If there is a large, flying [[Autobot]] toy that's not an [[Aerialbot (G1)|Aerialbot]], it's probably one of '''Jetfire'''<nowiki>'</nowiki>s.
[[File:Jetfireg1toy.jpg|upright=1.77|thumb|Don't expect Takara to reissue this toy any time soon.]]
*'''Jetfire''' ([[1985]])
**''Accessories:'' "Photon Missile Launcher", rifle mounting pod, "Turbo Thruster" booster pack, 2 leg guards (left & right), 2 arm guards, 2 fenders

:A [[redeco]] of the [[Takatoku Toys]] ''Macross'' VF-1S Super Valkyrie (originally designed by mecha designer [[Shōji Kawamori]]), Jetfire features three modes: robot, jet, and an "alternate transformation" (called the "Gerwalk" form in ''Macross'', and the "Guardian" form in ''Robotech'') that deploys his arms and legs in [[alternate mode|jet mode]]. Additionally, Jetfire comes with several red pieces of armor and a rocket booster backpack that can snap onto his arms, legs, and back in any mode. He has noticeably more articulation than the other ''Transformers'' in the line at the time.

:The shoulder assembly where the jet mode folds in half for [[robot mode]] is one of the more commonly broken parts in the early ''Transformers'' toy line. The more rigid plastic used on the armor pieces also means that it's not uncommon for their attachment clips to have snapped off. And finally, the small black clip-piece that attaches Jetfire's rifle to his jet mode is possibly one of the most commonly missing accessories on secondhand Jetfires, if not secondhand Transformers all around. The fact that the instructions don't tell you what to do with it doesn't help. The piece is used to hold Jetfire's rifle via the clip attached to the arm, as well as under the jetmode as a belly gun. It is very difficult to find a complete Jetfire toy, let alone an undamaged one. The figure's white coloration is also heavily succeptible to yellowing, even if properly stored.

:There were two main variations of the toy: one featuring the ''Macross'' [[United Nations|U.N.]] Spacy logo on the wings, and one without the logo. The ''Macross'' logo was either painted on or came as a sticker. The logo-less variant has a continuous red strip along the length of the wing, whilst both logo versions have a slight gap in the paint apps surrounding the logo.
[[File:Jetfire-G2toy.jpg|upright=1.66|thumb|I'm not a traitor!]]
*'''Jetfire''' (Cyberjet, [[1995]])
**''Japanese ID number:'' '''TRF-16'''
**''Accessories:'' 2 armor-piercing missiles
: Jetfire was released in ''[[Transformers: Generation 2 (toyline)|Generation 2]]'' as part of [[wave]] 2 of the [[Cyberjet]]s assortment, a redeco of the Decepticon [[Hooligan (G2)|Hooligan]] from wave 1 of the same assortment, whose altenate mode is a proposed swing-wing naval variant of the F-22 Raptor. He is armed with a pressure-launched missile fired from his right arm, which also forms a weapon in fighter mode.

:Apparently, the decision to market the redecos as separate characters was a last-minute change of plans that was only put into use in America and Japan; in Europe, Hasbro supposedly stuck to the original idea for said assortment (here named "Mini-Jets"), with the redecos being sold as [[variant#Running changes|running change color variants]] of their wave 1 mold-mates instead, in unchanged packaging featuring [[package art]] in the original deco and the original character's name. Thus, Hooligan was available in Jetfire's colors but still marketed as Hooligan himself (which might explain the faction symbols). This practice is only confirmed for the versions available in multilingual French/Dutch/German packaging; thus far, no specimens in English/Spanish/Portuguese packaging or in Italian [[GiG]] packaging have surfaced. This would explain why the "Jetfire" release of the figure has Decepticon [[Insignia|faction symbol]] stickers, despite being released as an Autobot. The Japanese release, meanwhile, came with an [[:File:Jetfire-JG2decal.jpg|extra decal sheet]], featuring white tiger markings, extra ''Generation 2'' Autobot symbols (presumably to cover the Decepticon ones that were factory-applied), and "battle damage" markings.

:Furthermore, this sculpt was also used to make ''[[Robotmasters (franchise)|Robotmasters]]'' [[R-Blade#Toys|R-Blade]], ''[[Transformers: Universe (2003 toyline)|Universe]]'' [[Wind Sheer (Universe)#Toys|Wind Sheer]], and [[BotCon 2005]] [[Ricochet (Timelines)#Toys|Ricochet]]. R-Blade's expanded bio in the ''Robotmasters'' sourcebook specifically mentions Jetfire as the leader of the Autobot Cyberjets, even though no mention of this is made in Jetfire's ''Generation 2'' bio, in the U.S. ''or'' Japan.

:As with all ''Titanium Series'' figures, Jetfire's toy is constructed of both die-cast metal and molded plastic, and it comes with a plastic display stand featuring his name and his faction logo. In jet mode, landing gear can be deployed from underneath the fuselage and both legs.
:''[[Transformers: Classics|Classics]]'' Jetfire's design is an amalgam of the original cartoon/comic model for Jetfire/Skyfire and the original toy. It not only features removable armor like the original toy, but the toy-inspired head can be removed like a helmet to reveal a cartoon/comic-inspired head. The jet mode is primarily based on the {{w|F-14 Tomcat}} (itself the inspiration for the ''Macross'' {{w|VF-1 Valkyrie}} design), but with various visual elements taken from Skyfire's [[character model]], most notably the squared-off nosecone. The toy's add-on booster packs have flip-out reveal cannons, and it also features arm-mounted spring-loaded missile launchers.

:An unexpected level of detail can be found on the black non-firing rifle; when it is assembled, the halves of the gun's "sight" come together in a way that would be functional on a full-size weapon.

:The toy's design was first featured on the solicited cover to [[IDW Publishing|IDW]] ''[[The Transformers: Stormbringer|Stormbringer]]'' #1. Contrary to popular belief, it was not designed by [[Don Figueroa]].

