'''Pipes''' is an excellent soldier—tough, brave, and very strong—and otherwise worthy of little note, except for his unusual ability and eccentric hobby. When he came to [[Earth]], Pipes became enamored of the [[Human|fleshlings]]' primitive and ingenious technology and could not resist taking home cast-off examples when on missions. Eventually, a previously disused area of the [[Ark (G1)|Ark]] became his own personal museum of nose hair trimmers, patent rulers, and other worthless but fascinating ephemera of the throwaway society. He will gladly talk for endless hours about each prized find.

Only [[Wreck-Gar (G1)|Wreck-Gar]] can be said really to enjoy an extended tour of Pipes's little museum, but Pipes is a good soldier and a friendly soul, and his comrades generally allow him his little eccentricity.

Pipes's most notable ability, which he is not the most proficient at controlling, is to emit clouds of corrosive gases from his [[exhaust weaponry|exhaust pipes]]. This is possible in both modes, but is more useful (except to annoy motorists) in [[robot mode]], where the pipes are on his arms. If he stays at it for at least ten minutes, these noxious gases will eat through a 2" slab of ordinary steel. His own skin is well protected against these gases, but in battle, the coatings may flake off. If he does not notice this (as frequently occurs) he can become vulnerable to his own attack, with unpleasant results.

On arrival at the medical facility, and before Ratchet could explain the symbol on the door was the universal plague symbol, Pipes used his [[alternate mode]] to bust in and found himself hip-deep in dead bots. He was infected with the [[Red Rust]] virus by [[Dent]]. He menaced Drift while succumbing to the virus, and the other Autobot knocked him out, though he had already passed on the infection. After much deliberation, the time has finally come for the ancient genius [[Primacron]] to be brought to trial over the terror he wrought upon the galaxy by creating [[Tornedron]]. Selecting a judge has proven difficult, but the [[Quintesson]] [[Adveraros]] has been chosen to adjudicate the proceedings—a decision that sits ill with [[Hot Rod (G1)/Generation 1 cartoon continuity|Hot Rod]] and [[Crosscut (Autobot)|Crosscut]].

At the same time, the [[Prowl (G1)/Generation 1 cartoon continuity|Prowl]] and [[Wheeljack (G1)/Generation 1 cartoon continuity|Wheeljack]] of the [[BT World]] have travelled over to the [[OG World]] in order to collect some medical equipment. However, when [[Overdrive]] attempts to send the duo back to the BT World with his [[Quantum Dial]], they find they have been locked out of their home dimension. Though concerned about the cause of this, Prowl and Wheeljack are at least relieved that they have friends and allies in this dimension, and formally request that [[Optimus Prime (G1)/Generation 1 cartoon continuity|Optimus Prime]] allow them to join his ranks. Prime accepts them in, and they are reconfigured into new bodies which match the appearance of the deceased Prowl and Wheeljack of the OG World timeline.

Primacron's trial is convened at the Galactic Court on the planet [[Millaath]]. [[Tigertrack]] and [[Stripes]] play security, keeping an eye on the crowd; Tigertrack detects many time-travellers and dimension-hoppers from across the [[multiverse]], who have all gathered for the momentous event. The Autobots are on edge, fearing the crowd will riot if Adveraros—untrustworthy by his very nature as a Quintesson—does not give a fair trial, but the five-faced judge remains admirably neutral, even when Primacron freely admits to the creation of [[Unicron]], who he identifies as the predecessor of all mechanical life in the universe. "Acts of Unicron", however, were long ago ruled to be natural disasters, so legally, Primacron cannot be held accountable for the planet-eater's actions, and thanks to [[Grimlock (G1)/Generation 1 cartoon continuity|Grimlock]] destroying Primacron's lab, there is not enough physical evidence to link him to Tornedron. Adveraros is forced to declare Primacron "not guilty", but rules that, given his mental state and the potential danger of retribution from victims of Tornedron and Unicron, the scientist will be committed to the asylum planet of [[Doruka III]]. A surprised Hot Rod considers the ruling pretty fair, but Wheeljack and Prowl recognize the true intent behind it: in the BT World timeline, the Quintessons ran an organ-harvesting operation on Doruka III, and are only sending Primacron there so they can harvest his brain!

