[[Cody Burns]] and the [[Rescue Bot]]s are engaging in a spot of star gazing when they spot a shooting star. As they watch, the meteor crashes on nearby [[Wayward Island]]. The next day the Bots and the Burns family arrive on the island to investigate. As they move through the fog-enshrouded woods, they become aware that there's someone else out there. Luckily it turns out to be a friend—[[Bumblebee (WFC)|Bumblebee]]! [[Blades (RB)|Blades]] is particularly excited to meet the [[Autobot]], who was tracking the meteor and decided to visit the Rescue Bots.

While Blades and [[Dani Burns|Dani]] take to the air, the others spread out to find the meteorite. Blades is too excited to avoid hitting tree tops, but when Dani reminds him of their mission, he points out where the meteorite has landed. [[Heatwave (RB)|Heatwave]], [[Chase (RB)|Chase]] and [[Boulder]] check out the rock for radiation before giving the all-clear for the humans to approach it. Meanwhile, Blades tries to drop his hook so Bumblebee can ride on it, and ends up getting caught on a tree, requiring a rescue by Bumblebee. Blades is chagrined.

The other Bots have finished putting out fires and making sure the meteor is safe, so everyone heads back to the boat where Bumblebee asks to use their comm screen to contact [[Optimus Prime (WFC)|Optimus Prime]] once they get back to the [[Griffin Rock Firehouse Headquarters|fire station]]. Optimus is glad the meteorite is safe and instructs Bumblebee to stay with the Rescue Bots for a few days to gain experience. Though everyone is excited to have Bumblebee around, [[Charlie Burns|Chief Burns]] alerts them to an emergency—a retaining wall is nearing collapse, endangering houses. Bumblebee and Cody monitor things from the station, but partway through the operation, Boulder, Heatwave and Chase abruptly [[transformation|transform]] to [[alternate mode|vehicle mode]] and can't change back. Blades is left propping up the wall by himself, at least until Bumblebee roars up and helps. The three stricken Autobots find they can't even drive by themselves, and have to be driven back to the fire station, and on the way they suddenly lose the ability to communicate.

Cody realizes the meteor is to blame, and they contact Optimus again. He passes the information on to [[Ratchet (WFC)|the medic]], who points out the Rescue Bots' ship has an antidote in it, provided they can get a sample of the meteorite and work out which one to use. Also, he instructs them to destroy the meteorite.

With the three Bots now becoming covered in goop, the Burns family launches another mission to Wayward Island, and Bumblebee insists on coming along. The seas are rough, and as they approach the island, the ''[[Darby Ava]]'' hits rocks. [[Graham Burns|Graham]] is knocked overboard. Bumblebee drives in to save him, and manages to get him to catch onto a rope, but in the process sinks into an undersea trench. Blades heads out from the fire station to lend a hand while the Burnses find they have two more problems—the boat's engine won't start, and the bomb they brought to deal with the meteorite has activated. They have four minutes before it explodes, and it can't be switched off.

Blades arrives and successfully fishes Bumblebee out of the ocean. The pair grab the bomb and head towards the island where Bumblebee punches a hole in the meteorite and sticks the bomb in. As it explodes, the two Bots return to the ''Darby Ava'' where they fall victim to the virus. Fortunately Bumblebee picked up a sample of the meteorite, which the humans analyze using tech from the Rescue Bots' ship. They're soon able to use the correct antidote to cure the five Bots. Before Bumblebee leaves, Dani takes pictures of them all together and to Blades's surprise, the yellow Autobot requests a picture with him.

[[Wild (RB)|Captain Wild]] is having boat problems, as in his boat is beginning to sink. [[Blades (RB)|Blades]] and [[Dani Burns]] head out and quickly locate the boat, but when they attach a cable to it, it pulls Blades under as well. At the [[Griffin Rock Firehouse Headquarters|fire station]], [[Cody Burns]] alerts the rest of the team, who scramble. The boat lands up on the very edge of a trench. Blades converts to robot mode and struggles to pull it away from the edge until the other bots arrive to help. They carry the boat back to land where Cody meets them and Wild blames the [[Griffin Rock Triangle]]. While Dani takes Wild to the hospital, the others discuss the Triangle and how boats have disappeared there. [[Graham Burns|Graham]] inspects Wild's boat and finds it's sound and shouldn't have sunk, while Cody spots something in Wild's lobster pots.

He cleans his find to discover it's a plate with an intriguing serpent design on it. He takes it to [[Ezra Greene|Doc Greene]], who consults the database and turns up a reference to a 28-year-old [[Midgard|Project Midgard]] and something [[Frankie Greene|Frankie]] recognizes as a reference number. They head to the archive in the [[Hall of Inspiration]] where Cody finds an old film reel. When Doc Greene plays it, it turns out to be a log by one [[Anna Baranova|Professor Anna Baranova]], describing her project to build a mobile lab, the ''[[Midgard]]'', to be launched from tunnel 15 to investigate the Griffin Rock Triangle.

Cody is curious to know what happened to Baranova and gets Graham and the Bots to help him search the tunnels under the island. They come up empty until [[Heatwave (RB)|Heatwave]] mentions he saw tunnels with letters on, which Graham says are Roman numerals. They find the tunnel in question, and within, they discover a mooring station. While exploring it, they somehow trigger the docking sequence, and Graham and Cody are trapped in the rapidly-filling airlock. They manage to find the emergency override, but Graham and the Bots decide it's too dangerous to continue there. That doesn't stop Cody from pushing a button, revealing an old video player with a videotape in it.

The Burns family watches the tape, on which Baranova describes how an underwater vent is periodically releasing large bubbles of methane which cause ship sinkings, and how she intends to launch a mission in the ''Midgard'' to drop an explosive in the vent to seal it. [[Charlie Burns]] recalls meeting Baranova and that she disappeared. While [[Kade Burns|Kade]] declares case closed, Cody still wants to know what happened, and they get the idea to launch an expedition to find the ''Midgard''.

Venturing back into the ocean, the team reaches the edge of the undersea trench and quickly find the crashed ''Midgard''. As Blades peers in a porthole, he momentarily sees a familiar figure. They board the ''Midgard'', and are indeed confronted by Professor Baranova, who has survived the last 28 years. She's not particularly keen on being rescued, but shows them around. She explains that the ''Midgard'' was caught in a methane eruption and crashed, wrecking both the engines and communications. The explosive device itself is intact, but the only way to use it would be to push the lab over into the trench, and Baranova's not really keen on destroying her home, fearing how the surface world will have changed. Cody is determined and after a brief talk from him, she changes her mind.

While the other bots push the station to the edge, Chief Burns and Baranova set the explosive to go off after a minute and evacuate in [[Chase (RB)|Chase]]. The [[Rescue Bot]]s push and, despite a hairy moment with a rock, manage to get the ''Midgard'' over the cliff. They climb out of the trench before the explosive goes off, sealing the vent for good. Back on the surface, Doc Greene shows off how they're building a replica of the ''Midgard'' for Baranova to live in, as way of a thank you for dealing with the Triangle.

==Synopsis==
[[Burgertron]] thinks back to the good times he had back when he led the [[Greaser Gang|Hunger Hubs]]... but images of the [[Lost Bots]] keep getting in his way. [[Spud Muffin]] shakes him out of his reverie and re-poses the question: does he want to re-join the Hunger Hubs or not? When the other members of the squad arrive and ask him to come back (in a considerably less menacing way), Burgertron agrees.

Back at the [[Lost and Found (BotBots)|Lost and Found]], Burgertron says his goodbyes the the Lost Bots, who all obviously have ''concerns''. But he's adamant (or at least he tries to be), and [[Clogstopper]] gives him a goodbye gift of a necklace made out of used chewing gum, which Burgertron accepts and wears despite the sheer gross-out factor. And with that, he walks away to re-join his "real" squad in the food court. As he peruses the list of Spud's "suggestions" for the next round of challenges, he notices [[Brock O'Lonely]] is not on the roster, and Spud quickly explains he's still on vacation. And he also reacts ''not great'' to Burgertron's remarks that he's more interested in just having fun than winning.

As the [[Goldrush Games (event)|Goldrush Games]] get back into gear, [[Kikmee]] tries to give the despondent Lost Bots a pep talk. It doesn't go well at first, as Clogstopper and [[Bonz-Eye]] remind her of the ways Burgertron's been a double-decker jerk in the past. But Kikmee has never been one to give up, and reminds them of the ''good'' he's brought into their lives, and that they can ''do this!'' And thusly pumped, do this they do! Dimlit conquers his fear of falling from great heights to win the Rubber Chicken Bungee Jump, Clogstopper and Bonz-Eye clean up in Synchronized Slime Swimming, and the Dimlit/Kikmee combo sweep the Curling With Sardines event. With these wins under their belts, the Lost Bots are now tied with the Hunger Hubs for first place! Burgertron pops back to congratulate the Lost Bots on doing so well, and they have some friendly talk... until Spud Muffin yanks Burgertron away, growling darkly that he is ''never'' to talk to "those losers" again.

The two squads get set for the final event, the Obstacle Course, a four-part relay. Kikmee gives some trash talk to Spud Muffin as they climb over park benches and bounce on trampolines, but the other face-offs are ''much'' friendlier competition. [[Fottle Barts]] accepts Clogstopper's invitation to check out his used ear swab collection after the Games before they wade through a deep dish lasagna. [[Ulf the Orange]] and Bonz-Eye trade compliments on each other's fancy footwork as they high-step through a field of big chewy pretzels. And of course, Burgertron and Dimlit... well, c'mon. The pair climb over a ''{{w|Connect Four}}'' rack, but on the way down, Dimlit gets his foot caught in one of the holes. Burgertron stops cold short of the finish line, and as Spud Muffin screams at him to just finish and win, Burgertron looks at the gum-necklace he's still wearing, thinking about the good times he's had with the Lost Bots...

...and runs back to the rack, pulling Dimlit free and carrying him, intending for them to finish the race together. But then Spud leaps in the way, pushing them both down and stealing the rigatoni baton and crossing the finish line himself, declaring a win for himself, err, the Hunger Hubs! Which does ''not'' sit well with the other Hunger Hubs. When Burgertron raises an objection, Spud cites "rule 319", and the Gamesmaster stammers out a confirmation. High on his win, Spud tells Burgertron to re-join the Lost Bots if he doesn't like it, which means he can join them in being exiled forever to [[The Dark Side of the Mall]]! A fate that Burgertron willingly accepts, having had enough of Spud Muffin's—''aah the mall guard!!!''

Every BotBot changes into their "hiding" modes, except for Burgertron... and the Gamesmaster, just as Burgertron predicted. Pulling on Gamesmaster's handles, Burgertron pulls off his helmet to see who it ''really'' is... [[Brock O'Lonely]] in a robot suit! Having heard Spud give different locations for Brock's supposed "vacation", Burgertron suspected that the Goldrush Games were a sham all along meant to get Burgertron and the Lost Bots exiled, which Brock corroborates, having been forced to go along with Spud's plan. When a hurt Ulf asks Spud if this is all true, he goes ''nuts'', admitting his jealousy and anger at being thought the "sidekick" all this time, and even revealing how he was the one that sent Burgertron off-course during a round of vent-sliding, which landed him in the [[Lost and Found (BotBots)|Lost and Found]]. He continues to rant and rave, unaware that the other BotBots are changing into their "disguise" modes once again, reveling in the fact that for everything he's done, he had ''nothing'' to do with Burgertron breaking the [[Sacred Rule of the Mall]]; ''he'' revealed himself to the mall guard all by himself!

And as the Lost Bots change to disguise mode, Spud gloats even more... until he realizes that [[Dave (BotBots)|Dave]] the guard is right behind him! Dave picks the terrified Spud Muffin up, but simply wants the fry-bot to relay a message to his "boss" the burger-bot... to thank him for getting his job back, and in return, he's done trying to convince anyone else they exist; nobody he ever told believed him anyway. And with a light pat on the deflated fry's head, Dave heads back to his office, probably for a nap.

