:The Generation 1 Thrust toy is a retool of the original Starscream, who was originally a Diaclone "Jet Robo Acrobat-Type" F-15 Eagle. His central F-15 body is unchanged, but he has new wings with ducted VTOL fans, and new rear stabilizers. Unlike his 1985 mold-mates Dirge and Ramjet, Thrust retained the original launchers, null-ray lasers and cluster bomb projectiles used in Starscream, Thundercracker, and Skywarp. Thrust's robot mode stickers are the same design as Skywarp's, but in different colors.

:In robot mode his official instructions have the user pulling down his nose cone to complete his head transformation, like Starscream. However, Thrust's television incarnation (like Ramjet and Dirge) depicts him as having his head untransformed, giving a distinctive 'conehead' shape. This has led many owners to do the same thing, differentiating the three later Decepticon jets from the three earlier ones.
:Smallest Transforming Transformers Thrust is a retool of Starscream. His spring-loaded missile launchers can mount under his wings, on his upper arms, or serve as hand-held weapons. The missiles themselves are the same style as Classics Ramjet's. As with most Classics toys, he features a heat-sensitive rubsign rather than a tampographed faction symbol. Thrust was part of the 2007 box set "Games of Deception", along with Bug Bite, Dirge, Dreadwind, and Thundercracker.

:There were 1500 Classics Thrust figures produced. A factory error put the new wings' screw-holes on the top; Fun Publications added a set of small decals to the head of the screws to hide them, a rare instance of such use on a modern figure.

:The Ramjet version of this mold was also used to make his fellow BotCon exclusive Dirge. Like all Henkei! Henkei! toys, he has vacuum metallized parts, specifically the barrels of his missile launchers and his cockpit interior.
It was available in several of Hasbro's Asian markets (namely Singapore, Malaysia, and the Philippines; it's currently unknown whether it was exclusive to any particular stores there or not). In Australia, it was sold at Myer stores, whereas in Canada, it was available via the Canadian Walmart website (but never found in stores).
:In the United Kingdom, it was sold at Toys"R"Us stores and A1 Toys, whereas in Spain, was officially available via the Spanish division of Amazon. In Germany, it was originally available via Bankroft, an online retailer that otherwise specializes in Nerf blasters and accessories, as part of a special "Fan Edition" arrangement through Hasbro Germany, with the help of several German fan sites. Due to low sales, the unsold stock was later sold to Actionfiguren24, a German online retailer that specializes in imported toys, who was able to lower its price for its existing stock of imported Seeker Squadron sets as a result.
:Earthrise Thrust is a heavy retooling of Starscream from the same line, transforming into a modified F-15 fighter jet with VTOL turbofan wings like his original toy. As one of the Coneheads, Thrust features a new headsculpt based on the original conehead design, though it is a faux piece not formed from the actual nosecone. His face features a stern, almost grimaced expression.

:The figure's design and transformation scheme are heavily based on the 2006 Classics Starscream mold (and its subsequent retool of Ramjet), while adding points of articulation the earlier figure did not have such as pivoting ankles and a more expressive ball-jointed head. However, due to this, his torso is very hollow at the sides and his intended waist articulation was dropped due to the physical space required for transformation. His head, chest and wings are susceptible to paint chipping due to the transformation scheme.

:Thrust uses the same, unchanged Null-Ray blasters that came with Starscream.

:Thrust was exclusively available at Target. Like his Gentei! release, his Decepticon faction symbols have been tampographed onto his otherwise-undecorated wings; additional symbols have been applied to the undersides of his horizontal stabilizers. Thrust features metallic dark red paint applications on much of his red plastic.
: A retooling of the Super Collection Figure Starscream figure, Thrust was released in the sixth "act" of the line. No he's not super cartoon-accurate, shape-wise. He was available in both full-color and pewter versions, one of each in a case of twelve.

: The pewter version of the figure has a potential problem with connector peg breakage, due to said pegs often getting a layer of pewter paint before being forced into a socket, leading to sticking and tearing. Care should be used when moving or removing the arms; shaving down the socket interior with a thin hobby knife is usually sufficient to fix the issue.

: In eight out of every ten cases, the pewter version of Thrust was packed with the left arm of the Act's "build-a-figure" Grand Maximus. This part too could be in either full color or pewter, packed at a ratio of six color pieces to two pewters.

: This Act was seemingly in shorter supply than the others before and since, and is not terribly common on the secondary market.

: This mold was also used to make his Act-mates Ramjet and Dirge.

