During her superheroic career, Ms. Marvel was once subject to mind control. The experience left her with a bit of a phobia against it. She also spent some time travelling space with the [[Starjammers]], where she discovered whole planets that have been devastated. She didn't know it at the time, but the devastation was a result of the [[Decepticon]]s conquering the planet and stripping it of resources. {{storylink|Man and Machine, Part Two}}

Ms. Marvel and the [[Falcon (superhero)|Falcon]] answered the call to help the [[Avengers]] in [[Latveria]]. When the [[Autobot]]s appeared, Ms. Marvel joined the others in attacking them, her aggressive tendencies augmented by the Decepticons' [[Psycho-Prism]]. {{storylink|Man and Machine, Part One}} Revelling in her newly-uninhibited Kree bloodlust, Ms. Marvel attacked [[Ratchet (G1)|Ratchet]], but was immobilized by his airbag. After Ratchet planted an inhibitor device on [[Captain America]] to counter the Prism's effects, he called off the attack; Ms. Marvel was unwilling to use the devices, and had to be put down by [[Doctor Doom]]. Despite an explanation of the Prism by Doom, Carol was still unwilling to use the inhibitor until they were vetted by newly-arrived Avenger [[Iron Man]]. Now allied with both the Autobots and Doom, Ms. Marvel and the Avengers attempted to penetrate the Decepticons' [[Array]] to rescue [[Spider-Man]], but to no avail—until the fortress' walls opened up to reveal a team of Decepticons in [[mirror response mode]]! {{storylink|Man and Machine, Part Two}}

In the battle that ensued, Ms. Marvel and the Falcon found themselves overwhelmed by the Decepticons' aerial warriors, but managed to turn the tide thanks to a Captain America-piloted [[Quinjet]] and an Autobot-boosted Iron Man. Before they could celebrate their victory, however, their opponents dealt them a crushing blow; a holographic transmission revealed that [[Megatron (G1)|Megatron]] and Doom had joined forces and taken Ratchet, [[Prowl (G1)|Prowl]], Spider-Man, and [[Luke Cage]] hostage, vowing to kill them if their teammates did not surrender. Carol sided with [[Bumblebee (G1)|Bumblebee]] and Cap in their willingness to sacrifice the hostages to prevent a [[Symkaria]]n-Latverian war, but [[Optimus Prime (G1)|Optimus Prime]] proposed another solution... {{storylink|Man and Machine, Part Three}}

Evac flees the scene by crashing through a wall and plowing through city traffic. [[Optimus Prime (Movie)|Optimus Prime]] appears and says he will guide the way and tackles the charging [[Megatron (Movie)|Megatron]], who orders the [[Decepticon]]s to destroy them. [[Grindor (ROTF)|Grindor]] then flies in and attempts to catch them with his rotor weapon but is blocked off by a train and loses his arm when Evac flees into a tunnel.

Megatron continues to chase them and even captures Evac, who struggles and manages to break free. Megatron fires a missile at Evac while grappling with Optimus, but he maneuvers to avoid the oncoming shell and escapes through a hole blown in the wall by the missile. As they drive, Evac is pulled and thrown through the air by [[Devastator (ROTF)|Devastator]]'s vortex. As Evac drives away, [[Sideswipe (Movie)|Sideswipe]] provides back up and the pair race through city streets until [[Bonecrusher (Movie)|Bonecrusher]] attacks. Sideswipe manages to hold off Bonecrusher until Evac blasts the Decepticon in the chest and head a few times.

Evac is then pulled into Devastator's [[Vortex Grinder]] and only survives the grinders within due to activating his battle shields. When he emerges in one piece he is grabbed by [[Starscream (Movie)|Starscream]]'s grappling hook and flung through the air as Starscream flies and is sent crashing into a building. Evac surveys the top of the building and sees Optimus and Megatron still locked in battle, with Megatron apparently being the stronger. Starscream returns to taunt Evac but is chased a away by [[NEST]] air support.