:A "ghost" [[redeco]] of this toy, with black plastic and silvery electric paint deco, was shown by [[Hasbro]] in a news broadcast about their attempts to cheer up a Rhode Island orphan. Sadly, this version was never released.
:''[[Henkei! Henkei! Transformers (toyline)|Henkei! Henkei!]]'' Skyfire is a redeco of ''Classics'' Voyager Class Jetfire. The primary changes to his deco are mainly for better resemblance to Skyfire's Generation 1 cartoon model's appearance (in particular painting most of the canopy to make it appear smaller), rather than the Jetfire/''Macross'' design. Of amusement is the fact the fighter's airbrake has been painted blue to be a faux secondary canopy. As with all ''Henkei'' toys, he lacks the heat-sensitive rubsign seen on the ''Classics'' release, but instead has some [[Vacuum metallizing|vacuum-metallized]] parts (his jetpack's exhaust nozzles).
:Part of the ''[[Henkei! Henkei! Transformers (toyline)#Gentei! Gentei!|Gentei! Gentei!]]'' subline of ''Henkei!'', "Dark Skyfire" is a [[TakaraTomy Mall|Toy Hobby Market]]-[[exclusive]] [[black repaint]] and [[retool]] of ''Classics'' Voyager Class Jetfire. The primary changes to his deco are mainly for making him, uh, darker. Specifically, he's cast in glossy black and purple plastic, with painted purple details and new thin white stripes on his wings. The tips of his backpack cannons have been significantly remolded to make the barrels and stalks on which they are mounted a single, newly-jointed piece, with the result being that the cannons' bodies stick out ever so slightly from their housing. This change is likely to make the barrels more durable under the constant spring-loaded strain of being hidden, as well as allow one to pivot and deploy the cannons without sliding back the panels that are keeping them hidden, due to the fact that deploying the cannons this way with the previous tooling often resulted in the (detachable) tips of the cannons to pop out and send them flying. As with all ''Henkei'' toys, he lacks the heat-sensitive rubsign seen on the ''Classics'' release, but instead has some vacuum-metallized parts (his jetpack's exhaust nozzles).

:The extent of Dark Skyfire's 'Dark' originally varied from image to image: early pre-production mockup images showed a dark matte grey similar to e-Hobby [[Astrotrain (G1)/toys|Astrotrain]], whilst later images appeared gloss black with high-contrast silver details, leading to speculation that this redeco is the previously unreleased 'ghost' ''Classics'' Jetfire. Some possible hints of this remain, such as the Hasbro ''Classics''-styled open cockpit instead of ''Henkei's ''half-painted version, as well as some entirely new paint operations, such as the added stripes on the sides of the intakes just behind his shoulders.

:Pre-orders for Dark Skyfire opened up on [[November 12]]th and closed on [[December 11]]th [[2009]], with the toys finally shipping in March of 2010.
:Exclusive to [[Cybertron Con 2013]], Jetfire features a similar deco to the regular ''Henkei! Henkei!'' Skyfire but with more white, the red being metallic paint, and most notably Decepticon insignias on the wings. Uncharacteristically for a ''Henkei! :''[[Transformers: Generations#Thrilling 30 (2013–2014)|Generations Thrilling 30]]'' Jetfire's design is an amalgam of the original cartoon/comic model for Jetfire/Skyfire and the original toy. It features removable armor like the original toy, but the toy-inspired head can be removed like a mask to reveal a more proportioned cartoon/comic-inspired head. The jet mode is again based on a navalized {{w|F-22 Raptor}} with {{w|F-14 Tomcat}}-like variable geometry wings (The F-14 itself being the inspiration for the ''Macross'' {{w|VF-1 Valkyrie}} design), but with a faux cockpit reminiscent of his Skyfire's [[character model]] underneath the jet's fuselage, most notably the faux squared-off nosecone in his robot mode. The toy's add-on booster pack which can be rotated 360 degrees, arm and leg mounted cannons are [[Vacuum metallizing|vacuum-metallized]] bright metallic red. Jetfire also carries a [[Vacuum metallizing|vacuum-metallized]] spring-loaded "photon" missile launcher/rifle. All five weapons can combine into a larger weapon, and the removable face armor can be stowed by plugging into the rifle while both arm cannons can also be attached to the peg hole located on both sides of his Turbo Thruster pack. This toy first appeared as Jetfire's new body in the "[[Dawn of the Autobots]]" arc of ''[[The Transformers: Robots in Disguise]]''.

:All versions of this mold have a design flaw in the strut that connects the pelvis to the chest. The very small, very thin plastic on either side of where the strut pins in between the legs has a tendency to eventually break, especially after repeated transformations. The primary cause appears to be when the friction pin starts to work its way into both the inner and outer pieces. Checking the clearance between the pieces and the position of the pin can help prevent untimely damage. Some units also have an ''insanely'' tight pin hole here, where it requires less force to ''ratchet the pieces apart'' than to rotate properly. Removing the pin and opening the hole on the inner piece of the joint can also lengthen the effective lifespan of the figure.