As Dave leaves, the other BotBots transform and close in on Spud Muffin, intending to put him on an outbound truck, never to be seen again. But the Lost Bots step between them, Burgertron saying that if he's learned anything, it's that people deserve a second chance. So, for him to have the chance to redeem himself in the future, Spud finds himself sent to the Dark Side of the Mall, with its bad lighting and decrepit stores and the ''creepy dolls...

The unfortunate business taken care of, Ulf invites Burgertron back into the Hunger Hubs, with the other squads agreeing to take the other Lost Bots in as well. But the Lost Bots have their own idea: they've been together through so much, they ask the other squads to accept them as an official squad of their own! The other BotBots agree, and with cheers, confetti, and wicked tunes, another party starts in earnest, this time with the Lost Bots as the guests of honor.

Meanwhile, Dave returns to his office, where a lady in a snappy suit awaits him. [[Agent Wagner]] from government agency [[Sector Seven]] introduces herself, having gotten his voicemail about the "little robots". And she wants to know more....

==Synopsis==
It's a bright new day in the mall, and Burgertron is confident that their recent victory over the killer [[security bots]] will surely mean the other BotBots will crawl all over each other in desperation to ask the [[Lost Bots]] to join them. They spy a huge gathering of BotBots on the floor below, which Burgertron is convinced is a "thank you" ceremony... but it's [[Spud Muffin]] instead making everything all about him. He's throwing the "funnest party ever", complete with a [[Fun-O-Meter]] devised by the [[Science Alliance]] to ''prove'' he's thrown the most kickin' party in all of BotBots history. With [[Snorg the Conquerer|Snorg]] providing the tunes as DJ [[Brock O'Lonely]] is on vacation, the party gets into full swing. Burgertron is crushed that the Lost Bots are once again overshadowed, even moreso than normal as it looks like Spud is going to be ''scientifically proven'' to be the coolest BotBot ever.

As the Fun-O-Meter dings into maximum fun levels, there's a low rumble... and a piece of the wall splits open with a blinding light, revealing a golden trophy bot: The [[Brock O'Lonely|Gamesmaster]]! This bot of myth and alleged legend sensed their incredible fun levels and has come to decree the BotBots worthy of competing in the most glorious of mall competitions, [[Goldrush Games (event)|The Goldrush Games]], to prove which mall squad is the best! [[Bonz-Eye]] is immediately skeptical, but Burgertron insists there's no better way to prove the Lost Bots' worthiness. The Gamesmaster agrees that the Lost Bots can compete, but as they are not a "formal" recognized squad, this means they have to compete under "provisional status": failure to reach first place means they'll be banished to [[The Dark Side of the Mall]]! Much to the other Lost Bots' shock, Burgertron agrees readily.

Back at the [[Lost and Found (BotBots)|Lost and Found]], the other Lost Bots air their reservations about the whole setup; even ultra-competitive [[Kikmee]] is wary of the stakes, and notes that competition should be about ''fun''. Bonz-Eye lightly grills Burgertron over his continued urge to re-join the [[Greaser Gang|Hunger Hubs]], noting how awful they've been to him ever since he fell in with the Lost Bots. But the desire to get back in with the larger BotBot society still compels them all...

As the games begin, Gamesmaster reveals the squads' starting rankings: of the eight competing squads, the Hunger Hubs are in first, while the Lost Bots are (of course) in dead last. The first event is the Shopping Cart Launch, where the squads fling a BotBot off a speeding shopping cart, aiming to pop balloons of varying point values. [[Dimlit]] ends up bouncing off the 100-point star balloon (those Mylar ones are tough!) while the other three manage to pop lesser-value but easier-to-bust rubber balloons. Still in last place, Burgertron consoles his team: there's still plenty more events to win! And win events they do: [[Clogstopper]] finishes first in the Grip Strength Hanging Challenge without breaking a sweat, Bonz-Eye holds tight to win Guinea Pig Bronco Riding, and Kikmee sails to victory in the Escalator Ski Jump. By the time of the last challenge in the semi-finals, the Lost Bots have made it to fifth, just one win away from making it into the finals.

The final event is the Dumpster Dive Relay race, with the teams swimming through very gross trash-water in the mall's back storage area. Kikmee gets an early lead, but also gets her foot caught in an un-cut six-pack ring. Burgertron calls for a time-out, but the Gamesmaster refuses; the trash is part of the race! Kikmee manages to get free and tag in Burgertron, though the Lost Bots have a lot of "ground" to catch up. Burgertron consoles Kikmee with her own words: competition is about doing your very best when times are tough. He leaps onto a spray-can floating in the filth, and with a kick, the processed cheese-like product propels him at face-peeling speed to the finish, where he scores a photo-finish tie with Spud Muffin, putting them in fourth place and into the finals! [[Knotzel]] asks if Burgertron just cheated, but again he uses someone's previous words, recalling that the Gamesmaster said "help ye or hurt ye, the trash can affect your performance"... and the momentarily-flummoxed Gamesmaster agrees he ''did'' say that, so the spray-cheese move was legal and the shared win is legit. As the crowd cheers, Spud Muffin slinks off....

The Lost Bots are celebrating their victory when Spud Muffin approaches Burgertron, wanting a word in private. He says that after his performance in The Goldrush Games, he's convinced that the burger-bot should be allowed back in the Hunger Hubs, and as the squad's leader again. Burgertron is both excited and confused, pointing out it seems like Spud's been actively sabotaging the him, resulting in a melodramatic denial from the fries. He's even able to explain away the grease and salt found at the scenes, since there's lots of places in the mall where grease and salt feature heavily. Burgertron can't quite argue with that, and Spud Muffin asks again... is he coming back, or what?

The [[Lost Bots]] are getting a start on their lamest attempt yet to get back in with the other squads: disguising themselves with clothes and props from the doll store and pretending they're not the Lost Bots. They hide as [[Dave (BotBots)|Dave]] walks by, talking to his [[Dave's mom|mom]] over the phone about how he's lost his job... a job at the only place he's ever felt like he actually belonged. Feeling pangs of guilt, the Lost Bots follow Dave through the [[mall (BotBots)|mall]] as he continues to explain to his mom it's all over and maybe he'll move on to some other life goals, like being a living statue performer. He retreats to his office to clean out his locker, and even sings a dramatic, soul-rending song of sadness over the lemons life keeps throwing at him. And while the Lost Bots feel weirdly sad as Dave leaves the mall for the last time, [[Burgertron]] has a sudden revelation... no Dave means no reason to hide at night. ''The mall belongs to the BotBots!''

The BotBots waste no time going absolutely buck wild. The [[Greaser Gang|Hunger Hubs]] make a mess of the food court, the [[Toilet Troop|Custodial Crew]] clog the toilets, and the [[Jock Squad]] engage in churro-jousting. Even the Lost Bots are having a ball piling ice cream onto [[Clogstopper]] when something new arrives: a trio of treaded [[security bot]]s. Burgertron's initial excitement at the arrival of some fellow bots turns to blind panic as the security robots register the BotBots as "rodents" and fire deadly lasers to eliminate them! The security bots spread out, and BotBots everywhere flee for their lives. Fortunately for the BotBots, the security bots have bad aim... but ''un''fortunately for the mall, the lasers do major damage to everything they actually hit.

Soon the mall is a blasted wasteland, with small pockets of BotBots hiding from the killer robots. The Lost Bots find themselves with a small group that includes [[Spud Muffin]], who, even in mortal peril, can't resist getting a dig in at their expense. <s>Burgertron</s> Spud Muffin comes up with the idea that each squad needs to try and come up with a plan to stop the bots, and they all get to work. However, nothing seems to stop the security force. The [[Jock Squad]] knock them down but they get back up again, and the [[Gamer Geeks]] try rewiring them but are zapped by internal security systems. [[Bonz-Eye]] figures they must have a weakness to exploit, but what?

Burgertron takes them to Dave's office to show them a rare tome: an "instruction manual". Within its pages, they find that by plugging the mall's master security code into one of the security bots, all three units will shut down. But only flesh creatures know the code, and the BotBots only know one flesh creature, and he was just fired. To save the BotBots and the mall, they must get Dave back! The Lost Bots meet up with [[Ring-A-Ling]], the company phone Dave was forced to leave behind, who tells them the only number Dave ever added to her was his mom. After getting past Dave's mom, Burgertron poses as "Mr. Mallworker Fleshguy, Esquire" to tell Dave that he needs to come back to the mall ''tonight'' to pick up his "donut of service", a reward for all his time working at the mall. Dave immediately hangs up.

Returning to the main hall, the Lost Bots spy Spud Muffin's attempt to stop the security bots: a massive battering ram made up of joined-together shopping carts suspended from the ceiling. As the killer bots arrive, the other Hunger Hubs untie one end, sending the carts smashing into the bots and knocking them into the (rebuilt) fountain, where they shut down. The other BotBots cheer, Spud Muffin starts a rather presumptive speech... and of course the security bots emerge from the water, now in even creepier, deadlier spider-like modes, and once again the BotBots make a mad dash for their lives. Nothing's worked, and they need a hero now more than ever...

...at which point Dave returns, the lure of a small piece of free fried dough more than enough to get him back. Enraged at the carnage the security bots are unleashing on his beloved mall, he charges at them only to hide when the lasers start. The bots scan the area, but despite him being ''right next to them'', they can't find him, as Dave's living statue practice and general inactivity has given him the ability to be completely motionless, confusing the security bots' motion detectors. He sneaks up on them until he's close enough to leap on one, where he's able to input the master security code and shut them down. And as he searches for Mr. Mallworker Fleshguy, Esquire, still wanting that donut, he doesn't notice that the entire scene has been caught on camera by [[Fomo]].

The next night, Dave is back in his office on his company phone, thanking [[Randall (BotBots)|his boss]] for re-hiring him. It seems ''someone'' emailed the video of Dave's heroic rescue of the mall to corporate. As Dave settles in for another night, he spots a fresh(!) donut on his desk, alongside a [[Costa Pasta]] collector's cup... the last cup he needed for his collection of mall cups! And it's filled with lemonade! And spotting some sesame seeds by these prizes, Dave has a flash of realization: ''did that little burger-bot get him his job back?''

==Synopsis==
An exhausted [[Dave (BotBots)|Dave]] continues to try to make [[Dave's mom|his mother]] understand the struggles of working the night shift, none too pleased that she's been rubbing garlic on his clothes out of fear that he's a [[vampire]]. Between the pale skin, the crippling loneliness, and the stale leftover bagels he subsists on, it's clear Dave's starting to become disillusioned with the night shift, but fortune smiles upon him when he sees an opening for the day shift posted on the bulletin board. Dave sees this as his big chance, only for his own internal monologue to remind him that [[Randall (BotBots)|his boss]] won't take him seriously due to his ravings about the "little robots that live in the mall". Dave agrees with himself that continuing to believe in the little robots won't help in the long run...which is why he's going to catch one to prove he's not crazy! Inspired, he begins sketching up a "flawless" plan, unaware that a tiny someone is watching him from the shadows...