His wings, which end up on his arms in robot mode, each feature a swing-out weapon; the right arm has a blade, while the left has a (non-firing) cannon. He was only available in a Target-exclusive five-pack with Air Raid, Blades, Skydive, and Ramjet (who shares his mold).

:There is a touch of irony to a Cybertron Starscream mold being redecoed as Thrust, as the Voyager-Class version's original U.S. release was given a colour scheme very much like Thrust's own.
In Australia, it was sold at Myer stores, whereas in Canada, it was available via the Canadian Walmart website (but never found in stores).

Kranix is the last survivor of the consumed planet Lithone. Well-versed in the art of combat, the friar warrior Kranix has an advanced artificial intelligence, possessing a full range of emotion. But unlike his companion Arblus, this emotion does not cripple him with fear. Rather, he's friendly and polite, seeming almost human.

That is, until his present situation, which has carved a fault line in his chivalrous exterior.
On the planet Lithone, Arblus and Kranix were either friends with or the assistants to a scientist. The pair brought the scientist a couple of fluid-filled vials while he worked, although Kranix was the only one to do any carrying (lazy Arblus). Unfortunately, the building shook, sending the chemicals to the floor.

It wasn't seismic activity, however — running to a nearby window, the Lithones saw it was the menace they knew as Unicron! Kranix compelled his companions to get to the escape ships, but only the one he and Arblus was on managed to escape his planet's destruction, as another shuttle was caught in Unicron's pull as he finished his destruction of the planet itself. After Lithone was destroyed, Kranix and Arblus somehow became prisoners on Quintessa, the home of the dreaded Quintessons and Sharkticons.

Not long afterward, the Autobots Kup and Hot Rod were placed in the cell next to Kranix during Arblus' execution. Kranix told them of the Quintessons and his planet's demise, but would not enjoy their company long, for Quintesson guards soon came to take Kranix to his fate, while he plead for mercy, as he was the last survivor of his planet (to anyone's knowledge). Over the plank above the Sharkticon pit, Kranix protested the mockery of justice that the Quintessons represented in their so-called court. He was then sentenced to death by the Quintesson judges and fed to the Sharkticons. The Transformers: The Movie
When Unicron attacked the planet Lithone, he devoured it by emitting a corrosive mist. Arblus was dissolved and eaten by the mist, but Kranix was able to transform into a spaceship and escape. The Planet-Eater! He was then captured by the Quintessons, and locked up to await his trial within the five-faced creatures' kangaroo court. In his cell, he met Kup, Hot Rod, and Grimlock, and told them of Unicron's coming. Afterwards, he was brought before a Quintesson judge, found "innocent," and fed to a pool of Sharkticons as "punishment." Judgment Day!
Kranix lived a simple life in Tagon Heights on Cybertron before joining the crew of the Proudstar on the Mission of Cybertronian Expansion, traveling the galaxy and cyberforming uninhabited planets such as Lithone, even injecting Ore-13 into their cores. These planets would find future use as Cybertronian colonies. The group set down on a planet that had no need of cyberforming to restock. While there, Kranix felt someone was watching them. Someone powerful and evil. Following this, many of his fellow crewmates changed; even the noble Nova Prime seemed to be driven more by ego rather than his righteous mission. He later blamed the mysterious mechanical planet for the changes in his friends.

This came to a head when Nova Prime selected an inhabited planet for his cause. Though disgusted by its nonmechanical inhabitants, Kranix felt that they had as much right to live as any and secretly sabotaged the Proudstar to collide with the planet when its cyberforming protocols were initiated. Praying that Jhiaxus wouldn't find his treachery, Kranix planned to make his escape back to Lithone. Transformers: Devastation
*In a very early draft of The Transformers: The Movie, Lithone was a planet of living rock creatures, and Kranix was named Granix (from "granite", you get it?). Although this was amended for later drafts, one or two instances of this original spelling made it through the spell-check, into a much later version of the script, puzzling fans for over a decade.
*It is never revealed within the film how Kranix ended up on Quintessa after escaping Unicron. A deleted line of dialogue explained that the Quintessons hunted down those who escaped the wrath of Unicron and put them on trial, with the sentence always being the same—death! In the same draft that had the Lithones as rock creatures, meanwhile, Kranix had actually come to Quintessa on a scientific expedition.
* Kranix's animation model (as seen in his The Transformers Universe character profile) shows him with a vehicle mode that was not used in the film itself. He does use it in the Marvel adaption of the film.