:This mold was also retooled into ''Generations [[Combiner Wars (toyline)|Combiner Wars]]'' [[Thundercracker (G1)/toys#CWLeader|Thundercracker]], [[Starscream (G1)/toys#CWLeader|Starscream]], and [[Skywarp (G1)/toys#CWLeader|Skywarp]].
The toy was released as a contest prize in AEON Malaysia, which ran from 15 September to 15 October 2014. To enter the competition, participants needed to collect the contest flyer first, purchase the regular Leader Class Jetfire toy, and then answer one simple question regarding Jetfire's alternate mode. :Released in the second wave of ''Cyber Battalion'' toys, Jetfire is a retool of the [[Starscream (G1)/toys#Cyber Series|Starscream]] figure from the previous wave. He changes from jet to robot in a few easy steps and includes two guns which can be held in his hands, pegged onto his arms, or mounted underneath his vehicle mode wings. Unlike the base mold, his wings can swing in and out like his original G1 figure. However, there are two pegs on each wing that are used to lock them in position (either full sweep or high-maneuverability), and a lack of clearance requires the wing assembly to be opened to move them in addition to unpegging them from the back of the arms. [[Stock photography]] (shown to the right) has unpainted, red hips, yet final product has them painted over in white.
:As the first toy utilizing the ''[[War for Cybertron: Siege (toyline)|Siege]]'' Commander Class, Jetfire is a brand new super-sized mold based on his appearance in [[Jetfire (G1)#Generation 1 cartoon continuity|the Generation 1 cartoon]] and [[Jetfire_(G1)#Marvel_Comics_continuity|comic]]. He features 10 [[C.O.M.B.A.T. System]] compatible armor pieces and weapons to make him look more like his original toy, and transforms into a Cybertronian spaceship. Jetfire has a special feature where ''Siege'' figures can hold onto handles under the jet mode, with the implication of being deployed into battle from above. In reference to the Generation 1 cartoon episode "[[Fire in the Sky]]", his badge on his chest can flip to change factions. (Alternately, you can pretend he's performing the [[Rite of the Autobrand]] as seen in the original Marvel comic.) He has multiple hardpoints all over his body and weapons to accommodate "Fire Blasts" from the Battle Masters assortment, or the 2 included, which split apart into three pieces each; these can be used to simulate blaster fire or explosions; ironically, he is one of the few in the line not sporting battle damage paint apps. Also shared with the rest of the ''Siege'' line, Jetfire's construction emphasizes articulation, including ankle tilts and even (limited) waist rotation. Jetfire features an autotransforming gimmick on his hand's 5 mm ports, which tuck into his palms when his fingers are folded outwards. The "computer core" in Jetfire's main cockpit can be removed to reveal a seat for a [[Titan Master#Toys|Titan Master]] or [[Prime Master#Toys|Prime Master]], and the cockpit on the booster can be opened to reveal two more seats. His jet mode has panels to cover the landing gear when retracted.

:This Jetfire is the largest official figure bearing character's name, being exactly one foot tall in robot mode, easily capable of going toe-to-toe with a ''[[Prime Wars Trilogy]]'' [[Combiner]].

:The two longer black weapons can actually be separated into two pieces. All of the black weapons have both a C.O.M.B.A.T. fire effect peg on both ends and a 5mm post on one end, allowing them to be inserted into Jetfire's other weapons as barrel extensions or missiles. This also allows the trident-like tips to be rotated into a better position if there are clearance issues when plugged in. In jet mode, there is a 5 mm hexagonal port on his underside that appears to be for heavier flight stands, since it is recessed too far to peg in any of his own weapons. Some copies may have difficulty attaching his chest armor properly due to the small flip-out panels not lining up perfectly. Pulling the chest panels open and then putting them back once the armor is attached can help, or it can be attached by a single panel instead of both. While Jetfire does have ankle tilts, there are small but fairly strong clips that lock them in. A bit of force may be required to unlock them.
He sports [[Prowl (G1)/toys#Kre-O|Prowl]]'s helmet and the [[Starscream (G1)/toys#Kre-O|Starscream]] wing-backpack. He also comes with 2 buildable guns, which are formed from his jet tail fins and pistols. He uses a chest [[tampograph]] based on the [[#Generation 1|original Jetfire toy]], but the leg deco is based on the [[:File:TFU Jetfire.jpg|"Skyfire" cartoon model]].

: Although the stock photos shows that the guns can be nudged down to the red parts, but it was rendered impossible in the final product. Several samples of Jetwash had balance problems with the legs's ball-joint holes, causing the figure to fall over if not placed on a display brick. However, a very few samples had perfectly balanced leg parts. Good luck finding them.

:On [[July 22]], [[2013]], Harmony Gold, owner of the rights to the ''Robotech'' franchise and U.S. claimant to the ''Macross'' rights, [http://www.courthousenews.com/2013/07/23/Transformers.pdf filed a copyright infringement suit against Hasbro]. In the filing, Harmony Gold argued that the release somehow infringed upon the intellectual property of the Veritech, but noted that "damages are difficult to ascertain". They demanded that Hasbro recall all Jetfires that had been sold, that all Jetfires (including the recalled ones) be either destroyed or handed over to Harmony Gold, and that Hasbro turn over all profits relating to the sales; this was to happen in addition to payment for all actual damages to Harmony Gold (despite Harmony Gold itself not knowing how much the actual damages were) and all punitive assessments assigned against Hasbro.

:Subsequently, an order was filed on September 23rd, 2013, to [http://generalsjoes.com/2013/10/10/hasbro-and-harmony-gold-reportedly-settle-lawsuit-over-sdcc-exclusive-jetfire/ dismiss the case with prejudice], implying that Harmony Gold and Hasbro have reached a settlement. Although confirmation of a settlement, much less details thereof, has not been revealed, the fact that the case was dismissed ''with prejudice'' means that Harmony Gold cannot sue over the Jetfire issue again. By early October, the set was made available on [[Hasbro Toy Shop]], though the set sold out quickly.
*As mentioned above, unlike most of the early ''Transformers'' range, the Jetfire toy was designed by [[Takatoku Toys]], being a [[redeco]] (with minor retools to blunt the nosecone and add two tabs to keep the wings from their forward-most position) of their 1/55 [https://web.archive.org/web/20180120173238/http://1501bc.com:80/pretf/macross.html ''Macross'' VF-1S Super Valkyrie]. Naturally, because he was not designed by [[TakaraTomy|Takara]], Jetfire was not released in Japan, since the toy (or, at least, a dozen variations of it) was released by one of Takara's rival toy companies.
'''Transformers vs. X-Men! Okay, not really...'''

==Synopsis==
[[File:OutofTime-wakePrimus.jpg|thumb|left|upright=1.5]]
In the [[Primus]] chamber, at the center of [[Cybertron (planet)|Cybertron]], [[Galvatron II|Galvatron]] grows impatient. He and [[Emirate]] [[Xaaron]] have fled down here, to escape the [[Acolyte of Unicron|loyal minions of Unicron]], and to entreat Primus himself to take the necessary steps to gather his children against [[Unicron/Generation 1|Unicron]]. Unfortunately, Xaaron's prayers take both time and patience to awaken Primus properly, neither of which Galvatron has in abundance. The latter is demonstrated when he punches through a wall at Xaaron's slow methods, and the former is shown when Unicron grows suspicious of his herald's undetectable absence, and sends [[Hook, Line, and Sinker|his other minions]] to track down the wayward time-traveler.

