&#039;&#039;&#039;Jeffrey Combs&#039;&#039;&#039; (born [[September 9]], 1954) is a film and voice actor.  A horror movie icon, Combs is well known as Herbert West in the &#039;&#039;Re-Animator&#039;&#039; trilogy.  He&#039;s also been in such horror films as &#039;&#039;From Beyond&#039;&#039;, &#039;&#039;Necronomicon&#039;&#039; and &#039;&#039;Castle Freak&#039;&#039;. Combs is also known for playing a variety of characters on three &#039;&#039;Star Trek&#039;&#039; TV series - &#039;&#039;Deep Space Nine&#039;&#039;, &#039;&#039;Voyager&#039;&#039;, and &#039;&#039;Enterprise&#039;&#039;. With his feet in both the horror and science-fiction worlds, as well as outside the two popular genres, Combs enjoys a diverse and varied fanbase.&lt;br /&gt;

Among many voice acting roles, he has voiced the Scarecrow in &#039;&#039;The New Batman Adventures&#039;&#039;, the Question in &#039;&#039;Justice League Unlimited&#039;&#039; and that really creepy janitor guy in &#039;&#039;Super Robot Monkey Team Hyper Force Go&#039;&#039;. &lt;br /&gt;