In the [[Lost and Found (BotBots)|Lost and Found]], [[Kikmee]] is leading the other [[Lost Bots]], including the visiting [[Frostferatu]], in practicing a cheer routine to hopefully impress the other BotBots. As the routine reaches its climax, Kikmee orders them all to form a pyramid, guiding [[Dimlit]] to the top, but he fails to keep his balance and topples over, bringing the rest down with him. Frostferatu, who is only here because he loves pyramids, decides this isn't working out and leaves, as Dimlit bemoans that he should never be relied on for anything important, despite his friends' attempts at reassurances. His pity party is interrupted, however, by a new arrival—[[Agent Smartlit (BotBots)|Agent Smartlit]], a member of a top-secret squad dedicated to covertly protecting the mall and the BotBots from dangerous threats. Smartlit explains that "Flesh-Being-1" is working on a new plan to trap the BotBots, and despite the Lost Bots being unconvinced of Dave posing any danger, Smartlit is convinced it puts them at risk and plans to go undercover to access the secret store room where Dave has been seen hoarding rocket parts. To do so, Smartlit has hidden Dave's flashlight and will be placing herself in the Lost and Found to bait Dave into taking her as a replacement. [[Burgertron]] suggests she turn her light on to make herself more noticeable, and while she's not certain it's necessary, Dave's approach forces them into action, taking their places. Dave arrives and finds Smartlit, but seeing her already turned on, he assumes the batteries are likely almost drained and decides to grab Dimlit instead!

The Lost Bots quickly follow Dave back to his office, finding him napping at his desk. Dimlit emerges, expecting to switch places with Smartlit, but she tells him that there's no way Dave won't notice, so she instead decides Dimlit will take her place on the mission and will begin training him immediately. Dimlit protests, certain he can't be trusted with such an important job, but Smartlit doesn't give him a choice in the matter. Things go poorly at first with the physical combat training, mental training goes even worse when he falls asleep while trying to memorize some important documents, and instinct training goes ''disastrously'' when he cuts the wrong wire on a simulation bomb and gets slimed. While he's obviously not ready, Smartlit makes it clear that they're out of time and that the mission will have to proceed anyway. Dimlit returns to Dave's office just as Dave wakes, and he takes the flashlight to the storeroom, placing him on a shelf as he gets to work on construction. Dimlit notices Dave's notebook with his plans sketched out and begins studying it, fighting off the urge to fall asleep, until he discovers the shocking truth.

Dimlit rushes back to tell the others, but they're already aware: "Dave-O-Matic 5000", decked out in cardboard covered in childish scribbles, is rolling around the mall on roller skates with rockets attached in an attempt to lure the other robots out. Dimlit is disappointed his work was ultimately for nothing, while Smartlit is now certain her agency ''vastly'' overestimated the threat. When Dave's rocket skates begin malfunctioning for reasons that have absolutely ''nothing'' to do with his wiring work, the BotBots can't help but laugh at his misfortune as he careens every which way, but decide to stop him before he can hurt himself or anything in the mall. Smartlit points out they would need a copy of the plans for the skates...which Dimlit has now fully memorized, telling Smartlit he can walk her through disarming the controls on Dave's belt! Unfortunately, with time short, Dimlit will have to do it himself, and though he continues to doubt his ability, the others assure him that he's done well until now and that they have faith in him to finish the job.

Thinking quickly, Dimlit has the others board the [[Racer-Roni]] and form a pyramid as it speeds towards the out-of-control Dave. As they approach, Dimlit is forced to trust his instincts and cuts a wire on Dave's belt...and the rockets successfully dislodge from the skates, shooting forward and destroying the main fountain (and much of the surrounding area) in a massive explosion. As Dave slows to a stop, he stares as the destruction and considers his plan may not have been as flawless as he anticipated. Back at the Lost and Found, the others congratulate Dimlit on his work, including Agent Smartlit, who is so impressed that she notes she may call Dimlit if she ever needs a partner for another mission, prompting Dimlit to pass out at the very thought. Unfortunately, things are not going as well for Dave, who has just received a call from his boss that he's been...'''''FIRED?!'''''

==Synopsis==
The BotBots are throwing yet another rockin' beach party, once again having disinvited the [[Lost Bots]]. Said disinvited bots look from outside the fence, mulling both their outsider status ''and'' the mall's rising temperatures. As the party ends, the Lost Bots rush in hoping to at least play in the sand a little, but the [[Toilet Troop|Custodial Crew]] are already sweeping it into the vents. Dejected, they begin the walk back to the [[Lost and Found (BotBots)|Lost and Found]], but are interrupted by ''a message from the future!!!'' A grizzled, post-apocalyptic version of [[Burgertron]] appears, warning them that the ever-increasing heat in the mall will lead to "dire consequences", and that they need to find the [[Science Alliance]]. Before the present-day bots can get more information, the transmission fades... then starts up again, bad connection, Wi-Fi is probably very unreliable in the post-apocalyptic mall. Future-Burgertron gives them directions to the science education store the Science Alliance call home.

In said science education store, the Science Alliance are dealing with the fallout of a failed experiment when the Lost Bots arrive with a message about the message from the future. Realizing that the message must have come via their (still in beta) [[trans-timestream communicator]], the Alliance explains they already know about the mall's heatwave: the daily beach parties have led to a buildup of sand in the air conditioning unit, more than it can clear out on its own. If the parties continue, the a/c will overload and ''permanently'' overheat! However, they've been unable to work up the social skills to communicate this dire message. Burgertron is absolutely confident that verifiable scientific facts are all they need, and that the other BotBots will see the light.

He is, of course, dead wrong.

Being told to stop partying goes over ''poorly''. The Science Alliance's dry presentation is greeted with a hail of cherry tomatoes, and the BotBots vowing to party ''even harder'', even deliberately kicking sand into the vents to prove some kind of point. Ejected from the party, both teams are then contacted by future-Burgertron, who looks even ''worse'' now... uh... then... wait, he ''will look'' worse... nevermind. It's bad. Future-Burgertron insists they must "use your strengths" to save the future before his image fades. The Lost Bots are unsure what "strengths" he meant, but the Alliance reveal that they've all been practicing music. [[Kikmee]] is very enthusiastic about a rock-rap presentation, but modern-Burgertron is insistent that future-him meant ''his'' strengths, namely, persuasiveness. Though this basically boils down to him shrieking apocalyptic warnings outside the party while wearing a sandwich board and calling the other bots "sheeple", which is the exact ''opposite'' of "persuasive". Realizing their time is running out, [[Starscope]] calls to start "Operation Night Sky"!

Dimlit literally pulls the plug on the party... and the Science Alliance start their own, with Starscope spitting mad rhymes warning of the impending doom that will stop the BotBots from partying ''ever again''! This time around, the bots are very into it, and agree to recycle their sand rather than just dump it into the vents every night. The Science Alliance sign autographs after the show, and future-Burgertron re-appears, this time in a snazzy suit, congratulating the Science Alliance on saving the future... and assuring his younger self that someday he'll reign in that rampaging ego. A little bit, at least. He then signs off to continue his duties as President. With the future secure, the Lost Bots see nothing but good coming from teaming up with the Science Alliance! Except the Alliance's improved social standing means now they can't really be seen hanging out with the outcasts, and thus with probably some measure of reluctance give their goodbyes before heading off to a sweet afterparty with the [[Greaser Gang|Hunger Hubs]].

Snubbed once again and getting used to it by this point, the Lost Bots return to the Lost and Found, musing about the future.

At [[Bonz-Eye]]'s request, [[Lady Macaron]] and the [[Sugar Shocks]] have agreed to teach the [[Lost Bots]] etiquette and social graces, and while ''most'' of the Lost Bots are all in, [[Clogstopper]] is being extra-''himself'' today. Things come to a head when he laughs uproariously at one of his own crude jokes, spilling the tea he'd poured into his head all over his hosts, sending [[Lolly Licks]] off crying. Realizing this has just become a disaster, the Lost Bots get out of there before things can get worse.

As the Lost Bots grouse their way back to the [[Lost and Found (BotBots)|Lost and Found]], Clogstopper remains utterly oblivious to their mood, and the fact that they're mad at him ''specifically'' for repeatedly ruining their attempts to win back the other BotBots. And he only makes it worse when he blithely shrugs, having apparently not cottoned on to the fact that that was the goal all along. [[Burgertron]] absolutely flips a patty at this point, which finally seems to get through to the plunger. When the other Lost Bots can't look him in the optics when he asks if they think he "always" screws things up, the hurt bot storms off.

The next night, the four Lost Bots are headed towards to food court when they hear [[Playgor Cardquest]] singing a sad song. The card-bard tells them that over the course of the day, Clogstopper had been "scanned out": a [[human]] picked him up and and took him away from the mall, a fate from which no BotBot has ever returned. Utterly devastated, the four can only mourn their lost friend, holding a wake in one of the mall's bathrooms. Each one presents an item Clogstopper had shared with them, telling the story behind them and tossing them into the commode in a symbolic burial at sea... which, of course, causes the toilet to overflow when they try to flush it.

The soggy bots return to the main mall, only to catch an excited crowd gathering... Clogstopper has returned! He explains that the humans brought him back, claiming he was "defective". Unfamiliar with the word, the other BotBots believe this means he holds a secret anti-human power, and that if he can teach ''them'' to be "defective", they'll never have to worry about humans ever again. Eager to be the center of attention, Clogstopper leads the crowd to teach him his ways... and snubs the Lost Bots as he passes. Though the four are glad he's back, his newfound popularity means he's unlikely to hang out with them again. Thus begins a series of attempts to win ''him'' over for once, and they all go about as well as their usual attempts to get in good with the rest of the Lost Bots, thanks to the lethal combination of trying too hard and just plain old bad luck.

The Lost Bots finally get a moment to talk with him alone, but every attempt they make to appeal to him with the benefits of being their friend is met with comparisons to how the other BotBots are treating him like royalty. In fact, with all the other BotBots trying to follow his messy, nonsensical path (with varying degrees of success and/or knowing-why-they're-even-doing-this), [[Spud Muffin]] makes an announcement... Clogstopper should be their king! As the BotBots bow to their loo liege, Spud wants to know his first decree...

...thus begins a mandatory viewing of Clogstopper's one-bot puppet show, ''[[To Unclog One's Heart]]''. The BotBots' enthusiasm quickly turns to confusion, which turns to bewilderment, which turns to exhaustion; well into the play's ''seventh'' hour, half the audience has fallen asleep, only to be roused when watch-bot [[Ol' Tic Toc]] slips a cog and loses it, angrily shouting as he storms off. Having put up with, far, far too much, Spud Muffin revokes the rubber robot's royalty, and the cranky crowd disperses, leaving only the four Lost Bots in the audience. Because despite everything, Clogstopper is their friend, and they want to be there for him. And so, at their behest, he finishes the play, much to the Lost Bots' unexpected enjoyment. Five once again, they head back to the Lost and Found to pack it in for the night... though Clogstopper's suggestion that they help him write the sequel is shot down ''instantly''.

==Synopsis==
Tired of having to physically exert himself to do his rounds, [[Dave (BotBots)|Dave]] attempts to learn how to work the mall's [[scootmobile]]. After a horrifying crash... okay, he lightly nudges aside some cardboard boxes while going about 1 mile an hour... he notices an unattended pretzel sitting on a snack cart. Eager to see if he can feed himself with even ''less'' effort than he normally puts into feeding himself, his attempts to use the scootmobile's robo-arms to grab it somehow end up with the machine throwing him off, racing out of control, and getting itself jammed backwards on the "up" escalator. Unable to get past its flailing arms from below, Dave heads for the elevator to approach it from the second floor.

The coast clear, the pretzel transforms into [[Knotzel]], who is very miffed at the [[Lost Bots]] for not keeping adequate watch and nearly getting her eaten while they were hanging out. [[Clogstopper]] blames his distraction his clone (aka "his reflection in the coffee machine's shiny side"), and Knotzel storms off, bailing on the Lost Bots' upcoming karaoke party.

