Kami was able to get a point-blank shot from her [[EMP]] weapon right in Tread's face. The result was like pepper spray for humans and Tread dropped Kami. When his own self-repair mechanisms failed to put out the fire, Kickback took a more primitive approach and dunked his head in a pond. Injured and enraged, Kickback gave all his attention to squashing the human. Prime took the opportunity to jump him, dicing him up with his longsword. In the ensuing melee, Kickback tangled with none other than [[Optimus Prime (Movie)|Optimus Prime]]. Kickback was chatty during the fight, taunting Optimus and dropping dark hints of [[The Fallen|an ancient power]] to which even Megatron was subservient to. Prime was unprepared for his sonic charge weapon and was momentarily left disoriented. While Prime was on the defensive, [[Lennox]] was able to land a couple of good hits with his [[sabot]] missile launcher, including one that impacted the side of Kickback's head, setting it on fire. When his own self-repair mechanisms failed to put out the fire, Kickback took a more primitive approach and dunked his head in a pond. Injured and enraged, Kickback gave all his attention to squashing the human. Prime took the opportunity to jump him, dicing him up with his longsword.