Optimus Prime orders the Autobots to move in and stop the trial. [[Sideswipe (G1)/Generation 1 cartoon continuity|Sideswipe]] pile-drives his way into the courtroom... when at the exact same moment, [[Rumble (G1)|Rumble]] does the same, followed by [[Frenzy (G1)|Frenzy]], [[Ravage (G1)/Generation 1 cartoon continuity|Ravage]], and [[Laserbeak (G1)/Generation 1 cartoon continuity|Laserbeak]]! Sideswipe thinks the Decepticons are working with the Quintessons, but they have actually arrived to capture Primacron for their own ends. More Decepticons attack outside the courtroom, and as the crowd evacuates, a Quintesson bailiff moves to shove Primacron into the portal that will teleport him to Doruka III, only to discover that the scientist has removed his electronic handcuffs and converted them into a high-tech whistle. A single blow of the whistle ensorcells the minds of all the "[[Primitive]]" Transformers in earshot and puts them under Primacron's command, including Stripes, Ravage, Laserbeak... and all the Quintessons' [[Sharkticon (G1)|Sharkticons]]!

A short time later, the Autobots burst into the courtroom to discover that Primacron has merely subdued Adveraros, and now talks with him. The little scientist considers the ease with which he has controlled the minds of the Transformers to be proof that he is their "god", progenitor of all mechanical life, but the Quintesson refuses to believe such nonsense: yes, in ''some'' universes, mechanical life is known to have been created by [[Primus|divine forces]], but he refuses to believe that Primacron is such a force. The alien smirks, and tells the Quintesson that, after building Unicron, he created a kind of robotic life that was able to multiply on its own, which looked an ''awful lot'' like the Quintessons, but the judge furiously dismisses his words as lies. With the fighting over, the Autobots apprehend Primacron.

Back on [[Cybertron (planet)|Cybertron]], the Autobots take Primacron to the ancient Quintesson teleportation chamber below the planet's surface, intending to send him to another universe. Primacron accepts this fate; having now enshrined himself as a "mythical" figure in this universe, he knows he will no longer be able to operate in peace, and is interested to see what other worlds are out there. Before the teleporter is activated, Wheeljack asks one last question of the little alien: he claims to be the originator of robotic life, but what, then, does that say about the Transformers' existence? Are they truly living beings—can a [[spark|soul]] be artificially created? Primacron mulls the question over, and responds with an analogy: a being may know how to build a fire... but that being did not ''create'' fire, merely brought into being something that is part of nature. The teleporter activates and Primacron disappears, leaving [[Bumblebee (G1)/Generation 1 cartoon continuity|Bumblebee]] baffled, but Wheeljack pleasantly satisfied.

Millions of years ago, Omega Supreme was a member of the legendary [[Guardian robot]]s, and was charged with defending [[Crystal City]], the most spectacular city on [[Cybertron (planet)|Cybertron]]. He befriended the [[Constructicon (G1)|Constructicons]], the city's creators. However, as it would happen, the Constructicons were attacked by [[Megatron (G1)/Generation 1 cartoon continuity|Megatron]]'s [[Robo-Smasher]] and converted into [[Decepticon]]s. The now-evil Constructicons convinced Omega to leave his post to help defend the capital city, and promised to look after the city in his stead. When he left, they demolished the Crystal City, to Omega Supreme's horror. He hunted them down, trapping them in a pit, and tried to reverse the reprogramming done by the Robo-Smasher. Though he appeared to be successful, the programming was irreversible, and Megatron had given the Constructicons a new combined form named [[Devastator (G1)|Devastator]]. The treacherous Constructicons lured Omega into an ambush and in their new form attempted to use the Smasher to convert him into a Decepticon, but he destroyed the machine and they fled before he recovered from the attack.