The crew slump to the mall's karaoke booths, grumbling how everyone has ignored their numerous party invites. Even the smoothing tunes of [[Snorg the Conquerer|Snorg]], a karaoke-bot still willing to help them out, can only do so much to lift their spirits. [[Bonz-Eye]], on the other hand, is ''incredibly'' calm about their situation, to the point where Kikmee worries that Bonz-Eye is bottling her emotions up too much. Bonz-Eye reluctantly concedes ''maybe'' she's being a bit too reserved, and Kikmee demonstrates how she deals with her feelings when things are going bad... ''angry screaming rage karaoke!'' With the Lost Bots agreeing to stay out of the booth so they can't hear what she's singing, Bonz-Eye starts her song... and gets ''incredibly'' worked up. ''Scary'' worked up. So worked up Snorg is knocked on his rear by the sheer force of her rage, and Kikmee's suggestion of trying maybe something a little different is met with a scream of "'''''CLOSE THE DOOR, BALL!!!'''''"

As Bonz-Eye goes into round two of her song, smoke fills the booth. Eventually the bass fades, and the door opens to reveal an exuberant bonsai-bot who had a ''fantastic'' time. Unfortunately, the clearing smoke also reveals that Snorg has changed, the sheer amount of fury running through his circuits turning him into a howling mad-bot with a fierce sonic scream attack. Blowing the Lost Bots away, he runs out into the mall, dislodging the scootmobile and using it to rampage through the food court.

Kikmee and Bonz-Eye both blame themselves for the chaos, and it gets even worse when Snorg starts repeating lyrics: the screaming lyrics Bonz-Eye fed into his mic, where she vented her frustrations over each of the Lost Bots' eccentricities. This proves humiliating for the entire team, as the BotBots have a good laugh at Bonz-Eye's brutal slams even as they flee in terror. Kikmee suddenly hits on the solution: Bonz-Eye needs to do what she does best (besides swordplay) and achieve emotional balance. Agreeing, Bonz-Eye launches herself at Snorg, lightly kicking his play button to select a new song, and grabs the mic...

...and proceeds to sing (as well as she can) a soft, gentle number, an apology and admission of her inability to express herself and how much her teammates truly mean to her. The good vibes revert Snorg back to his normal good-times self, thanking Bonz-Eye... who quietly threatens that she'll destroy him if he ever reveals her weaknesses. Kikmee apologizes to Bonz-Eye for pushing her, Bonz-Eye apologizes again for being too distant, and the two hug.

''Meanwhile'', Dave is ''still'' in the elevator, having forgotten to push a floor button. Finally realizing his embarrassing mistake, he makes it to the food court, only to see a smoking ruin and a free-roaming scootmobile as the doors open. Without a word, he hits the "door close" button.

In his office, [[Dave (BotBots)|Dave]] makes big plans for this year's mall employee [[Halloween]] party, having royally bombed out the prior year. This year, he ''will'' get an actual trophy of some form or another!

At the food court, [[Burgertron]] is introducing the [[Lost Bots]] to "Kiddie Menu Airlines", where they hang-glide from a paper airplane made from a children's menu. Dimlit, however, wants nothing to do with this, having a fear of heights (among many other things), and nothing the other bots say can seem to bolster his confidence. [[Kikmee]] gives him a gentle pat on the back... which sends him toppling from the mezzanine railing, and he grabs the airplane. Which does let him fly around, much to his absolute terror. Smacking into a store window on the first floor, he recovers only to see a hideous orange ''thing'' grinning at him. As the Lost Bots rush over to congratulate him on his flight, they too notice that an entire storefront has been taken over by a thing called "[[Specter Halloween]]", filled to the brim with terrifying sights! Burgertron tries to talk the Lost Bots down, but then a shrouded ghoul with glowing red eyes speaks up with a tinny voice...

...which sends the five running and screaming for the safety of a bench. And because they aren't terrified enough, a horrifying furry beast (actually Dave in a lousy werewolf costume) wanders out, sending the Lost Bots fleeing further, praying that Specter Halloween will vanish overday just as it appeared.

It does not. The next night, Specter Halloween takes up ''three'' storefronts. As the Lost Bots look from the safe distance of the bench, Dave arrives, needing a new costume since the wolfman one gave him a full-body rash, and he willingly enters the store, much to their horror. Once again Burgertron tries to reason the bots into calmness, but they all ''freak'' when a horrible bandaged thing stumbles out! It is of course just Dave again, who heads back to his office to call his mom about his costume, for all the good it does.

In the food court, [[Sergeant Scrubadub]] briefs the other BotBots on the encroaching Specter Halloween problem. The growing store is freaking them all out... except for [[Frostferatu]], who is quite pleased with the development. Everyone promptly ignores him and tries to think of some way to get rid of the store. The Lost Bots overhear this, and Burgertron decides that saving the mall from this scourge will ''definitely'' get them back in the BotBot's good books. Kikmee has a brainstorm, as hours of video-game-playing has taught her that if you defeat a boss, it destroys the whole level, so all they have to do is beat the store's boss! And recalling the cloaked figure's repeated chant of "''Nyahahahahahh! The end is near! A dreaded web we weave!''" is a clue: the boss must be the giant spider they spied in the very back of the store!

The five head to the dreaded store, but Dimlit backs out at the last minute. The other four enter, unaware that Dave has already arrived looking for a new costume. The security guard tries on a ghoul mask with a voice distorter, which proves way too small to for him to see out of or take off, sending him stumbling through the store. The terrified Lost Bots run, only to get caught in a web, giving them a front-row view of the ghoul flailing around, activating numerous monsters with flashing eyes and low-quality-speaker moans and shrieks. Their screams of terror carry out of the store, and Dimlit realizes he can't just leave his friends to a horrible fate. Taking Bonz-Eye's previous advice to face his fears, he enters, imagining the horrible sights within as things from his "happy place"... which only works for a few seconds before the reality of what he's seeing sets in and sends him screaming in a random direction. Speaking of random directions, Dave is still knocking over displays. Dimlit comes wailing in, tripping and activating his light, which shines directly into the tiny holes in Dave's mask. Thus the ghoul is sent backwards, knocking over the giant spider, defeating the boss! Dimlit quickly pulls the Lost Bots free, and they bolt for the door.

The next night, the Lost Bots head to the space where Specter Halloween stood, confidently approaching the waiting crowd of BotBots. Burgertron brags about their heroic accomplishment in banishing the spooky store, and that Dimlit has grown to face his fears, only for Dimlit, ''still'' terrified and quivering from the night before, to declare he absolutely has ''not''. [[Spud Muffin]] isn't pleased, however, as while Specter Halloween might be gone, something ''else'' has taken its place... something cold, something frozen, guarded by huge scary [[Santa Claus|bearded men in red outfits]] who chant in unsettling lack of coordination:

Meanwhile, in his office, Dave is congratulating himself on a successful night, despite the visit to the emergency room to have the mask removed: the judges at the mall's Halloween party definitely saw him this time, and awarded him a participation trophy! Good job, Dave!

Returning to the [[Lost and Found (BotBots)|Lost and Found]] on the [[Racer-Roni]], they find [[Lolly Licks]] and [[Lady Macaron]] of the [[Sugar Shocks]] awaiting them. They have a big problem: [[Sprinkleberry D'uhnut]] is missing! The Crime Solvers agree to take the case!

Upon checking Sprinkleberry's last known whereabouts, Kikmee finds some spilled pink frosting and a lone sesame seed. The group follows the trail of frosting to the security office, where [[Dave (BotBots)|Dave]]... uh... keeps vigilant watch? Sure. Luckily, they're just in time for him to go on patrol (and probably take a nap), and have free run of the office to search for clues. Dimlit spots a donut-stained napkin in the tipped-over garbage can, raising the possibility that Sprinkleberry... ''was eaten! Dun dunn duuuunnnn!!!'' Checking the security footage reveals a disturbing (and weird) scene: a pink-frosted donut being pushed into the office by a toy car driven by... a cheeseburger?! Enraged at Burgertron for apparently committing such a heinous act, the Sugar Shocks demand justice by way of "The Food Court Court"!

Burgertron is taken to stand trial, and faces being removed from the mall forever by being placed on a delivery truck if found guilty. [[Vomit Comet]] of the [[Toilet Troop|Custodial Crew]] serves as judge, [[Spud Muffin]] is the prosecutor, and defense is provided by Dimlit and Clogstopper. Bonz-Eye and Kikmee ask their friends to stall as long as possible while they hunt for clues to prove Burgertron's innocence. Things immediately go south as Dimlit basically makes the prosecution's case for them, and the "notecard" Clogstopper hands him to shore up the defense proves to just be a taco coupon.

Back at the security office, Kikmee and Bonz-Eye can't find anything in the video helpful, so Kikmee takes another look at the napkin, only to notice a green sprinkle stuck to it... a color of sprinkle not found on Sprinkleberry! Realizing Dave likely ate a regular non-Bot donut, they reason the "victim" may very well still be alive somewhere in the mall.

The trial continues to go poorly, with members of the [[Greaser Gang|Hunger Hubs]] (and Clogstopper) acting as hostile character witnesses. Spud calls Burgertron to the stand, and despite his quiet reassurances to his old friend that there's nothing personal going on and he's just doing his job, he proceeds to loudly paint Burgertron as a homicidal maniac dead-set on wiping out everyone in the mall.

Returning to the point of Sprinkleberry's last known whereabouts on the second floor, Bonz-Eye finds a spread of seasoned salt on the handrail, which Kikmee promptly slips on. One dramatic aerial rescue later, the pair land on the ground floor safely, where they make a dramatic off-camera discovery...

Judge Vomit is about to declare Burgertron guilty when Kikmee and Bonz-Eye interrupt with irrefutable proof of Burgertron's innocence: a very much alive Sprinkleberry! The pair lay out the scene: Sprinkleberry was wandering aimlessly when he slipped in the salt pile and fell into the day-care area of the mall, landing perfectly on a ring-stack toy, where he stayed stuck. Vomit Comet declares Burgertron innocent, there's celebrations all around... and [[Game Over]] openly wonders about the video "evidence", Lolly brings up the conspicuously-placed salt, and Burgertron points out this all smacks of a frame job. Spud nods and declares they'll look into it immediately after a ''post-court dance party!'' Even an irked Burgertron can't resist the lure of a good conga line. As the BotBots party away, Bonz-Eye can't help but notice that a boogieing Spud Muffin seems to be shedding salt....

[[Ulf the Orange]] and [[Fottle Barts]] are discussing their disappointment with [[Lost Bots]]' most recent failure; Ulf is upset that they ruined [[Bot Prom]], while Fottle is upset about a seeming missed chance with that "kinda cute" [[Clogstopper]]. No, we're not sure how to respond to that either. The two split up, and a hissed "whistle!" leads Ulf to investigate the source: [[Burgertron]] hiding in the planter. He tries to convince Ulf that Bot Prom wasn't their fault, and that he thinks [[Spud Muffin]] is trying to sabotage him. Ulf can't believe Spud is capable of that, and has some unkind words for her former love-of-her-life before leaving. Burgertron slumps in defeat... right onto a poster for the [[Ruckus Rally (event)|Ruckus Rally]].

In the [[Lost and Found (BotBots)|Lost and Found]], Burgertron explains the no-holds-barred race to the other Lost Bots, which is held only on nights the security guard is off duty, like tonight as [[Dave (BotBots)|Dave]] has managed to give himself a horrific case of intestinal distress. Winning this race will ''absolutely'' mean they get the respect and adulation that'll get them back in with the other BotBots. [[Kikmee]] is absolutely stoked to compete, but [[Dimlit]] notes they don't have a car...

...and Burgertron takes them to one of the restrooms to reveal the hidden [[Racer-Roni]], a pizza-based race car he built back when he was still in the [[Greaser Gang|Hunger Hubs]]. The racers are two-bot affairs, with one driver and a "launcher" operating the racer's main weapon, and since Burgertron ''obviously'' will be the driver, he holds tryouts to see which of the other Lost Bots will be the second. Clogstopper and Dimlit's attempts at driving and firing are both catastrophic ''and'' pathetic. But [[Bonz-Eye]] is a pin-point precise gunner with the olive cannon, while Kikmee proves to be an ''amazing'' driver. Despite her skill, Burgertron asserts that it's his car, so he drives.

