:Swoop's toy transforms into a robotic ''[[wikipedia:Pteranodon|Pteranodon]]''. Swoop can stand on his beast feet or lie on his stomach in this mode, but additionally has fold-out wheels located in his feet and chest (though one has to split his chest open to access the latter wheel). His beak and tail were rounded [[for safety reasons]] compared to the original ''[[Diaclone]]'' release. However, the remolding of the tail kept the tail sticker from fitting correctly. Interestingly, despite being a former ''Diaclone'' toy, Swoop is the only Dinobot not to have an obvious cockpit for a ''Diaclone'' driver figure.

Like the other Dinobots in this subline, Swoop is partially composed of translucent plastic with gold paint on the inside to give him a 'layered' look reminiscent of his original toy.

:Like all other ''Power of the Primes'' Deluxe Class figures, he comes with Prime Armor that has a place for a [[Prime Master]] (and by extension, a [[Titan Master]], [[Enigma of Combination]], and [[Matrix|Matrix core]]), and can transform into a hand for a combiner. He also comes with a piece that can fill the gap in the chest armor or be held as a gun. Also like the other Deluxe Class figures, instructions as to how exactly the armor connects is extremely vague. Additionally, the armor can tab onto his back to be worn as a backpack.

:Unfortunately, Swoop's overall engineering is highly prone to failure, due to it lacking any means of securing him together in any mode outside of robot mode. His robot mode head will very easily come undone from the Pteranodon head in dino mode, and his wings and legs easily come undone in any limb mode. For this reason it's best advised to use him as an arm when attaching him to a combiner, as he is unable to support the overall weight as a leg.

:Due to the 5mm ports on his forearms, he can use any Prime Armor pieces as giant "[[Hulk]] hands" somewhat like Combiner Wars [[Rook (Generations) |Rook]].

:Though the stock renders have a red torso and a clear beak lacking any gold paint, the final toy had a blue torso and gold paint inside the beak in order to be more animation-accurate.
