As [[Ginrai (human)|Ginrai]] and [[Road King]] fought [[Scorponok (G1)|BlackZarak]] in [[China]], the powerful Decepticon summoned one of each of the three Sparkdash Decepticons to aid him. Although the Autobots were briefly taken aback by the arrival of the new enemies, the Sparkdash quickly proved to be as fragile as the [[Seacon (Masterforce)|Seacons]], allowing Road King to take out the Javil with one shot. {{storylink|God Ginrai - Save Cancer!?}}

Multiple Javils were among the Sparkdash and Seacon legions that backed up the Decepticons when they staged an attack on North America from within the [[Grand Canyon]]. In creature mode, Javil can be revved up with a small wheel in his belly, activating a friction motor that causes "cold" sparks to shoot from his mouth as the toy zips forward on its own.

*"Javil" is apparently a {{w|portmanteau}} of the Japanese word ''ja'aku'' (evil) and, well, either "evil" or "devil", take your pick.
*Despite the fact that the toy features a unique color scheme, when Javils appear in the ''Masterforce'' animated series, they are colored magenta like their American counterpart, Sparkstalker. Of course, they're far from being the only characters in the ''Masterforce'' cartoon with [[Browning|non-toy-accurate]] [[Clouder|colors]]. Even the ''Masterforce'' toy catalog's photos use the Hasbro coloration.
*Much like ''Masterforce''<nowiki>'</nowiki>s Seacons, the Sparkdash are never depicted in [[robot mode]] in either the cartoon or manga. The toy's [[package art]], seen at right, is the only known "fictional" depiction of a Javil in robot mode.