The crowds fill the stands for the Ruckus Rally, with [[Fomo]] providing commentary. Burgertron gets Bonz-Eye acquainted with their competition: [[Steer'd Wrong]] and [[Chitter Click]] driving the [[Outta Controller]] for the [[Gamer Geeks]], and [[Lolly Licks]] and [[Freezewich]] in the [[Sugar Sonic Speedster]] for the [[Sugar Shocks]]. In the stands, Kikmee is not exactly taking her having to sit this one out ''well''.

''And they're off!!'' The three teams trade positions, attacks and smack-talk over and over. Sideswipes, grease slicks, sprinkle slowdowns, electric shocks, flying sardines, even a midair one-on-one showdown between Bonz-Eye and Freezewich on the hoods of their cars (Bonz-Eye wins, of course). But the real turning point (badumtish) is when the three take to the fountain's rim, drifting along its edge. The Lost Bots are already in last place, and Burgertron fails to avoid a splash of water that sends the Racer-Roni off the track. Fomo womp-womps, and the camera drones covering the race get the reaction shots of the Lost Bots in the stands. Burgertron then realizes he won't finish this race... and calls for Kikmee to take his place.

Clogstopper catches a drone with his plunger mode, giving Kikmee the chance to climb on board and fly to the track. The Racer-Roni is back in the race but the other two have a big lead. Burgertron leaps from the vehicle into a tuck-and-sesame-roll as Kikmee drops from the drone and into the driver's seat! Flooring the pedal and taking incredibly tight turns, catching up with the other two racers, all three in a neck-and-neck push for first place, and the Lost Bots cross the finish line within a fraction of a second faster than the other two!

Fomo presents the trophy to the winners... the Hunger Hubs?! Burgertron is furious, but Fomo calmly and smugly notes that the Racer-Roni's registration was never changed and it technically still belongs to the Hunger Hubs, thus, according to the bylaws, they get the trophy. Back in the restroom garage, the other Lost Bots present Kikmee and Bonz-Eye with a home-made trophy, knowing that ''they'' were the real winners, no matter what. Burgertron even admits that Kikmee should have been the driver from the get-go... and asks if she's up for taking the Lost Bots on another little spin.

The [[Lost Bots]] are setting up for a daring plan: whitewater rafting down the stopped escalator! The five slalom their way down to the ground floor in rubber slippers, and with the successful test run invite the other BotBots to join in. And they do! Everyone has a genuinely awesome time with no catastrophic mishaps whatsoever. No, really! As the bots wrap things up for the night, [[Sergeant Scrubforce]] commends the Lost Bots on the ride. [[Ulf the Orange]] is so impressed she suggests that the Lost Bots have earned an invitation to [[Bot Prom]]. Even [[Spud Muffin]] agrees to let the rules slide (heh, ''slide''), but then laments that they still haven't figured out how to keep [[Dave (BotBots)|Dave the security guard]] out of their things-on-top-of-their-heads. [[Burgertron]] assures him they got this, having spent a ''lot'' of time flummoxing Dave in the past.

With Bot Prom on, the Lost Bots make preparations. In a secluded mall planter, [[Dimlit]] asks [[Jacqueline]] to be his date, earning an enthusiastic yes. The two then overhear the [[Greaser Gang|Hunger Hubs]] below: Ulf suggests to the others that if the night goes well, maybe they'll invite Burgertron back into the squad. This gives Spud Muffin pause, and he lingers behind, grumbling darkly to himself (but loudly enough for Dimlit and Jacqui to overhear) that Burgertron will ''never'' re-join the Hunger Hubs if he as anything to say about it. The pair rush to the [[Lost and Found (BotBots)|Lost and Found]] to warn Burgertron of Spud Muffin's plotting, but the burger-bot will hear none of it: Spud was his ''friend'', his ''sidekick'', he'd never! When a flummoxed Dimlit suggest maybe they ''shouldn't'' go to Prom to avoid whatever Spud has planned, Burgertron shuts him down, accusing Dimlit of being scared and jealous that the Hunger Hubs might take him back, and agreeing that ''Dimlit'' shouldn't go.

The remaining Lost Bots leave a trail of candy-coated chocolates starting outside the security office, which Dave greedily laps up ''directly from the floor with his tongue Daaaave nooooo''. He scarfs up the trail all the way to the daycare area, where he tumbles headlong into the foam block pit, unable to extricate himself as the rescue rope has been tied up well out of reach. Never one to give up... no, never mind, Dave immediately falls asleep in the comfy blocks.

The Lost Bots arrive at Bot Prom, and it's everything they could have dreamed of. Sergeant Scrubforce talks to [[Clogstopper]] about a possible tour of duty (heh, ''duty'') with the [[Toilet Troop|Custodial Crew]]. [[Batsby]] and [[Kikmee]] immediately and enthusiastically bond over their shared love of ultimate burpees. [[Lady Macaron]] pulls [[Bonz-Eye]] aside to introduce the "lone wolf" to the other [[Sugar Shocks]]. And Ulf approaches Burgertron, the pair slipping into a fantasy dance sequence with a wicked-awesome romantic-rock theme song. This is the best night of their lives.

Elsewhere, Dimlit is angrily power-walking through the [[Mall (BotBots)|mall]] as Jacqueline tries to keep up. The pair reach the daycare to make a horrible discovery: Dave has not only breached containment, he's now well-rested to boot! The two bots make numerous attempts to stop him, but for once Dave ''isn't'' the most luckless being in the mall, as every attempt fails so hard Dave doesn't even notice. Running out of options and time, the two rush to Bot Prom to warn Burgertron.

Though Burgertron is immediately suspicious, he quickly realizes who he's talking to: the bot who just spent his entire night trying to save a party he was disinvited to. Apologizing to his friend, Burgertron climbs to the top of the very huge cake to shout a warning to the other BotBots. Anger at the Lost Bots' broken promise turns to panic as they try to disassemble the Prom, but there's no way they can get it done in time. Burgertron realizes what he must do: break the [[Sacred Rule of the Mall]] once again, revealing himself to Dave as a distraction. He pulls the disco ball from the ceiling and rides it down the escalator to intercept the security guard. A furious Ulf turns on the remaining Lost Bots; their failure has ruined Bot Prom ''and'' endangered them all! They'll be Lost Bots ''forever''!

Burgertron rolls the glittering disco ball right past Dave, a spectacle even Dave can't fail to notice, and the human immediately turns to give chase. This of course doesn't last long, as even a well-rested Dave can only make it as far as back to the daycare before he's winded and gives up. Burgertron grumbles that once again he's ruined the Lost Bots' chances... but then notices the foam pit's rescue rope has come untied and laid into the pit. And upon closer examination, there's a distinct layer of french-fry grease on it!

Back at the Lost and Found, Burgertron apologizes again to Dimlit for not believing him, admitting he was blinded by his overwhelming desire to get back with the Hunger Hubs. The night is ruined... except Clogstopper shows a phone loaded with sweet tunes, and the Lost Bots can have their ''own'' party! As the five dance the night away, Spud Muffin watches from a window... and plots.

==Synopsis==
Inside the game store, [[Burgertron]] and [[Kikmee]] are having a friendly game of chess, and by "friendly" we mean "a lot of smack-talking going on". Burgertron takes Kikmee's queen, just before [[Dimlit]] comes rushing in, tripping and toppling the remaining pieces, giving Kikmee the chance to declare the game ruined so ''obviously'' it must be a tie. Dimlit has amazing news... ''he's in ♥love♥!'' Despite Burgertron's attempts to steer the conversation back to him winning at chess, the other [[Lost Bots]] are super-happy for their friend and eager to meet this special bot in his life.

Dimlit takes them to [[Sunset & Van Ness]], the fanciest-danciest fashion boutique in the mall, and, gesturing to a mannequin, introduces them to [[Jacqueline]]. The awkwardness is only enhanced when Dimlit climbs up to talk to the mannequin's head, letting them know "Jacqui" is terribly shy thus her seeming silence. The other Lost Bots make a lame excuse to get out of there, giving the "two" lovebirds some alone time. Outside the shop, Burgertron is insistent that they need to put a stop to this somehow, with Kikmee agreeing, albeit for different reasons: Kikmee doesn't want Dimlit's heart broken, and Burgertron is worried it'll make them ''all'' look weird and ruin their chances of getting back in with the rest of the BotBots. Bonz-Eye and Clogstopper bow out, believing that interfering will only end in tragedy. Thus, the ball and burger must carry out their plans alone.

As Dimlit strolls through the food court, he's quickly snatched up by Kikmee and Burgertron, who tell him he's late for that blind date he totally agreed to go on that time before don't you remember? Terrified of saying "no" and seeming rude, Dimlit finds himself across a table from [[Anty Farmwell]], a receptive if mildly oblivious ant-farm-bot. Sensing Dimlit's growing apprehension about the pet ants crawling all over him, Kikmee attempts to salvage the date with some romantic "violin" music played on rubber band. But the horrific squealing sets the ants on edge, and they quickly pile up under Anty and carry her away at speed, giving Dimlit the chance to excuse himself. Time for Plan B!

Wandering through the mall's main hall, Dimlit hears a poor impersonation of a lost kitten coming from a dark side-shop and goes to investigate. But it's not just ''any'' poor impersonation of a lost kitten, it's [[Frostferatu]], the besprinkled bewitcher of bots, who uses his eerie hypnotic eyes on Dimlit and commands him to forget about his new love! Which works for about point five seconds before Dimlit congratulates "Frosty" in getting better at the hypnosis thing as it almost sorta worked this time. As Dimlit wanders off, Frosterfatu reports to Burgertron and Kikmee that it worked perfectly totes for real and attempts a speedy ''exeunt''.

The two Lost Bots, now running out of options, make a more drastic ploy. The pair rig up "Jacqueline" so Burgertron can move her arms like a marionette, while Kikmee hides behind a nearby plant to provide her voice. When Dimlit enters the shop, "Jacqueline" beckons him over to tell him she's breaking up with him. Kikmee's conscience begins to kick in as Dimlit begins to bawl... then laugh, congratulating his friends on a good joke, having seen through it all because, among other clues, ''they rigged up the wrong mannequin''. Almost out of bad ideas, the two Lost Bots have one more up their sleeve... it's time to move on the queen.

With Dimlit away, the two load the correct mannequin onto an electric pallet jack and head for the loading docks to put her on an outbound truck; anything put on one of these trucks never returns to the mall again. Returning to the [[Lost and Found (BotBots)|Lost and Found]], they are ''immediately'' hit with the sight of Clogstopper and Bonz-Eye trying and failing to console an absolutely ''devastated'' Dimlit, relentlessly blaming himself for Jacqueline leaving him without a word. Realizing they messed up ''bad'', the two race to the loading dock, but the truck is already closing its doors and pulling away. But as it hits a speed bump, the mannequin's head dislodges and bounces back into the loading bay before the doors can fully close. Burgertron and Kikmee realize they ''have'' to tell Dimlit the truth.

They return to the Lost and Found and apologize, explaining what they did, and present the head... which elicits a squeal of delight from an overjoyed Dimlit, who immediately gives it a hug. He explains to the confused bots that Jacqueline wasn't the ''whole'' mannequin. And then the head ''talks'', freaking them out further, then transforms into a BotBot! Jacqueline explains that she never spoke because, like Dimlit said, she's incredibly shy. The pair excuse themselves to take their scheduled pre-opening romantic stroll. And the pair watch the sunrise through the food court's windows as Anty Farmwell's ants continue to carry her around....

