:I wasn't planning on re-uploading the screenshot anywhere, no. I assumed that because Chris McFeely both wrote up and screen-shotted the article himself that there simply aren't any better images of her in her armor within the series proper.

In the distant past, the AllSpark Cube created the Dynasty of Primes, a race of powerful, trans-dimensional beings as the first inhabitants of Cybertron. The Cube gave these beings mighty powers, as well as terraforming their world, but it was not limitless, and gradually became depleted. The first beings learned that the AllSpark's power could be replenished by harvesting the energy of stars, but they were unable to locate new stars to suit their purposes, despite their amazing ability to travel between dimensions. Once again, the Cube came to the rescue, creating a race of workers, who had the ability to change their shape.

The "builder" workers were among the very first of these new beings, who would construct a harvester when a suitable sun had been found. Once built, the device would drain the energy of these stars, thus replenishing the AllSpark. Defiance issue 4 The Primes ruled harvesters could not be used on a sun that replenished life, but one of them began to defy this rule and gathered together a few rogue "construction drones" and a Seeker to secretly harvest suns and ignoring the genocide they caused. The other Primes found out and followed them to Earth, and The Fallen Prime teleported his servants elsewhere, but the Seeker Jetfire turned on the builders and killed them. Tales of the Fallen issue 3

It is assumed that at some point during the civil war on Cybertron, the remaining builders sided with Megatron, the new protege of their only surviving ancient master, The Fallen. In Megatron's Decepticon army, they became known as the Constructicons. In at least one battle, Devastator was present. Tales of the Fallen issue 2

There were many Constructicons aboard the Nemesis, as they were needed to excavate the harvester. Soundwave did not consider them smart enough to be allowed on the bridge. When the Nemesis and Ark collided, Soundwave had them placed in the cargo hold of the Longshot when they gave pursuit of the Autobot ship. Convergence chapter 1 When they returned to the Nemesis, the Constructicons grumbled at almost immediately having to return to Earth, so Soundwave placed them in stasis. Convergence chapter 4

During the war, Demolishor destroyed an Autobot colony guarded by Sideswipe, who swore revenge and tracked him to Buenos Aires, Argentina. The Constructicon drew out Sideswipe but fled when NEST forces led by Optimus Prime and William Lennox arrived. Tales of the Fallen issue 2

The Veiled Threat
The Constructions Kickback, Trample, and Tread came to Earth hoping to be able to revive their leader Megatron. They were mining for uranium in the Australian outback in the hopes that if they collected enough energy, they could jump-start Megatron's spark.

NEST became aware of their presence when they picked up their intermittent energy signatures. They sent a strike team consisting of Optimus Prime, Ironhide, Salvage, William Lennox, and Kaminari Ishihara to take care of them. The three Constructicons put up a good fight but were killed. The Veiled Threat

NEST followed Demolishor to Shanghai, China, and he was executed by Optimus Prime.

After the AllSpark shard was retrieved from NEST's secure bunker at Diego Garcia, Long Haul, Rampage, Mixmaster, Scalpel, Ravage and Scrapmetal secreted themselves aboard the Bayos freighter heading towards the North Atlantic. Once the ship passed over the Laurentian Abyss, the Decepticons jumped overboard and dived down to where Megatron's broken body lay. Scalpel ordered the death of Scrapmetal to rebuild Megatron, a request that Long Haul and Mixmaster readily granted. Soon, Megatron was reborn!

Long Haul and Hightower waited in a quarry near the Egyptian pyramids for Mixmaster to arrive with a yellow Rampage, Scrapper, Scavenger, Overload and a couple others, and they combined into Devastator. Devastator battled Skids and Mudflap, before climbing up the Great Pyramid of Giza to excavate the star harvester within. Devastator was blown up by an experimental rail gun fired by the USS Kidd.

Elsewhere during Operation: Firestorm, Long Haul, Scrapper, Mixmaster and the red Rampage hunted for Sam Witwicky in an abandoned town. Rampage was ordered by Starscream to spring a trap by demanding Sam hand over the Matrix of Leadership in exchange for his captive parents Ron and Judy, but Bumblebee attacked and killed him. Jetfire killed Mixmaster, while the others died in a bombing raid by the United States Air Force. Revenge of the Fallen (film)
Revenge of the Fallen issue 3

Some of the Constructicons combined into Devastator and revealed the star harvester hidden beneath a pyramid. Devastator was destroyed by a prototype rail gun soon afterwards. The Decepticons recovered Devastator's remains, and brought them to the peaks of British Columbia, Canada, so that the behemoth could be repaired by a squad of Constructicon drone units. These drones appeared to be a model of purple generic drones, and had both crane and front load shovel forms. *In the Revenge of the Fallen novel adaptation, the four Constructicons that accompany Ravage to the Laurentian Abyss are not named, but described as bipedal, disqualifying Rampage.

Scavenger, Long Haul, Scrapper, Overload, and Mixmaster arrived in Egypt together along with other Constructicons and Decepticons to battle the Autobots.

==Notes==
*In the Revenge of the Fallen novel adaptation, the four Constructicons that accompany Ravage to the Laurentian Abyss are not named, but described as bipedal, disqualifying Rampage. This is contradicted by the movie, as the Rampage that later battles Bumblebee is almost certainly one of the four.
*One abandoned Constructicon concept by artist Steve Jung was a "nurse" that would have transformed into a Volvo wheel loader. It is unknown if this character later evolved into the character referred to as Scrapmetal, who alternately transformed into a Volvo excavator and a yellow front-end loader.
*Another abandoned constructicon (By steve jung) Who turns into a unknown construction vehicle with a HUGE saw on front. His fate is unknown.
Constructicons defined
Determining who is and who isn't a Constructicon is a little more problematic than it may first appear. The subgroup is not especially well defined. Over time, any Decepticon from the 2009 film and related media/toys that has a construction vehicle alternate mode has been said to be a Constructicon. This is then complicated by the amount of Constructicons with the same name and form as each other, which indicates "Constructicon" is a type of drone... except then, with Constructicon Scouts and the drones in Titan Magazines, there are explicit drones without individual names! Add in that bios and other media have given Constructicons individual personalities, even though they have counterparts: does this mean every Rampage, for example, has anger issues?

The Constructicons are a group of Decepticons that take the form of various construction vehicles, many sharing alternate modes, body-types and even names.

His fate is unknown.===Constructicons defined===

Foreign names
*Japanese: Constructicon (コンストラクティコン Konsutorakutikon)