Back on [[Earth]], [[Scorponok (G1)/Marvel Comics continuity|Scorponok]] is highly amused at the "[[mutant (human)|super humans]]" who have dared to challenge him. [[Thunderpunch]] does little to challenge the humor of the situation, but [[Dynamo]] at least manages to temporarily topple Scorponok. To his horror, [[Optimus Prime (G1)/Marvel Comics continuity|Optimus Prime]] realizes it might actually be necessary to step into the fight against the humans, in order to preserve Scorponok and the alliance. As he reaches this conclusion, [[Rapture]] and [[Circuit Breaker (G1)|Circuit Breaker]] both have a go at Scorponok as well, with the latter sizzling his every circuit. The amount of damage she's doing to the [[Decepticon]] is not lost on the observers—[[Nightbeat (G1)|Nightbeat]] cries out against the torture she's inflicting, while the prone [[Shockwave (G1)/Marvel Comics continuity|Shockwave]] takes the opportunity to blast her out of the sky. Unfortunately for Nightbeat, Circuit Breaker misinterprets who her attacker was, and her fragile grip on the [[Autobot]]/Decepticon dynamic shatters, as she begins attacking both sides with renewed vigor.

On Cybertron, Hook, Line, and Sinker have found Galvatron, and quickly assessed that he is up to no good. With Xaaron's entreaties still making no headway, Galvatron takes matters into his own hands, and gears up for the rematch with his former kidnappers. After momentarily stunning Hook, he disarms Line and uses Sinker's pounders to destroy the swordsman's head. With Sinker momentarily shocked at having killed his compatriot, Galvatron converts to cannon mode and annihilates the robot. His winning streak is cut short, though, when Hook skewers him in the back and begins to draw the Decepticon in for the kill.

Amidst the Decepticon Civil War, [[Mindwipe (G1)|Mindwipe]] has managed to snag Field Commander [[Soundwave (G1)/Marvel Comics continuity|Soundwave]] in his hypnotic gaze. He plans to use this ace to end the war... and the Autobots who approach him from behind with their guns drawn agree, so long as he ends it ''their way.''

Back in [[Manhattan]], Circuit Breaker has disabled Nightbeat and moved on to Optimus Prime himself. [[G.B. Blackrock]] is desperately trying to find a way to stop her rampage, when he notices Shockwave and remembers the Decepticon from the attack on his [[oil-drilling platform|oil rig]] years ago... the attack that crippled Josie Beller. He draws Circuit Breaker's attention to the robot and, as recognition crosses her mind, she unleashes everything she has in a single blast that sends Shockwave fuming to the ground. Scorponok arights himself and prepares to continue the battle with the [[Neo-Knights]], but a sharp word from Optimus Prime gets him to reconsider, and put aside his battlelust.

On Cybertron, Galvatron is saved by an act of God—literally. Xaaron has succeeded in awakening Primus, and now serves as the living avatar for the god, a vessel through whom Primus addresses his creation. Galvatron convinces Primus that the time has come to unite his creations against Unicron. And, in that moment, the Transformers on Earth begin vanishing one after another: from [[New Jersey (Earth)|New Jersey]], to Manhattan, and beyond.

And, on a distant planetoid, the corrupted [[Dark Matrix (G1)|Creation Matrix]] hungers for new sensations once more. It hungers... for revenge...

[[Image:Movie2007 thatshisbling.jpg|left|300px|thumb|Nobody really seems impressed with how Judy has stylized Mojo. Even Bumblebee has turned away.]]

While tending her backyard garden, Judy lamented Ron's less-than-professional job at laying paving tiles for their garden path. When Sam left for a party, she had the chance to observe Sam's [[Bumblebee (Movie)|new car]] in action. Upon seeing it emit a large cloud of black smoke, she paused for a moment, then told Ron that he was cheap. Ron maintained that since it was Sam's first car, it was supposed to do that. It's unlikely she believed that.

On the day that Sam's car chased him around town, she was enjoying an evening of television and a little drinking with her husband when Sam came home three minutes past his curfew. Judy felt that he should be grounded for this, but Ron—that pushover—let him off the hook. While the Autobots milled around in her back yard (and crushed her flowers and new water fountain), Sam and [[Mikaela Banes]] snuck into Sam's room to look for [[Archibald Witwicky]]'s [[glasses]]. Just a few minutes later, [[Ratchet (Movie)|Ratchet]] accidentally stumbled into the house's power lines, cutting the block's electricity, and fell down. Ron thought it was an earthquake and took cover under the dining room table. Amazed and still sitting on the couch, Judy looked over to him and asked, "How'd you get over there so fast?"

[[Image:Movie2007 RonJudy pride.jpg|right|300px|thumb|Why can't our parents be this cool about hiding girls in our rooms?]]
Just a moment later, they headed upstairs to Sam's room, from where noises and lights were originating. She begged Sam to open his locked door before Ron started counting. Just before Ron reached zero, Sam opened up. Judy asked him why he was all grimy and sweaty. He was acting strangely. She asked—not judgmentally, just trying to get to the bottom of things—if he'd been masturbating. She seemed to be the only person not embarrassed by this, and had a few suggestions as to what the act could be called if her son was uncomfortable referring to it as masturbation. Eventually, Mikaela—who had been hiding—stood up to try to explain things. Judy was delighted to realize that Sam had been hiding a girl in his room. She complimented Mikaela and apologized for making her sit through their "family discussion". Mikaela told Sam she thought his mother was very nice.

[[Image:Tf2007 judy bat.jpg|left|180px|thumb|It took Lennox 10 minutes to pull a weapon on Simmons. Judy figured this out in 35 seconds.]]

Sam and Mikaela then went down to get his backpack from the kitchen, but they were interrupted when [[Sector Seven|government agents]] swarmed the house, stepping all over her flower beds, and started asking questions. Judy bravely stood up to the men, threatening to beat the crap out of them for touching her plants and to kick their asses if they hurt Mojo, but eventually the whole family was carted off.