==Synopsis==
While meditating in her cubby in the [[Lost and Found (BotBots)|Lost and Found]], Bonz-Eye contemplates the BotBots' creation and her place in the mall. While the other members of the [[Lost Bots]] each have a squad they hope to one day join, she has yet to find "her" squad, having never met another bot quite like her. The other Lost Bots return, discussing mall guard [[Dave (BotBots)|Dave]]'s weird-even-for-him behavior as of late, with [[Burgertron]] noting the flesh creature's been looking at the mall directory, focusing on "The [[Dark Side of the Mall]]". He explains it's a run-down, dangerous, abandoned area where all the weird shops are that even the [[human]]s avoid. Bonz-Eye is immediately interested, figuring that she ''must'' come from a squad of mighty warriors, and a dangerous place is where said warriors ''must'' be. [[Clogstopper]] offers to join her (mostly because he wants to check out the toilets in weird places), but Bonz-Eye declines the offer, saying this is a journey she must make alone.

Meanwhile, Dave is talking to himself at length, as he is oft wont to do, anticipating the eating of the fancy macaron he's bought... after all, it took three days of skipping vending machine snacks to afford it! And as Dave talks, he fails to notice the bag jostling...

Bonz-Eye enters the Dark Side of the Mall, which is every bit as unwelcoming as Burgertron said. Locating an open storefront, Bonz-Eye calls out to what looks like a bot through some frosted glass, but it turns out to just be a creepy doll, one of ''several'' really distressing dolls in the shop, in fact. Investigating further, she accidentally gets her foot caught in a doll's pull-string ring, which results in an ''excessively'' unsettling "''Hello. Time for fun.''" Leaving the store, she spies Dave, who is arriving at his favorite bench in the mall, ready to eat his macaron. He takes a phone pic with it, then sets the treat down to find a good filter to commemorate the occasion... and the macaron transforms into [[Lady Macaron]] of the [[Sugar Shocks]]! Bonz-Eye quickly runs back into the shop, activating the dolls' voice clips, and Dave reluctantly goes to investigate, and is almost ''immediately'' terrified to his core as his flashlight illuminates the awful things and more horrible voices join in, leaving him quivering in the fetal position on the floor, memories of "clown camp" flooding back.

Bonz-Eye rushes to Lady Macaron, who is very disinterested in returning to the normal part of the mall, wanting to explore this new area. She runs off as soon as Bonz-Eye looks the other way, investigating a shut-down merry-go-round. And just as Dave is recovering from the horrid, scarring memories of [[Laffo|Camp Counselor Laffo]], Macaron plugs the merry-go-round in, shocking Dave with its sudden light and warbling off-kilter tune. Bonz-Eye is furious as Macaron intermittently insults her while riding the horsey around and around. Both bots hide as Dave unplugs the ride, and notices his macaron waiting on the head of one of the horses. But he slips on marbles that Bonz-Eye has thrown on the floor, and she uses one to knock Macaron off the horse and catches her, making a break for it. His macaron now missing, Dave realizes it's the little robots responsible for these shenanigans, and swears he'll catch them.

With Dave now blocking the way out of the wing, Bonz-Eye drags Macaron into an abandoned shop in hopes of finding an alternate escape route, Macaron complaining the entire time. She's given pause though as Bonz-Eye makes a discovery: an empty bonsai tree display. She realizes that ''this'' is the store she originally came from, but that it had been closed and mostly cleaned out before the [[energon]] cloud gave life to the BotBots... meaning she's the only one of her kind. Bonz-Eye's reluctance to discuss things further gives the uncomfortable Macaron a bit of relief (she's bad at dealing with people's feelings, ''quelle surprise''), and Bonz-Eye decides to focus on the task at hand: returning Lady Macaron to her squad safely.

Hiding behind a food cart, the pair push a tray of stale pastries into Dave's path, which he naturally immediately begins to devour because hey, free food. Bonz-Eye knows what will happen afterwards, and ten minutes later, Dave is passed out on his favorite bench, drooling and dreaming of that horrible summer at clown camp, giving the BotBots their chance to escape.

Back outside [[Sprinkles|the candy store]], Bonz-Eye turns to leave Macaron with her friends... and the pastry stops her. She tells Bonz-Eye that she ''intentionally'' jumped into Dave's bag, knowing he'd take her to a new part of the mall, planning on ditching him at the first available opportunity. And that while she loves her squad, it's sometimes too much having them around all the time, and she just needs to be alone on occasion... and that that can be good for a bot. She returns to her store, leaving Bonz-Eye with a lot to think about.

Bonz-Eye returns to the Lost and Found, where the other Lost Bots rush to greet her and hear the good news, ready to help her impress her newfound squad. She tells them she has no squad, but that this is a ''good'' thing, as she is free to take whatever path she wishes. Burgertron is typically thoughtless, but then surprises her by initiating a group hug, glad to have her back. And Bonz-Eye realizes that "alone" and "lonely" aren't the same thing.

...and back in the Dark Side of the Mall, Dave continues to slumber... ''See you soon, Dave.''

[[Burgertron]] is lost in thought on one of the mall's railings, contentedly watching the stars through an opened skylight, when his reverie is broken by [[Sergeant Scrubforce]]'s loud shouting. Turns out there's mysterious mysteries about, with unexplained scratch marks, sounds, and weird white goop popping up. The Sergeant is confident that any bot or ''group'' of bots who can solve the mystery would be heroes. Naturally, this is all Burgertron needs to round up the [[Lost Bots]] for another wacky scheme... except he can't find them in the [[Lost and Found (BotBots)|Lost and Found]] or any of their usual hangouts.

Eventually he catches the sounds of what sounds like struggle, leading him into a strange store he's never been in before, one filled with odd books and images of dragons. It is there he finds the Lost Bots... but in weird costumes, play-fighting and saying all ''kinds'' of weird jank. His confusion is not alleviated one iota at the appearance of [[Playgor Cardquest]], a card-bard-bot who sings at him and explains that the others are "LARPing": live-action role-playing. The Lost Bots each explain their characters' elaborate backstories (or in [[Dimlit]]'s case, lack thereof) and invite him to join. Burgertron is momentarily intrigued by the possibility of becoming a bigger "hero" than he already is, but when he gets a look at the size of the rulebook he'd have to read, he's having none of ''that'', leaving them to their nerd stuff while he goes on a ''real'' quest.

Returning to the main hall, Burgertron follows a trail of scratches and spilled ketchup to an empty storefront, and deep in the shadows finds a hideous feathered ''thing''! The startled bot transforms to burger mode to hide, but the beast just picks him up and flies away. As it soars over the food court, it spots even more tiny things that might be edible, and drops Burgertron to pursue them. It seems all hope is lost; [[Dave (BotBots)|Dave the mall guard]] only briefly notices the bird and doesn't care. As it closes in on a terrified [[Spud Muffin]] and [[Ulf the Orange]], a projectile sends it fluttering away... the Lost Bots are back, still in costume and still in character, ready to defeat this terrifying "dragon"! (Much to Burgertron's shame and the other bots' confusion.)

Thing is... it works. The Lost Bots' playing of roles has bolstered their confidence (even Dimlit's!), and navigating the game rules has given them a nose for strategy. The four direct and distract the bird, giving Clogstopper the chance to get on its back, a show that impresses the other bots, especially Ulf. But the flight doesn't go so well for Clogstopper, who gets nearly thrown off. As he clings to the beast's beak, a new warrior emerges: "Burgaeria the Elder of Eld", loudly (and made-up-on-the-fly-ingly) proclaiming his return, eliciting cheers from the Lost Bots and a rhyme from Playgor. Attracted by the breadstick "Burgaeria" is brandishing, the bird drops Clogstopper and divebombs for the snack. Burgertron tosses it aside to change its course and jumps on its back himself, directing it up to and through the still-open skylight above, knocking loose the tennis racket Burgertron had set to prop it open. As the bird sails into the night sky, Burgertron lets go, falling back into the mall before the window closes, but still plummeting! Thankfully, "GigaPlex the robot" (aka Dimlit) is there to catch him.

The party enters the food court to the cheers of the other BotBots. It looks like they've finally gotten the respect of the others... until Ulf and Spud Muffin point out that the creature had ''obviously'' gotten into the mall the same way it left: through the skylight ''Burgertron'' opened. And the praise is immediately rescinded. As the Lost Bots mope, Playgor "regales" Burgertron with more hack rhymes, much to his annoyance.

==Synopsis==
The [[Lost Bots]] are hanging out in the arcade, where [[Kikmee]] is absolutely dominating everyone at every game they play. Their spree of free games comes courtesy of the fast-talking, super-shiny game-token-bot [[24K-Bit]], who offers to let them play any game in the place. ''Oh yeah!'' Kikmee is becoming bored with her winning streak, but then [[Clogstopper]] points out a machine in the corner under a tarp... a claw machine game! Kikmee is immediately enraptured by the lone plush snake in the pile of moldering teddy bears. [[Burgertron]], however, is drawn to an old flier attached to the machine for the long-gone [[Costa Pasta]] restaurant; [[Spud Muffin]] used to talk of the legendary eatery and a mythical collector's cup that would grant its owner special powers. While Dimlit is enthralled and Burgertron hopes solving the mystery will get them back into the other BotBots' good graces, the other three are content to stay in the arcade tonight... besides, Kikmee ''really'' wants that snake.

Burgertron and Dimlit look up Costa Pasta's old location on the mall directory, their first clue to the cup's location. While the storefront had been sealed up ages ago, Burgertron knows another way to get in, taking the employee halls until they find the boarded-up door for C109. Burgertron is stymied by the "ancient" keypad that keeps the door locked, and scoffs at Dimlit's suggestion of trying "C109". He then proceeds to use a home-made fingerprint dusting kit to check for the buttons pressed the most often... the buttons "C" "1" "0" and "9". Ahem.

Back at the arcade, Kikmee is still fighting the claw machine, having been unable to dislodge her prize, much to her increasingly volatile aggravation. 24K-Bit pops up to give her a little advice: claw machine games are basically rigged, with there not being enough pressure in the claws to get a good grip. Kikmee, however, sees this as just another challenge to overcome, and demands 24K get back in the machine for another hundred attempts or so.

Inside the abandoned kitchen of the Costa Pasta, Burgertron and Dimlit make their way through the ''twenty-six'' different deadly challenges, crossing deep-fat-fryers, filthy sinks and more to finally make it to the brick oven home of the cup's guardian, [[Disgusto Desserto]]. After taking a little mild criticism about the sheer number of challenges, the cannoli-bot presents the pair with the collector's cup, resting in a shrine made of take-home boxes, then wanders off to go do something else with his life, over there somewhere. As Burgertron removes the cup, the shrine collapses, and the kitchen begins to tremble! The two dash through a whole new gauntlet of deadly traps and falling ceiling tiles, barely escaping a massive boulder of ricotta cheese, only to fall into a vat of sprinkles. Unable to free themselves, they read the words on the collector's cup, hoping its amazing secret powers would reveal themselves to them... and those powers turn out to be getting free soda refills during the month of February [[1997]]. The pair are resigned to their doom, but then Kikmee and the other bots arrive, using the plush snake as a rope to free the two! The six run for it, only barely making it into the employee hallway before the door slams shut, locked once again.

Burgertron sighs, feeling he's wasted his time and risked his life retrieving a useless cup, but Kikmee convinces him to keep it. After all, it might come in handy some day. And 24K-Bit celebrates a happy ending. ''Yeah! Yeah! Yeah!''

