resources. Though Denny was recaptured by the Decepticons, once the Autobots had succeeded in regaining access to the yard and Denny helped reclose the stasis pods, he felt more useful in the Autobots' ongoing fight. Lockout After his snoring kept Russell awake, Denny tried to fix up an RV for his son to sleep in, but only succeeded in destroying the RV. He and Russell later managed to fix up another vehicle and celebrated with some disco. Similarly Different The pair returned to the scrapyard soaking wet after a disastrous camping trip. Ghosts and Impostors

While the Autobots went to rescue Sideswipe and Strongarm from the Decepticons, Denny and Russell kept themselves busy organizing the scrapyard's sock of bicycles. They were almost captured by Fracture, but instead were saved by the timely arrival of Optimus Prime, whom they accompanied to the battleground near Crown City. Battlegrounds, Part 1 Posing as filmmakers, the pair attempted to persuade a police officer to evacuate the area and eventually succeeded just before the battle reached its climax. Battlegrounds, Part 2

Denny played Go Fish with Fixit. They had to deal with the fallout after the GroundBridge exploded, and when Overload invaded the scrapyard, he and Russell had to run for cover. Overloaded, Part 1 While cleaning up, Denny watched Russell throw trash at Fixit's head. Overloaded, Part 2 Denny and Russell helped deal with the security guards at the steel mill when the Autobots tracked Saberhorn there. When Russell was taken hostage by the Decepticon, Bumblebee made sure Denny was safely out of harm's way. Metal Meltdown

Despite the destruction of his collection of gnomes at her hand, Denny attempted to help the others encourage Strongarm when she became demoralized. Though an attempt to give her some confidence using the scrapyard's systems went badly, Denny and Fixit later helped her go to the aid of some bird watchers trapped by fire. Suspended Denny bought a collection of vintage toasters for Russell's college fund, but sadly Grimlock sat on them. He later helped Fixit deliver the cure after Grimlock gained super-genius from a Cybertronian data cylinder, a process which had left the Dinobot's brain in danger of degrading into mush if not reversed. Brainpower

He, Russell and Fixit were captured in a subsonic force field when Steeljaw managed to infiltrate the scrapyard, however the trio were rescued by Strongarm before the shrinking field could crush them. Misdirection When Bumblebee had to stake out a Rear Axle concert, Denny was unfortunately unable to go as he had a prior appointment with Crackpot Carl. Russel was sent to accompany Bumblebee instead, and returned from the show with a T-shirt for his dad. Denny was ecstatic that the shirt was dirty from spilled concert snacks when he received it. Bumblebee's Night Off When Bumblebee and Strongarm got themselves impounded during a chase, Denny and Russell had to go and rescue them. While his son disabled the lot's security measures and distracted its guard, Denny sawed off the boots keeping the Autobots stationary. The four of them then drove out without being noticed. Impounded When Soundwave escaped the shadowzone, Denny, Russell and Fixit donned some makeshift armor and tried to fight the Decepticon as well as they could. Their first attempt ended in failure. However, Bumblebee, then observing from the shadowzone, was inspired to formulate a plan of his own after seeing the clash. Denny was made to distract Soundwave long enough for Fixit to regain access to the GroundBridge, allowing Bumblebee to return to normal space. Afterwards Denny succeeded in whacking Soundwave back into the shadowzone using his crane. Portals

Having obtained a lead regarding the colony of Decepticons, the Autobots headed to the harbor to try and infiltrate the Decepticon base. Denny and Russell stayed on shore with Fixit. Though mostly the entire team participated in the raid, included Bumblebee's old friend Ratchet, Denny had his doubts whether a handful of Autobots had any chance of winning against an entire army of Decepticons. Decepticon Island (Part 1) While the two humans were preparing disguises in case anyone turned up, Fixit left them to try and free the Mini-Con slaves in the base. The Autobots wound up being victorious, and the Decepticon crisis finally came to an end. Though many Autobots decided to head back to Cybertron, Bumblebee, Grimlock, Strongarm, Sideswipe, Drift, Jetstorm, and Slipstream were not among them; instead this team decided to stay behind to set up a permanent base of operations on Earth. Before speeding off, Bumblebee assured his human friends that the junkyard would always be another home to them. Decepticon Island (Part 2)