Much later, after the [[Decepticon]]s were defeated, Judy and Ron were interviewed for a newscast of some sort. They pish-poshed the idea that aliens had been tromping around the area, and expressed their faith that the government would let us know about that sort of thing if it were going on. After the interview, Judy awkwardly pointed out that their interviewer's head is a different shape in person than on television. {{storylink|Transformers (film)|Transformers}}

{{note|Judy Witwicky’s involvement in the preceding events, or events mostly similar, were also chronicled in the novels ''[[Transformers (novel)|Transformers]]'', and ''[[Transformers: The Junior Novel]]'', and the storybook "[[Transformers: The Movie Storybook]]".}}
:''Actor:'' [[Julie White]] (English), [[Yukari Nozawa]] (Japanese dub), [[Sheila Dorfman]] (Portuguese dub), [[Rommy Mendoza]] (Spanish dub)

Two years after the "incident" in Mission City, Sam had graduated high school and received a scholarship to [[Princeton]]. Being the overprotective mother she was, Judy was having a hard time letting Sam go, especially after she found his baby booties. Hugging him tightly, she insisted that Sam come home for every holiday, not just [[Christmas]], but little ones like [[Halloween]] and President's Day. Upon learning the university didn't give those days off, she announced that they would go and visit him. Ron finally intervened and told Judy to go get packed for their trip to [[France]]. As she was bringing her things out, Judy asked if Ron knew it would be this hard. His less than sympathetic response made Judy switch from depressive to manic, and she said she didn't want to go on vacation with him, walking back into the house... at which point [[Bumblebee (Movie)|Bumblebee]] began shooting up the backyard at [[appliancebot|her kitchen]]. Running out in a panic, Judy scooped up Mojo and [[Frankie]] and ran out to the front yard. As Mikaela showed up, Judy angrily informed Sam that the minute he left, Bumblebee was gone, as she couldn't live with a psychotic alien in her house. Ron reminded Judy to remain quiet in front of the firefighters, reminding her that the government would pay for the damage if they kept quiet, and to consider it the start of their remodeling. Judy announced that if they were remodeling, she was getting both a pool ''and'' a hot tub, and going skinny dipping, and Ron couldn't complain about it.

[[Image:ROTF-JudyRonCollege.jpg|left|thumb|300px|Take in that clean, minty air!...smells expensive!]]

After a cross country plane ride, the Witwicky family arrived at Princeton. Judy's previous fears of leaving Sam faded as she entered the campus, saying she could feel smarter already, just from the smell. Ron moaned that it smelled like forty thousand dollars a year. As Sam settled with his nice young roommate [[Leo Spitz]], Judy purchased a brownie laced with a special ingredient, leaving her high on life (and cannabis). She nearly blew the family's big secret with the [[Autobot]]s until Ron was able to drag his stoned wife to the car.

As Sam slowly went insane from [[AllSpark]] knowledge in his head and [[Optimus Prime (Movie)|Optimus Prime]] gave his life defending Sam from [[Megatron (Movie)|Megatron]], Judy and Ron were enjoying lunch at a cafe in [[Paris]], with Judy eager to try new things. She started off with some escargot, which was not a good choice in her mind. Her phone then rang, and as Judy answered, [[Soundwave (ROTF)|some pervert]] began a heavy breathing act and asking about Sam. Disgusted, Judy told the pervert that she would report him to the French foreign legion and hung up. Suddenly, two [[Transition form|meteor]]s struck Paris, once of them hitting a bell tower near their cafe. As Ron and Judy fled for cover, a [[Decepticon]] arrived and grabbed them.

Taken to [[Egypt]], Ron and Judy were held inside [[Rampage (ROTF)|a bulldozer]] and were guarded by [[Ravage (ROTF)|an evil cat]]. They were released by [[Starscream (Movie)|Starscream]] to lure Sam into a trap. However, Ron and Judy told Sam to just run and hide, as the Decepticons would kill them anyway. However, Sam was distracting the Decepticons so Bumblebee could jump in and take them out. Although nearly crushed in the brawl, the Witwickys survived, and Sam ordered Bumblebee to take them away from the battle. Conversely, they managed to make their way to a safe area when Sam was killed by Megatron, with both parents panicking over his body. However, [[Dynasty of Primes|something]] revived Sam, and he used [[Matrix of Leadership|some dagger]] to revive Optimus Prime, who then defeated [[The Fallen]]. After the battle, Judy and Ron gave Sam a proud hug. {{storylink|Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen (film)|Revenge of the Fallen}}
They decided to pay Sam a visit while he was looking for a job in Washington, D.C. Upon learning that his son did not yet get a job, Ron was very upset, commenting that sucked.

Later, Sam asked for the whereabouts of his girlfriend, [[Carly Spencer]] after a Decepticon attack on Washington, D.C. Judy admonished Sam for getting into an argument with her and causing her to leave, and Ron promptly gave an example of the devotion their son was supposed to give. This inspired Sam to go to Chicago to rescue Carly, and asked Ron and Judy to leave Washington, D.C. for their safety. {{storylink|Transformers: Dark of the Moon (film)|Dark of the Moon}}
Though having learned the truth of recent events and Sam's role in them, Ron and Judy were not happy that Bumblebee had decided to come and live with them, especially after the destruction the Autobots had caused to Ron's beloved yard. Ron said that Sam didn't owe the Autobots a thing, having already done his part in their war, and decreed that Bumblebee could stay for the summer, but after Sam went to college, the Autobot was out. :''Dark Scream is a [[Predacon (RID)|Predacon]] from the [[Transformers: Robots in Disguise (2001 franchise)|2001 ''Robots in Disguise'']] [[continuity family]].''
Like the rest of the Predacon Trio, '''Dark Scream''' is a bumbling oaf. And of course, he's evil. But apart from that, he's really not so bad. He has an almost innocent sense of humor, enjoys singing, and actually attempts to help out his commander, [[Sky-Byte (RID)|Sky-Byte]] (though he'll join [[Slapper (RID)|Slapper]] and [[Gas Skunk]] in heckling him from time to time).