==Synopsis==
Hey you! Yes, ''[[you]]!'' You wanna be ''famous''?! Because the [[Mall (BotBots)|mall]] is looking to cast hip young trendsetters to appear in their video ads, probably because the average shopping mall has been in a tailspin since the mid-1990s. Mallgoers just have to submit their pics via the ''[[MallFace]]'' app, with the user who gets the most likes becoming their new star! And no one wants to be mall famous more than [[Dave (BotBots)|Dave]], who immediately starts taking some...questionable but well-intentioned selfies. When the first batch of pics fails to get any likes, he decides to try adding some action poses to the mix instead. Not far away, [[Clogstopper]] has purposefully gotten himself stuck to a wall as part of his "hobby", and the [[Lost Bots]] are standing on a railing and attempting to pull him free. [[Dimlit]] attempts to warn them of Dave's photography nearby, but is interrupted as Clogstopper finally comes loose and all five topple off the railing, getting caught in several of Dave's snapshots on their way down. Thankfully, before he can look at his photos, Dave is interrupted by an important notification...his midnight snack alarm! As he wanders off, the Lost Bots begin to panic, knowing that they will never be forgiven by the others if their secret is exposed, with [[Burgertron]] even assuming they will be sacrificed to "the fiery dumpster from which none return". With no time to waste, the five rush to Dave's office.

As they watch Dave play with his food, they attempt to use Clogstopper to launch [[Kikmee]] onto Dave's desk and knock away his phone, but only succeed in bouncing her back at themselves. Fortunately, [[Bonz-Eye]] remembers that Dave's snack breaks are always followed by a nap break and simply retrieves the phone from his desk while he sleeps. Unfortunately, the phone is password-protected, so they carry it back with them to the [[Lost and Found (BotBots)|Lost and Found]]. When they get back, Clogstopper's "hacking skills" unlock the phone with his first guess of...1111111. Once they're in, Burgertron quickly moves the offending photos to the trash. Before he can order the others to take it back, however, Dimlit finds a puzzle game app on the phone and becomes completely enamored, frantically matching cookies to make them disappear. Burgertron attempts to stop him, as they don't want Dave to start rampaging around the mall looking for his missing phone, but the poor flashlight is already too far gone. Kikmee similarly tries to drag him away from the screen, but he hooks her in with a sports game app, and Kikmee too becomes entranced as she begins to live out her gridiron fantasies in 8-bit. Eager to find something for himself, Clogstopper discovers the ''[[Mer-chants]]'' shopping app and begins swimming through a metaphorical ocean of great deals and low prices. Bonz-Eye attempts to assist Burgertron in taking the phone back, but discovers the ''[[Mindfulness]]'' mediation app and becomes lost in the alluring whale song of a calm mind.

Burgertron chastises them all, reminding them that Dave is going to want the phone back so he can submit his pics to ''MallFace'', but when he opens the app and actually sees Dave's pics, he realizes how terrible they all are and decides to do some...light touch-ups. One photo-editing montage later, Dave's pic has never looked better and Burgertron is consumed by the feeling of power and control the editing suite gives him. He decides that they could borrow the phone for a ''little'' longer...and they can hide it in ''his'' cubby-hole. This doesn't sit well with the other Lost Bots, who each believe it would be better off staying with them. As they grapple for the phone, their fantasies begin to overlap in a chaotic hodge-podge, consumed by sheer discord. Before they can argue further, the phone runs out of power and the five bots see their reflections in its screen, twisted by their own rage. Horrified at what they have become, Burgertron acknowledges their selfishness...but decides that it's clearly the phone's fault for corrupting them, something the others are quick to concur with.

The Lost Bots decide to hurl the phone into "the fiery dumpster from which none return" to purge the world of its evil...only for the phone to transform back into [[Ring-A-Ling]] at the last moment, much to everyone's shock. Terrified and infuriated, Ring-A-Ling chews them out for not realizing the truth, pointing out that she has done nothing but help them all night, including setting off Dave's alarm to distract him, unlocking herself, and faking her power loss so they would snap out of their obsession. Reminding them that they should be setting their own boundaries, Ring-A-Ling declares they are beyond help and returns to Dave's pocket, waking him from his nap. To his surprise, a notification informs him that his ''MallFace'' likes have risen significantly. Back in the Lost and Found, the Lost Bots feel guilty for letting themselves get so obsessed, acknowledging their fault in doing so...all except Burgertron, who has refused to learn anything and instead decided it's Dave's fault for owning the phone in the first place. As they transform back to their [[alternate mode]]s before the mall opens, the last bot crosses the finish line as Clogstopper declares his suspicion that ''the phone was a bot the whole time''. The next morning, Dave is attempting to film ads for the mall, but ends up constantly tripping over both his words and a nearby cable. As a microphone falls on him, the production crew calls "cut" and wonder to themselves how the man could have ''possibly'' gotten so many likes, noting he doesn't even resemble his photo...

With the [[Greaser Gang|Hunger Hubs]] currently away, [[Burgertron]] and the [[Lost Bots]] take advantage of their absence to have some fun in the [[food court]]. As the other Lost Bots play with the various appliances, Burgertron muses to himself on how much he misses the place and being part of the Hunger Hubs. His attention is suddenly drawn, however, by something under the grill: a stack of flyers for an upcoming performance of ''[[I, Cheeseburger (play)|I, Cheeseburger]]''! Burgertron explains to the confused Lost Bots that ''I, Cheeseburger'' was a very successful play he wrote and starred in about the escapades of the heroic <s>Burgertron</s> totally original character TronBurger, and now the Hunger Hubs look to be reviving it. [[Bonz-Eye]] suggests they get tickets, but Burgertron insists that only he has the chops to play the lead, convinced that his brilliant performance will be more than enough to win back the love of the other BotBots. As he does some vocal warm-ups and stretches to prepare, he starts to get impatient waiting for the Hunger Hubs to come calling, so he leads [[Dimlit]] away to investigate.

The two peek from behind a plant near the stage, where [[Spud Muffin]] is directing the rehearsal. To his horror, Burgertron discovers that he has been replaced in the lead by [[Brock O'Lonely]], who repeatedly forgets his lines and uses nothing but a cheeseburger cap for a costume. Infuriated, Burgertron raves to the other Lost Bots about how he deserves to be the lead. But an inadvertent and oddly-specific suggestion from [[Clogstopper]] gives him an idea: the Lost Bots will put on their own performance of "''The REAL I, Cheeseburger''" at the same time and steal the crowd from right under the Hunger Hubs! With only three hours until showtime, Burgertron insists they get to work, much to the others' displeasure. Unfortunately, this proves to be a tall order, with the Lost Bots struggling to get the dance choreography down, rushing to draw up backgrounds, and falling asleep during rehearsal.

Moments before the show is to start, Burgertron is certain that they're about to take the whole [[Mall (BotBots)|mall]] by storm. As the alarm signals showtime and the cheers of the audience start to grow, [[Kikmee]], Clogstopper, Bonz-Eye and Burgertron take their places on stage, and stage manager Dimlit cues the music. As the curtain is drawn however, it seems that only [[Sprinkleberry D'uhnut]] is in the audience, and the cheers they've been hearing are from the Hunger Hubs' performance not far away. Burgertron orders Dimlit to turn up their speakers, but this only succeeds in blowing them out and setting the speakers (and Dimlit) on fire. Realizing there's no salvaging their performance, Burgertron orders the whole thing shut down as Sprinkleberry rolls off. The Lost Bots agree it's for the best they quit, but Burgertron corrects them: they may be shutting down, but he's not giving up.

Brock O'Lonely enters the final song, but he gets caught off guard when Burgertron storms the stage and begins performing all the same lines. As they vie for dominance, the audience can only watch in confusion, uncertain whether this is part of the show. Things come to a head when the final duel is meant to start, with Burgertron and Brock O'Lonely grappling for TronBurger's sword, but they lose control and end up crashing into the wall and causing the whole stage to collapse on top of them. As Burgertron lies beneath the curtain, Brock O'Lonely moves in for the big finish, and the audience erupts in cheers, declaring it "the best acting in the history of the mall." Burgertron slowly gets to his feet, only to be admonished by Spud Muffin for his stunt, and he slinks off in disappointment.

Burgertron is left to brood in the [[Lost and Found (BotBots)|lost and found]], but Dimlit appears and says he wants to show him something. Burgertron follows and is shocked to see the others all on stage, still in costume. They explain that while this whole experience might have started as just a way to get one over on the Hunger Hubs, they all had fun for the brief time they were on stage and would like to try it one more time, just for fun. Burgertron isn't sure, as he feels guilty for being so self-centered and doesn't want to go through the pain of disappointment again, but the Lost Bots start to perform the title track, this time even better than before. His beefy heart warmed, Burgertron takes his place on stage and they all join together in song.

==Synopsis==
The [[Lost Bots]] are running full-tilt towards the [[food court]], though most of them aren't quite sure why. As [[Burgertron]] reminds them, however, it's [[Ice Cream-a-palooza]], a festival of frozen dairy with rides as far as the optic can see. Granted, Burgertron hasn't gotten them tickets yet, but he's confident he can charm their way in. Their rush is brought to a halt, however, by the sound of [[Frostferatu]]'s overly-dramatic cries for help from a nearby vending machine. Apparently, when the mall staff was stocking the machine with snacks from [[Sprinkles|his store]], Frostferatu was among the tasty treats taken and is now trapped inside one of the slots. Burgertron is eager to leave the bot behind for Ice Cream-a-palooza, so Frostferatu attempts to force him to help using his hypnotic powers...but this ultimately fails thanks to the glare on the glass. [[Bonz-Eye]] asserts that they can't just abandon him, but Burgertron is all too eager, suggesting they just inform the Sugar Shocks of what's happened to their squadmate when they reach the carnival. After all, it's not like Frostferatu's rescue is on a strict time limit...until [[Clogstopper]] reveals that he overheard [[Dave (BotBots)|Dave]] on the phone with [[Dave's mom|his mom]] talking about how he was planning to enjoy a cupcake from the vending machine for his birthday. So yes, ''very much'' on a strict time limit.

With 20 minutes until Dave's break starts, the team decides to divide and conquer: Burgertron and Bonz-Eye will free Frostferatu, while [[Dimlit]], [[Kikmee]] and Clogstopper leave to stall Dave. Bonz-Eye tries to come up with a strategy, but Burgertron just wants to hurry up and free Frostferatu so they can get to Ice Cream-a-palooza. To that end, he orders Bonz-Eye to slingshot him at the machine to try and break the glass, only to splat ineffectually against it. Elsewhere, the other three Lost Bots find Dave deciding to treat himself on his birthday by buying that expensive [[Mega Shogun Raptorsaur]] figurine he's had his eye on. Before he can confirm his purchase, Dimlit throws himself to the ground to create a distraction. While Dave stands up to investigate the noise, Kikmee discreetly raises the number of Raptorsaurs in his cart. As Dave looks back upon hearing the "purchase" sound, he's horrified to discover that he is now the owner of '''1000''' Raptorsaur figures, which are now on their way via express shipping. As he begins waiting in the queue to call customer service, the Lost Bots breathe a sigh of relief, confident they have bought their friends plenty of time.

Unfortunately, time doesn't mean much when Burgertron's only plan is "try the slingshot thing again 14 more times". Bonz-Eye points out it would be easier if they knew how the machine worked, and Frostferatu notes he's previously seen the [[human|flesh-creatures]] place "shiny discs" into a slot to retrieve items from inside. This gives Bonz-Eye an idea, and she and Burgertron rush to retrieve a pile of these "discs" from the fountain at the mall's entrance. After they toss the last one in the slot, Frostferatu tells them to climb up to the number pad and press "B-7", but Burgertron is in too much of a rush and decides to try and hit the button with a thrown coin instead...only to hit the button to dispense some licorice rope by mistake. Meanwhile, Dave has had no luck with customer service, and eventually leaves the office upon realizing he's late for his rounds. As he heads towards the machine, Dimlit manages to lure him to a nearby massage chair, with Dave opting to pamper himself for his birthday. While it seems to work at first, the bots worry that he might get bored and decide to turn up the intensity to maximum, leaving Dave strapped to the chair and screaming in horror.