When Strongarm wanted to take Fixit with her on a mission, Denny and Russell volunteered to operate the command center. It was a disaster, culminating in them accidentally bridging the team to the scrapyard instead of Mount St. Hilary. Strongarm's Big Score Fixit later gave them training so they'd be able to work the command center. Mini-Con Madness (RID) Denny and Russell were present when the Autobots returned from Egypt with a high energy pulse generator. The pair had to take cover when the scrapyard was invaded by hostile Mini-Cons, and then a group of Decepticons arrived and abducted Fixit, Jetstorm and Slipstream. It turned out the Decepticons were working for Starscream, who used the captured Mini-Cons as leverage to take Bumblebee prisoner. Mighty Big Trouble Denny and his son helped fill in Optimus once he arrived, and worked the command center while the rest of the team went in search of Starscream. Mini-Con Madness (RID)

2015 Robots in Disguise shorts
Bumblebee regretted giving Denny a ride after the human made a mess of his interior. Sticky Situation Denny counciled Grimlock on the search for his signature weapon. Perfect

IDW Robots in Disguise comic
After restricting Russell to the scrapyard, Denny joined Bumblebee in the hunt for Flamefeather. This took them to the Fun-A-Rama amusement park, where they found Russell had sneaked out with Sideswipe for some fun. Once the Decepticon was captured, Denny helped maintain the Autobots' cover with the park staff. Fire, When Ready! Denny listened to Bumblebee grouse about how badly his team did in combat situations, and Bumblebee later confided that he'd learned that other members of Team Prime were secretly on Earth. Robots in Disguise issue 1

Denny aided in the capture of Transit by posing as a bus company official so that the humans Transit had on board his bus mode could be unloaded. Robots in Disguise issue 2 Aiming to distract Ultra Magnus, whom they believed was monitoring the team, Denny, Russell and Sideswipe went on a tour of nearby storage facilities and Denny bought a ton of junk at auction, much to Sideswipe's annoyance. Robots in Disguise issue 3 Denny and Russell tried to help Clipshade coach the Autobots on their acting. Robots in Disguise issue 4

When Decepticon activity was detected at Fort Tucker, Denny again took on the identity of Major Thaddeus Q. Flieber so the Autobots could work undetected, only to discover that all the humans on the base were unconscious anyway. Following the ensuing battle with a pair of Vehicons, Denny rang for medical help for the unconscious soldiers shortly before they received a message from Steeljaw informing them that he had Fixit and Russell as hostages. Robots in Disguise issue 5

Returning to the scrapyard, Denny and the Autobots found trashed stasis pods and the computer system busted—Denny didn't think he could fix it without Fixit's help. Fortunately the Autobots succeeded in rescuing Fixit and Russell, reuniting Denny with his son. Robots in Disguise issue 6

2015 Robots in Disguise books
Denny took Russell to Doug's Den where he picked up some vintage pinball machines. When they were attacked on their way back by Scuzzard, Denny's driving saw them make it safely to the scrapyard where they told Bumblebee about the Decepticon on the loose. Denny set about repairing the surviving pinball machine. After Filch escaped, Denny was able to help recapture her by snaring her with his electromagnet. Bumblebee Versus Scuzzard When three of Russell's jerky schoolmates invaded the scrapyard, Denny offered to let them use it as a hangout so long as they paid the real estate taxes. His attempt to convince them that Grimlock was a Japanese movie plot was somewhat stymied when the dinobot reacted to a boy's cat tattoo. Sideswipe Versus Thunderhoof

Denny had his sleep interrupted when Bumblebee held a nighttime Decepticon drill. The next morning, he woke to find Drift had deserted and the Autobots were interrogating the Mini-Cons for info. After the Autobots were drawn away by a trick, Denny was captured by the Decepticon Ronin who took over the scrapyard. He was locked up until Drift managed to free everyone and the Ronin were defeated. Drift's Samurai Showdown

While the Autobots played football (or at least tried), Denny was busy cataloging some 80s barbarian toys he'd purchased online. He later disguised himself as a police officer in an attempt to clear Crown City Bridge while the Autobots fought Skinkbomb beneath it. The Trials of Optimus Prime

Denny and Russell had to deal with Bumblebee's team after they fell victim to Brakepad's lethargy-inducing power. Autobot World Tour