A self-designated "Forest Swordsman" who likes to think of himself as a samurai warrior,<ref>R2 DVD bio</ref> Dark Scream tries to help his teammates in battle with his sword and central freeze ray—but while he's got ''some'' skill with that sword, he's not strong enough to be a real threat to most opponents. He's basically useful for aerial transport and reconnaissance—but even there, his flight skills are rather poor. If it weren't for his willingness to obey orders to attack shipping vehicles and plant bombs in major civilian centers, he'd be about as inoffensive as a Predacon can get.
[[File:Battle Protocol Dark Scream.jpg|left|upright=1.1|thumb| Like a vast predatory flying squirrel doesn't have the same ring to it...]]
[[Megatron (RID)|Megatron]] invited the Predacon trio to the battlefield in New York, where they fought over who was going to defeat [[Optimus Prime (RID)|Optimus Prime]]. When the [[Autobot Brothers]] arrived, Dark Scream managed to scratch [[Side Burn (RID)|Side Burn]]'s paintwork and was rewarded with a missile, which chased him until Megatron made off with [[Kenneth Onishi|Doctor Onishi]]. The missile finally exploded, sending the three Predacons into the sky. {{storylink|Battle Protocol!}}

When the Predacons brought back a pile of small batteries to use as energy, Megatron was not impressed. He put Sky-Byte in charge of them on a mission to retrieve an explosive device. The trio found the car and prepared to take it to Megatron, but Sky-Byte destroyed the car and took the bomb. The shark was then himself intercepted by X-Brawn, who inadvertently activated the device, causing the three Predacons to flee. Back at base, they observed Sky-Byte trying to work out how to understand humans by reading their literature. {{storylink|An Explosive Situation}}

As part of a plan to attack the Linear RFG train, Dark Scream destroyed the control systems for the bullet train before joining his Predacon cohorts at a bridge they were attempting to destroy. Although they were eventually chased off, they succeeded in destroying the bridge, forcing the Autobots to save the train. {{storylink|Bullet Train to the Rescue}}

After a failed attempt to steal a plutonium energy generator from a building, the Predacon trio tried again while the generator was being transported by truck. After chasing off the truck drivers, Dark Scream jumped on top of it, leaving Slapper and Gas Skunk to pick it and him up. They ended up on the beach where the [[Spy Changer]]s ran rings around them. Sky-Byte turned up and managed to blast the Spy Changers, allowing the Predacons to flee with the generator. Unfortunately when they got back to base, it turned out that the generator had been switched for a statue. {{storylink|Spychangers to the Rescue}}

[[File:Secret of the Ruins Darkscream.jpg|right|upright=1.1|thumb| Not "pew, pew, pew!", "Bween, bween, bween!"]]
When a civilian ship turned up while the ''[[Megastar]]'' was underwater at the Black Pyramid, Dark Scream and Sky-Byte attacked it. Autobot ally [[Koji Onishi]] was on board to call in the Autobots. Optimus made short work of Dark Scream shortly after arriving. {{storylink|The Hunt for Black Pyramid}} To distract the Autobots from Megatron's real plan, the Predacon trio attacked [[Metro City]] and kept [[Team Bullet Train]] busy. Dark Scream found himself fried by Gas Skunk's acid breath, which had been ignited by [[Railspike (RID)|Railspike]], and then frozen by his own freeze beam which [[Rapid Run (RID)|Rapid Run]] deflected back at him. {{storylink|The Secret of the Ruins}}

After [[Side Burn (RID)|Side Burn]] was captured by Megatron, Sky-Byte and the Predacon trio ended up guarding the Autobot. Dark Scream practised his supervillain gloating on their captive. After the inevitable failure of the plan, Sky-Byte managed to deflect the blame onto Gas Skunk and Dark Scream, and Megatron announced the pair would be punished severely. {{storylink|Sideburn's Obsession}}

[[File:Secret Weapon D5 Dark Scream coal.jpg|left|upright=1.1|thumb|I've been working on the railroad, all the live long day!]]
The three Predacons investigated a laboratory pointed to by information extracted from Doctor Onishi and Slapper stole a disk with his tongue. The disk contained information which the Predacons interpreted to indicate that a steam train was some sort of weapon and set about trying to steal the train. After landing on "Grandpa", Dark Scream was subjected to a smoky ride through a tunnel before falling off and subsequently being flattened by Team Bullet Train. Once the train had disgorged its passengers, Dark Scream simply hopped aboard and began stoking the furnace, successfully stealing the locomotive. {{storylink|Secret Weapon: D-5}}

Although the Spy Changers managed to foil the Predacons' attempted theft of a ruby, Gas Skunk managed to sneak a bug onto [[Mirage (RID)|Mirage]]. The Predacons listened keenly as Mirage appeared to fall out with the other Autobots and convinced Megatron that they should let Mirage join them, although to Gas Skunk's annoyance, Sky-Byte managed to take the credit again. Unfortunately for them, the defection turned out to be a ruse anyway. {{storylink|Mirage's Betrayal}}

[[File:Darkscream beast.gif|right|upright=1.1|thumb| Dark Scream immediately starts looking for the sniper rifle on the new map.]]
The Autobots entered the Great Race to locate one of their comrades who'd gone missing. The Predacon trio attempted to drop a rock-slide on the Autobot forces, and were taken aback when Optimus leapt from boulder to boulder to reach the clifftop they were on. The trio swiftly fled. {{storylink|Skid Z's Choice}}

After spying new Autobot [[Tow-Line (RID)|Tow-Line]] and his overzealousness in towing illegally parked vehicles, the Predacon trio captured the Autobot and set about trying to brainwash him. After some failed attempts at hypnotism, they managed to brainwash Tow-Line with a disc, and sat back while he began abducting Autobots from around the city. Unfortunately a malfunction meant Tow-Line dropped off the captives at the wrong location, and by the time the Predacons located him, Optimus Prime and Prowl had already cured him of the rogue programming. {{storylink|Tow-Line Goes Haywire}}

The Predacons were again misled by information obtained from Doctor Onishi, leading them to think there was a transforming statue in the [[Cave of the Dragon]]. Sky-Byte and the Predacon trio found the cave eventually, and were frightened off by the Autobots disguised as the statue. {{storylink|The Ultimate Robot Warrior}}