Back at the vending machine, Bonz-Eye hears Dave scream and, realizing they're almost out of time, drags Burgertron with her into the machine. Tying the licorice strands together, she fastens a long rope that she throws to Frostferatu and begins climbing. And not a moment too soon, as Dave's thrashing finally causes the massage chair to come unplugged. Battered and bruised from his experience, Dave refuses to let his birthday go any more awry and begins marching to the vending machine. Dimlit attempts to flash a warning to the others, but Dave is closing in fast, and Frostferatu [[transformation|transforms]] to cupcake mode as he approaches while Bonz-Eye and Burgertron hide behind a bran muffin. Finally realizing how high the stakes are, Burgertron can only watch in horror with Bonz-Eye as Dave inserts his dollar bill...before the machine spits it back out. An enraged Dave repeatedly tries to force the money in, and upon finally getting the green light, he pushes the button...and Frostferatu gets stuck against the glass as he falls. No longer thinking rationally, Dave begins demanding his cupcake and shaking the machine, triggering its alarm. As Dave storms to the security room to shut it off, Burgertron apologizes to Bonz-Eye for not taking things seriously, agreeing that saving a fellow bot is more important than any carnival. Now determined, Burgertron lodges the muffin in the snack door and jumps up to dislodge Frostferatu, but the two begin plummeting to the ground, only to be saved by Bonz-Eye swinging in on the licorice rope.

As they exit the machine, the other Lost Bots arrive to congratulate them on their success. Bonz-Eye thanks Burgertron for helping and apologizes that they had to miss Ice Cream-a-palooza, but Burgertron reassures her that he was being selfish and that saving Frostferatu was the right thing to do. And as it happens, Frostferatu agrees, which is why he offers each of the Lost Bots one of his six tickets to the carnival in gratitude! Unfortunately, by the time they get there, Ice Cream-a-palooza is already over and the other BotBots are leaving, proclaiming how much they enjoyed this one-time-only experience. A heartbroken Burgertron falls to his knees and screams to the heavens in anguish...unaware that not far away, Dave is doing the exact same upon returning to the vending machine and finding his birthday cupcake gone. Fortunately, Dave finds the bran muffin in the door and declares his birthday saved thanks to this one bit of free food, even after accidentally dropping it into Burgertron's sticky remains.

==Synopsis==
As closing time falls upon the [[Mall (BotBots)|mall]], [[Burgertron]] wakes the other [[Lost Bots]] from their slumber to announce that he has the perfect plan to help them regain their standing with the other BotBots. He leads them to the main plaza, where several bots are watching something on one of the video screens. [[Spud Muffin]] appears on the screen to show off his couch-surfing skills...by literally surfing along a couch on a sandal, impressing the other bots. This, Burgertron reveals, is his plan: all bots love [[BotVid]]s, so if they each make some cool vids of their own, they're bound to gain the respect and admiration of their peers and cause them to completely forget their previous hatred. Though unsure, the Lost Bots eventually decide to give it a shot.

Burgertron leads them to the electronics store, where [[Fomo]] is waiting for them. Burgertron has enlisted his help in filming their BotVids, but Fomo makes it clear that he, like everyone else, still dislikes all of them and is only doing this because he needs the constant stream of content to support his influencer lifestyle. Burgertron sends them all off for filming, encouraging them to just be themselves. On the other side of the mall, [[Dave (BotBots)|Dave]] is carrying a large box and desperately trying to convince [[Dave's mom|his mother]] of the little robots he saw, but she just keeps laughing at him until he hangs up. As he sets the box with a stack of others, he assures himself that everyone will believe him once he traps one of those bots and shows the world the truth. As the instructions fold out to reach several meters in length, however, he becomes less convinced that building the trap will be as easy as he thought.

Back at the video screen, Burgertron is eager to see everyone's BotVids. [[Dimlit]]'s vid is up first, which starts out with him just standing still...and continues as such for 20 straight seconds before ending with "#KITTENS" and several pictures of adorable kitties. Burgertron is dumbfounded, but Dimlit explains that he was doing the "Standing Completely Still Challenge" since everyone loves challenge videos...and kittens! Hoping for better results, Burgertron moves on to the next video. [[Bonz-Eye]]'s starts off promising, with her showing off her swordsmanship skills at a video game...until she gets a little ''too'' into it and tears up the screen, most of the surroundings, and even the camera. Bonz-Eye thinks she did well, but Burgertron isn't so sure. [[Clogstopper]] plays his next, which turns out to be a crudely-drawn advertisement for himself that ends with a mortifyingly long list of potential ill side-effects of being his friend. Before they can dwell on it for long, [[Kikmee]] plays her own vid...which features her just launching herself at random other bots. Though she claims it to be a "fun prank", Burgertron is horrified, pointing out that she likely just made them more hated than ever, which Fomo confirms. Burgertron declares these to be the worst BotVids he's ever seen and decides it'd be best if he directs the next one instead. He suggests moving to the south wing, but Clogstopper points out that Dave is setting up several traps there.

Indeed, Dave has finished construction...though the term "finished" is used very loosely, as a stiff breeze could likely knock the misshapen, cobbled-together mess over. As he leaves for his rounds, the Lost Bots look on, and Burgertron sees an opportunity: By filming themselves disarming the traps, they'll manage to protect the BotBots and look good at the same time, guaranteeing themselves an in with the others. As they look closer, the bots are suitably unimpressed by the traps' shoddy craftsmanship and the stereotypical "robot bait" Dave has used like bolts, batteries, and oil. Indeed, Kikmee accidentally bumps one of the traps and causes everything to completely collapse. Since the traps need to work for them to perform the disarming, Burgertron leads the others in properly reassembling them to spec.

With the traps reassembled, their chances look good; even a passing [[Sprinkleberry D'uhnut]] has stopped to observe. With Dave just three minutes away, time is short, so Burgertron orders Fomo to start recording. After a quick intro from Burgertron, Kikmee bounces in and out of all the bear traps to trigger them before landing in a bucket attached to a pulley. The additional counterweight raises Bonz-Eye up a rope as she slices through all the net launchers' projectiles with her swords. At the top, Clogstopper transforms and fastens himself to a wall, and Bonz-Eye springboards off him to launch a skateboard carrying Dimlit down a slide. As Dimlit steers the board into the sticks holding up several box traps, knocking them down, Burgertron stops him right before he hits the last one, declaring the day saved. Fomo too celebrates, believing he has just filmed the best BotVid yet. In his excitement, though, Burgertron accidentally knocks down the stick holding up the last box, getting himself trapped underneath.

It's at this moment that Dave arrives, shocked to find all the traps triggered but nothing inside, until he notices that last box rustling. Certain he has finally found success, he lifts the box to reveal...nothing. Storming off and declaring this is not yet over, Dave fails to notice the large gash in the other side of the box that Bonz-Eye cut, allowing Burgertron to escape. Thanking her for the quick save, Burgertron leads the others back to the video screen to watch the premiere of their cinematic masterpiece. Indeed, it seems the whole mall has turned out and is absolutely captivated...by the video Fomo took of Sprinkleberry slipping on oil and falling on his behind instead of the Lost Bots' daring escapades. Fomo points out that he knew a good fail video would really win the crowd over, and given how much everyone is laughing, it's hard to argue with the results. Burgertron walks off in defeat, but the other Lost Bots reassure him that even if their efforts went unseen, they still beat the traps and saved everyone by being themselves, as he had suggested. Burgertron agrees, pointing out how low-brow the others are for being so easily amused by something as basic as a pratfall...moments before he too slips on an oil slick, prompting a round of laughter from everyone, including himself.

Late at night, as the last of the lights shut off at a [[mall (BotBots)|mall]], and the last of the employees leave, a long shadow crosses the main floor... that of a tiny robotic donut, who declares... "BotBots!" And ordinary items across the mall spring to life, transforming into miniscule mechanoids intent on throwing a very loud party. As a team of bots hijack the mall's cameras to hide their presence, the rest run rampant, but the revelry is interrupted as one cries out... the [[human|flesh creature]] is on its way! Once again the bots hide and disguise themselves as the mall's lone night security officer [[Dave (BotBots)|Dave]] wanders through, completely oblivious to what just happened. He spies a juice box on the edge of a trash receptacle, and not being one to pass up free food no matter how expired or backwash-infused, takes a hearty sip only to find the flavor repulsive, and tosses it into the trash. As he leaves the wing of the mall, the party resumes, and two BotBots stage a rescue mission: [[Fottle Barts]] uses a burst of koncentrated ketchup to propel herself and [[Spud Muffin]] to the top of the bin, where the fry-bot is able to pull the juice-box-bot [[Ulf the Orange]] out. Spud offers a round of tanning under the heat-lamps, but she declines, having made plans already with [[Burgertron]]... except nobody has seen ''him'' since the previous night.

Said Burgertron pulls himself from a box in a darkened room, uncertain of just how he got there and where he is. His exploration is interrupted as he's suddenly blinded by a bright light and assaulted, sending him staggering around until he steps on a desk lamp's on-switch, revealing four BotBots he's never seen before who have themselves never seen anyone ''else'' before. They cheerfully welcome him (well, three do, the one with the sword still looks ready to throw down), saying that they were just playing. They introduce themselves: the timid flashlight [[Dimlit]], the enthusiastic soccer ball [[Kikmee]], the very-serious bonsai tree [[Bonz-Eye]], and the... um... the very ''himself'' plunger [[Clogstopper]]. Burgertron realizes he's in the mall's [[Lost and Found (BotBots)|Lost and Found]], and he's just found the rumored [[Lost Bots]]! In response to the bots' confusion, he tells them (and the audience) that the [[energon]] cloud that brought them to life did the same to objects across the entire mall, and that the other bots formed "squads" based on the stores they were "born" in. Burgertron is ready to return to his squad, the [[Greaser Gang|Hunger Hubs]], and go back to leading them. The Lost Bots, entranced by his tales and feeling the need to belong, ask to join him and find the squads they should be in as well.

The five leave the Lost and Found through the vents, but the sound of a flushing toilet has Bugertron pulling the others into hiding as Dave exist the nearby bathroom. It's time for them to learn '''''The [[Sacred Rule of the Mall]]''''': they can never under any circumstances reveal themselves to humans, or the results would be absolutely catastrophic for all BotBots! They need a plan to sneak by the guard, and Burgertron has one: getting in the mall's ride-around train and ''veeeeeeeeerrrrrrrrrrrrrrryyyyyyyyy sllllllllooooowwwwwwwlllllllllllyyyyyy'' driving it to the food court. Unfortunately, they also activate the colored lights and circus sounds; fortunately, Dave is extra-inattentive tonight, too engrossed in a podcast on his phone to notice. The Lost Bots drive up the escalator, which is ''just'' a hair too small to fit the locomotive, scraping and squealing its way to the second-floor food court. Dave ''does'' notice this and rushes in to investigate, finding a bunch of random objects in the train, and a ''cheeseburger!'' He prepares to stuff his face with lukewarm meat, but Dimlit transforms and leaps, knocking Burgertron from his grasp. He catches a glimpse of the tiny robots, but they're gone in a flash, as are the items that were just in the train's driver's seat... and he's certain he wasn't imagining things! He's forced to put that aside for the moment as the train's audio-visual assault starts up again, and he attempts to get it back to the ground floor.

The five slip out from hiding as Dave leaves, and Burgertron is suddenly reunited with Ulf and Spud Muffin... who just saw everything! In fact, ''all'' the BotBots saw what just happened, and not a single one of them is happy about it. The Sacred Rule of the Mall has been broken. Ulf is saddened, while Spud Muffin is furious, and he kicks Burgertron out of the Hunger Hubs. The other BotBots disperse, leaving the now-five Lost Bots alone in the food court. While Burgertron is bummed, the others are actually still upbeat... sure, everything just went wrong, but that's no reason to give up! There's always tomorrow, they can try and patch things over!

And elsewhere, in his darkened office, Dave plots... no-one will believe there's little robots in the mall until he ''captures'' one!