Not wanting to run anymore, Evac charges into Optimus and Megatron's battle and hits Megatron from behind. As Optimus holds Megatron from behind, Evac jabs the shard into Megatron's chest, severely weakening him. As this happens, Megatron falls backwards over the edge of the roof and pulls Evac down with him. Megatron howls in defeat as they both plummet to the ground but Bumblebee appears and catches Evac at the last moment. With Megatron defeated, Optimus Prime congratulates Evac and the recruits on a mission accomplished. As Evac drives through the tunnels back to base, he passes underneath Megatron's lifeless body smashed through the pavement and comments that the riders can ride with him anytime.

AKOM rather noticeably ''never'' got the right color guides for some characters. Many characters have small and large coloring oddities whenever they appear in an AKOM episode. A list follows:

* Bumblebee has a black-colored disk in the middle of his robot mode back, which should be yellow.
* Chip Chase has a blue jacket instead of brown.
* Gears' truck mode is red with blue fenders instead of blue with a red camper top. His white robot bits are colored light gray.
* Hook's feet are white instead of green.
* Laserbeak's beak is more often than not the same dark gray as his head.
* Megatron's gun barrel is dark gray.
* Optimus Prime's backpack is white instead of red.
* Prowl's entire body is a light gray instead of white.
* Soundwave has a white backpack/battery case, instead of blue.

AKOM also frequently used older, outdated designs for some characters. This was especially visible in Season 3, where Grimlock shows up with his older, flattened head design, and when the characters introduced in ''[[The Transformers: The Movie]]'' were often shown in their older, pre-production designs.

At a [[NEST]] outpost in Universal Studios, [[you]] are enlisted and assigned with EVAC to transport the last shard of the [[AllSpark]]. However, [[Ravage (ROTF)|Ravage]] steals it and leaps onto Evac's hood and claws at the passengers then retreats. [[Bumblebee (Movie)|Bumblebee]] retrieves the shard from Ravage while battling [[Sideways (ROTF)|Sideways]] and entrusts the riders and Evac to protect the AllSpark. Evac flees the scene by crashing through a wall and plowing through city traffic. [[Optimus Prime (Movie)|Optimus Prime]] appears and says he will guide the way and tackles the charging [[Megatron (Movie)|Megatron]], who orders the [[Decepticon]]s to destroy them. [[Grindor (ROTF)|Grindor]] then flies in and attempts to catch them with his rotor weapon but is blocked off by a train and loses his arm when Evac flees into a tunnel.

Megatron continues to chase them and even captures Evac, who struggles and manages to break free. Megatron fires a missile at Evac while grappling with Optimus, but he maneuvers to avoid the oncoming shell and escapes through a hole blown in the wall by the missile. As they drive, Evac is pulled and thrown through the air by [[Devastator (ROTF)|Devastator]]'s vortex. As Evac drives away, [[Sideswipe (Movie)|Sideswipe]] provides back up and the pair race through city streets until [[Bonecrusher (Movie)|Bonecrusher]] attacks. Sideswipe manages to hold off Bonecrusher until Evac blasts the Decepticon in the chest and head a few times.

Evac is then pulled into Devastator's [[Vortex Grinder]] and only survives the grinders within due to activating his battle shields. When he emerges in one piece he is grabbed by [[Starscream (Movie)|Starscream]]'s grappling hook and flung through the air as Starscream flies and is sent crashing into a building. Evac surveys the top of the building and sees Optimus and Megatron still locked in battle, with Megatron apparently being the stronger. Starscream returns to taunt Evac but is chased a away by [[NEST]] air support.

Not wanting to run anymore, Evac charges into Optimus and Megatron's battle and hits Megatron from behind. As Optimus holds Megatron from behind, Evac jabs the shard into Megatron's chest, severely weakening him. As this happens, Megatron falls backwards over the edge of the roof and pulls Evac down with him. Megatron howls in defeat as they both plummet to the ground but Bumblebee appears and catches Evac at the last moment. With Megatron defeated, Optimus Prime congratulates Evac and the recruits on a mission accomplished. As Evac drives through the tunnels back to base, he passes underneath Megatron's lifeless body smashed through the pavement and comments that the riders can ride with him anytime.
