Windblade is a skilled hunting jet, sent by Primus to combat "A terrible evil". Granted a slew of upgrades from Primus himself, she was put into stasis, and dropped off on Earth. Waking up on the planet, she promtly flew off to hunt cons.

She has quite the spunky personality, even flirtatious, With her great battle cries, and calling the cons her "playmates", as well as even nicknaming many of the bots, naming Sideswipe Slick", Strongarm "Skeptibot", Bumblebee "Fearless leader", and Fixit "Sparkbreaker". Her flirting even got Sideswipe hooked on her, and Strongarm terribly disgruntled over her popularity. Hmmm...

She also appears to be very competent in technology too, even telling Fixit to bounce the frequency arc of the Scanners off the Troposphere, which apparently boosted the accuracy all the way to locate a new fugutive in a location where Fixit claimed he scanned.

Her best trait is never being wrong, considering Primus himself upgraded her scanners.

Megatronus, having the closest connection to Unicron, offered advice to Solus Prime on how to create the best weapons to defeat the chaos-bringer. Among their collaborative efforts were [[Dark Energon skin]]s, which would protect the Primes from the toxic [[Dark Energon]]. Megatronus eventually requested that a blaster be made for him by Solus Prime. She reluctantly agreed, and the Requiem Blaster was forged. Solus had doubts about the weapon, but her deep faith in Megatronus was what allowed her to trust him with the Blaster.

When the fight against Unicron came, Megatronus fought alongside his siblings, and was ultimately triumphant. However, some of Unicron's darkness had rubbed off on all of them; a fact that Megatronus strangely appeared to revel in. In the era of peace and rebuilding that followed, Megatrous worked alongside [[Liege Maximo]], [[Micronus Prime]], and Amalgmous Prime, refining [[Energon]] for future use. He slowly befriended more of the Thirteen, although his love for Solus Prime never faded.

Unfortunately, this period of peace was not to last. Megatronus and Solus Prime were both being manipulated by Liege Maximo, who managed to drive a schism between the two lovers. Megatronus confronted Solus Prime over a newly created suit of armor intended for Maximo's "farm". Their disagreement eventually grew into a full-fledged fight after Megatronus killed her pet, which had secretly been recording Solus Prime's actions. In the chaos, Megatronus fired the Requiem Blaster without thinking, fatally wounding Solus Prime. Before Solus passed away, however, she professed her love for him.

Megatronus hid himself away in the untamed regions of Cybertron, until the surviving Primes discovered him. Megatronus confessed his crime, but also accused Maximo of setting up the whole plot, and aimed to kill him once and for all. The accusations flew quickly, and before long the argument descended into a free-for-all. In the aftermath, Liege Maximo was apparently blown apart by a shot from the Requiem Blaster, although [[Alpha Trion (WFC)|Alpha Trion]] could not identify just who had fired the weapon. Along with the surviving Primes, a repentant Megatronus attended Solus's funeral. Sideswipe was out training, when he spotted a cougar-like Decepticon, named Razorpaw, battling a jet. Once the jet pounded the decepticon to the ground, it transformed to reveal Windblade. Windblade nearly pummeled Sideswipe until she noticed his Autobot insignia. Sideswipe led Windblade back to the Scapyard, where she met the rest of the team. As the rest of the team marveled at Windblade's awesomeness, Strongarm started to get jealous of Windblade's new popularity. Windblade's popularity continued to grind Strongarm's gears which led to the group's cover being blown while they were doing reconissance.

Following a small confrontation with mind controlled pilots, Grimlock, Sideswipe, Windblade, and Strongarm managed to enter the airport, and found a hangar with a Queen Bee-like Decepticon with a lot of human hostages, mind controlled via her toxin. The Decepticon revealed that she had mind controlled humans so that they could fly out and spread the toxin across the world. As the Autobots moved closer, the Decepticon threatened to kill two of her hostages. Windblade promptly and secretly pulled out her sword. Strongarm noticed, and trips her.

Once the Decepticon lets the group head out, Windblade confronts Strongarm about the tripping. Strongarm counterattacks, stating that all human lives were worth saving. Windblade is surprised, but agrees to that rule. Bumblebee and Drift arrive, and Strongarm takes the team farther away to discuss her plans. upon learning of the general description, Bumblebee asks Fixit for a match. Fixit comes up with Zizza She reveals that Zizza needed heat to stay active, and she had a plan for Zizza to "chill out".

As the group begins to set their plans in action, Fixit calls on the comm revealing that there is a plane requesting to land. Bee tells Fixit to hack into the control tower and divert the plane. Meanwhile, the mind controlled pilots began to intercept the plane. Bumblebee asks Windblade to intercept the landing plane first, and Sideswipe tags along to assist. After bending either the wings or the tail of the planes, Fixit manages to hack into the Control Tower, and diverts the plane to another airfield.

Strongarm watches the interception, but then notices Zizza trying to attack herself. Strongarm attempts to intercept, being nearly stung in the process. Windblade passes by, and with a swift combo move with Windblade, Strongarm, and Sideswipe, Zizza is taken down, being knocked into a cold foam truck, where the cold renders her immobile.

Once the Zizza was frozen, Windblade announces that she had to go find more cons. Sideswipe begs her not to go, even asking Bumblebee to ask. But, Windblade still insisted on leaving. Before she left though, she did make amends with Strongarm, admitting that she nearly caused the death of two innocent humans. With that settled, Windblade took off.

As Strongarm walked over to Sideswipe, Sideswipe compliments Strongarm on her plan. Strongarm, believing that Sideswipe had made a snide remark, asked for the remainder of the snide remark. Upon realizing that Sideswipe actually said a compliment to her, she tries to ask if there were any caveats, but to no avail.