For the most part, he acted as inter-planetary transport for the Autobots, as well as their last line of defense. While he was preparing for a round of target practice, Omega lost contact with [[Optimus Prime (G1)/Generation 1 cartoon continuity|Optimus Prime]] when [[Blaster (G1)/Generation 1 cartoon continuity|Blaster]] began broadcasting the music from a concert over the Autobot communications frequencies. The interference resulted in Megatron getting away clean with the [[Voltronic Galaxer]], which necessitated a trip to the [[Moon (moon)|Moon]] to retrieve it. Omega took Optimus, [[Powerglide (G1)|Powerglide]], [[Spike Witwicky (G1)|Spike Witwicky]] and [[Carly]]. There, he got to battle [[Astrotrain (G1)|Astrotrain]], who taunted him for being outdated technology, but changed his tune after Omega triumphed. {{Storylink|Blaster Blues}} When the Decepticons found a pool of [[electrum]], rendering them invulnerable, they attacked Omega Supreme. His weapons had no effect on them, and the titan fell. Unfortunately he just barely had enough energy to land, and was left teetering on the edge of a cliff overhanging a lake of deadly liquid. Omega Surpreme finally got his chance at revenge when the Constructicons started mining an asteroid that turned out to be the egg of an [[Asteroid bird alien|strange creature]]. Omega left the creature to its own devices, which would have resulted in it devouring [[San Francisco]]. However, Optimus Prime convinced Omega to lead the creature back to its asteroid, which would sustain it. After the energy pest [[Kremzeek]] took out most of the Autobots, Omega Supreme transported the survivors of his attack to [[Japan]] in an attempt to track down the creature. When they arrived, they were immediately beset by Kremzeek, however the Autobots remembered that Omega had not been coated with the insulating compound that was protecting them. Omega took to the air, but Kremzeek managed to reach him anyway, and he quickly crashed onto the Japanese beach. The arrogant Aerialbots, unimpressed with both the Autobots and the humans they protected, refused to help their comrades in defeating the Decepticons until their group leader [[Silverbolt (G1)|Silverbolt]] showed them how Sparkplug was able to disregard his fatigue and continue repairing Omega Supreme simply because of his concern for a friend's well being. With Omega completed, the Autobots were now free to leave the base en masse to attack the Decepticons, an advantage Optimus Prime utilized immediately. Though Omega Supreme continued to guard the Ark, he didn't seem to stay [[Scale|quite as huge]] as he used to be. He could soon fit into the Ark, where watched with other Autobots as Ratchet tried to repair Optimus Prime, who had fallen in battle. At Prime's funeral, Omega placed his body in his final resting place, a spaceship casket which they shot into space. {{storylink|Funeral for a Friend!}} The funeral motivated Omega to work even harder so as to not let Optimus Prime down. He defended the Ark against an assault by [[Cobra]] aircraft and [[Dirge (G1)|Dirge]]. Omega entered the Ark again when he and other high-ranking Autobots assembled to nominate Prime's replacement, and he suggested courage as a valuable trait for their imaginary candidate. When [[Trypticon (G1)|Trypticon]] attacked, the Decepticon carpeted the entrance to the Ark with sonic scrambler mines, disabling Omega and the other Autobots within; Omega was thus unable to square off against the giant. Omega Supreme is an extremely ancient Transformer, hailing from the time of the [[Knights of Cybertron]] in the planet's largely-forgotten past. He served as the guardian of the subterranean Crystal City, former cultural centre of the planet, and when the Knights left Cybertron to spread their wisdom across the galaxy, he remained behind, protecting a lone [[Metrotitan (body-type)|Metrotitan]] that lay slumbering beneath the city's foundations. When war erupted between the Cybertronians on the surface, Omega abstained from entering the conflict, holding true to his vigil. Eventually, a leader named [[Nova Prime]] brought the war to an end, and soon discovered Crystal City and Omega while searching for ways to bring peace and prosperity back to the planet. Around a year after this "Surge", Omega followed a distress call sent by [[Hot Rod (G1)/IDW Generation 1 continuity|Hot Rod]] to Cybertron, arriving just in time to turn the tide of a battle between the Autobot survivors camped out on the planet and the feral [[Insecticon swarm]] stalking them. Omega remained on Earth with the other Autobots during the two years that followed the New York battle, hiding out in a remote canyon in base mode. When Optimus Prime surrendered to the forces of [[Skywatch]] and Autobot leadership was divided between [[Hot Rod (G1)/IDW Generation 1 continuity|Hot Rod]] and Bumblebee, the two new leaders had different plans for Omega. Upon arriving at Cybertron, Omega Supreme was ordered to remain in orbit while the Autobots went down to the surface. {{storylink|Chaos Part One: Lamentations|Lamentations}} With Rodimus captaining him, he participated in the battle against Galvatron's weaponized [[Kimia Facility]], but when the Autobot air forces failed to damage it, he and Rodimus agreed that their only choice was for Omega to ram it. The tank forms his main body, the rocket forms his forearms, the track makes up most of his legs, while the gantry forms his feet and backpack, with extra track parts forming wings. The torso features a battery-operated motor which propels the tank around the track as its turret spins and flashes with orange light, or allows Omega to walk (very slowly) forward in robot mode. This motor is extremely susceptible to failure.