Dark Scream, Gas Skunk, Slapper and Sky-Byte faced off against the Spy Changers once more on the beach. The battle ended with an [[Stock footage|all-too-familiar]] retreat on the Predacon's part. {{storylink|Hope for the Future}}

[[File:Optimus Darkscream03.JPG|left|thumb|I AM OPTIMUS PRIME!]]
Not all of Doctor Onishi's information was unhelpful. The Predacons were sent to [[Castle Peak]] in America, where they began digging and unearthed a crashed Autobot spaceship. After Megatron retrieved the six [[protoform]]s from inside it, the Predacons began scanning new vehicle modes for the protoforms, creating the Decepticons. {{storylink|The Decepticons}} Unfortunately this development left the Predacons as second-stringers to the new troops. Sky-Byte came up with the idea to disguise themselves to get the Decepticons and Autobots to destroy each other. With typical finesse all four of them picked Optimus Prime to dress up as, but the Decepticons and Autobots ended up fighting anyway. {{storylink|Commandos}}

Digging under the volcano on [[Montrose Island]], the three Predacons were first assaulted by some bats, then chased by molten lava ("It's alive!"). Once they reached the open, Dark Scream was able to glide above the lava, which chased his two companions into the ocean. {{storylink|Volcano}} On a later mission, Sky-Byte had the trio attempt to draw Megatron's face in the ground to indicate a rendezvous point. They did get to fight X-Brawn though. {{storylink|Attack from Outer Space}}

Dark Scream was next seen kneeling before Megatron as Sky-Byte made his apologies for his latest fumble, this time claiming that Scourge had betrayed the Predacon cause. Turns out, Scourge was only pretending to be a traitor as part of an elaborate plan orchestrated by Megatron. {{storylink|The Test (episode)|The Test}}

[[File:The Fish Test Dark Scream X-Brawn.jpg|right|upright=0.95|thumb|Wait, no, I'm X-Brawn! I'm so confused.]]
Dark Scream managed to discover what the Decepticons were up to - raiding power plants, which gave Sky-Byte the idea for another plan. This resulted in Dark Scream getting dressed up as X-Brawn. The plan failed anyway, and Dark Scream's subsequent information about which power plant was going to be attacked next turned out to be incorrect, leading to problems when Sky-Byte leaked the information to the Autobots. {{storylink|The Fish Test}}

Sky-Byte and the three Predacons raided a diamond mine in Antarctica in order to lure the Autobots into a trap. The [[Build Team (RID)|Build Team]] turned up instead of the expected [[Autobot Brothers]], but Sky-Byte took their leader, [[Wedge]] captive. The Build Team tried to exchange him for a disk with a map of the [[Global Space Bridge]] and, after a chase with a penguin, the Predacons obtained their prize. Unfortunately it turned out to just be a map of some sewers. {{storylink|Wedge's Short Fuse}}

[[File:Sky-Byte Saves the Day Dark Scream.jpg|left|upright=1.1|thumb|[[wikipedia:Mazinger Z|BURESTO FAIYAA!!!]]]]
Sucked into another of Sky-Byte's plans to attack the [[CGA Tower]], the Predacon trio instead found themselves holding the building up after the shark had an abrupt change of plans and insisted everyone save the hostages. Much complaining ensued. In the end the tower was saved, but the Predacons realised they still hadn't gotten the [[O-Part]]s Sky-Byte was after. {{storylink|Sky-Byte Saves the Day}}

The Predacon trio were put in charge of guarding the Autobot Brothers after their capture. They didn't last very long when the newly arrived [[Ultra Magnus (RID)|Ultra Magnus]] came to the Autobots' rescue. {{storylink|The Two Faces of Ultra Magnus}}

Hiding in some bushes, the Predacons observed the failure of one of [[Scourge (RID)|Scourge]]'s plans and observed that he was still Megatron's favourite. They attempted to join the battle only to flee when Optimus and Ultra Magnus merged to become [[Omega Prime]]. {{storylink|Power to Burn!}}

[[File:Maximus Emerges Dark Scream beast.jpg|right|upright=1.1|thumb|I saw a squirrel! It was going like this.]]
The Predacon trio accompanied Megatron and the Decepticons to the [[Sahara]] to recover the [[Orb of Sigma]]. Their main contribution was to attempt to flee when the cavern in which the Orb was located began to collapse, and subsequently became buried under rubble. They were able to dig themselves out, only to find their energy being drained by a mysterious force. {{storylink|Peril from the Past}} This didn't seem to slow them down, as they were hanging out with Sky-Byte again soon after the Autobots found [[Cerebros (RID)|Cerebros]], and were able to snatch the 'bot while the Decepticons kept the Autobots busy. Although they turned up to the battle in Metro City to claim [[Fortress Maximus (RID)|Fortress Maximus]], their contribution to the fight was minimal. {{storylink|Maximus Emerges}}

With the Decepticons' treachery taking them out of favour with Galvatron (as Megatron had become), the Predacons found themselves moving up in the hierarchy finally. They took part in the attack on the Autobot base, and were lured into a trap by Optimus Prime. The trio wisely took shelter once the ''Megastar'' turned up to add its firepower to the fight, but the battle station was soon destroyed by Fortress Maximus. {{storylink|Surprise Attack!}} They continued to contribute little to the ongoing battle, and ended up following Sky-Byte into the Global Space Bridge when he and the Decepticons pursued the retreating Autobots in. Thus they were subsequently also trapped when Galvatron flooded the tunnel with molten lava. {{storylink|Galvatron's Revenge}} Fortunately for them, they survived and went on to face the Autobots again (and were swiftly trampled into the dirt).

After the defeat of Galvatron and his Decepticons, Slapper, Gas Skunk and Dark Scream were rounded up and shipped off to an asteroid prison colony on board Fortress Maximus. As all the other villains argued and shrieked vengeance from within their ''Phantom Zone''-like prison cells, the Predacon trio lamented that Sky-Byte had been left stranded on Earth, a fate they considered worse than incarceration. {{storylink|The Final Battle (RID)|The Final Battle}}
===Ultra Magnus...to the Rescue?===
[[File:UltraMagnustotheRescue DecepticonsPredacons.jpg|right|upright=1.1|thumb]]
Dark Scream and the Predacons participated in an Arizona raid on a human research plant, looking to steal an experimental nuclear generator. The Predacons and Decepticons were both on the mission, and the bickering between Scourge and Sky-Byte put the two groups at odds with each other. When Optimus Prime and Ultra Magnus arrived, a battle broke out, but Scourge forced a stalemate by threatening some innocent humans. The Predacons managed to stop him from hurting innocents, and Dark Scream then flew off with his friends, successfully carrying the generator behind him. {{storylink|Ultra Magnus...to the Rescue?}}
*According to the ''Car Robots'' toy catalog, Dark Scream, [[Gas Skunk]] and [[Slapper (RID)|Slapper]] make up a subgroup known as the "3 Metal Beast Brothers" (メタルビースト３兄弟 ''Metaru Bīsuto 3 Kyōdai''). Apparently [[TakaraTomy|Takara]]'s intent was to have them parallel the deluxe "Three Car Robot Brothers" (as [[Prowl (RID)|Prowl]], [[Side Burn (RID)|Side Burn]], and [[X-Brawn]] were called in Japan), but both the Japanese and American versions of the cartoon ignored them having any sort of familial relationship.
*A pre-production version of Dark Scream (well, Guildo) with brighter gold chrome appeared in the original ''Car Robots'' toy catalog.
*According to [[Fox Kids]]' (now defunct) website, the name of Dark Scream's, Gas Skunk's and Slapper's three-member team is the "Predacon Field Squadron" <ref>http://web.archive.org/web/20020124195705/http://www.foxkids.com/tvshows/transformers/characters.asp</ref> Where this name came from is unknown, as it wasn't used in the ''Robots in Disguise'' TV series dub at all. All that's known about it is that Slapper is its third member, meaning Gas Skunk and Dark Scream are the first and second (but exactly who is the first and who is the second is not known).

[[File:ReignofStarscream4 Crosshairs.jpg|upright=1.66|thumb|You call THAT a knife? THIS is a knife!]]
Some might call Autobot armorer and weapons master '''Crosshairs''' overcautious, while others might call him a huge pain in the [[Anatomic euphemism#Skidplate|skidplate]], but Crosshairs knows that he controls a vast armory that could be incredibly dangerous in the wrong hands. Thus, he sees it as his duty to protect it with his impenetrable filing system and his incessant demands for request forms - in triplicate.

Should the need to use this powerful arsenal ever arise, Crosshairs is a stickler when it comes to ''how'' all this weaponry should be used. He demands that ''every single'' unit of ammunition be monitored, dislikes it whenever a shot, blast, or discharge goes to waste, and is quite slow when it comes to combat. As a result of this, however, he's an ''extremely'' skilled and precise marksman, and is capable of fighting the fight longer due to his very conservative ammo consumption.

He is sometimes partnered with [[Sergeant Cahnay]].
Many years ago, Crosshairs was a member of [[Optimus Prime (Movie)|Optimus]]'s [[Science Division]] during the reign of Protector [[Megatron (Movie)|Megatron]]. This peaceful existence ended when a [[The Fallen|mysterious relic]] was discovered outside the [[Simfur Temple|temple]] of [[Simfur]], and Megatron changed the military's mission of defending [[Cybertron (planet)|Cybertron]] to open conquest. He listened to Optimus's pleas for them to ignore Megatron's demand and stay out of the fighting. {{storylink|Defiance issue 2|Defiance #2}}

When the civil war broke out, Crosshairs, like many scientists, joined Optimus ''Prime's'' new faction, the Autobots. He watched from a distance as the Decepticons launched the ''[[Nemesis (ROTF)|Nemesis]]'', and participated in a mission to bring [[Sentinel Prime (ROTF)|Sentinel Prime]]'s "torch" invention to the Simfur Temple. {{storylink|Foundation issue 3|Foundation #3}} At one point during the war, he fought against [[Thundercracker (Movie)|Thundercracker]]. He was present when Optimus Prime revealed his plan to capture the [[AllSpark]], and due to the lack of space on the ''[[Ark (Movie)|Ark]]'', some Autobots would have to stay behind. Crosshairs was among those who volunteered to stay. {{Storylink|Defiance issue 4|Defiance #4}}
[[File:ReignofStarscream5 Crosshairs Armorhide.jpg|left|upright=1.4|thumb|Let's do this thang.]]
Crosshairs was getting ready for a raid on the temple at [[Simfur]] when [[Clocker (Movie)|Clocker]] returned with an unexpected guest: [[Arcee (Movie)|Arcee]]. Crosshairs explained the Autobots' situation to her, then invited her along for the attack. {{storylink|The Reign of Starscream issue 4|The Reign of Starscream #4}}

He entered the frame ax-first. That's pretty awesome.

When [[Dreadwing (Movie)|Dreadwing]]'s forces betrayed [[Starscream (Movie)|Starscream]] at Simfur, Crosshairs, Clocker, [[Armorhide (Movie)|Armorhide]] and Arcee created havoc by destroying the [[replica AllSpark]] cube and fighting the rebel Decepticon forces. He decapitated [[Ramjet (Movie)|Ramjet]] when the Decepticon had pinned down Armorhide and was about to deliver the killing stroke. He managed to escape with the other Autobots when Dreadwing's starship came crashing down to [[Trypticon (Movie)|Trypticon]], destroying the once-magnificent Decepticon city. {{storylink|The Reign of Starscream issue 5|The Reign of Starscream #5}}
Thought killed by their comrades of old, they were in truth turned into henchmen for Unicron at some point in the ten years that followed his defeat.

As Unicron's Four Horsemen, they are dedicated to their servitude of the Chaos Bringer and consider themselves his finest minions. Those who would become the Four Horsemen charged into battle on Rhinox's command. Ten years later, Rhinox, Airazor, Terrorsaur and Cheetor had been fully turned into Unicron's new batch of loyal minions, serving directly under [[Alpha Quintesson]]. When Alpha Quintesson hired the [[Terrorcon (Energon)|Terrorcons]] to aid Unicron's side, War asked him if he trusted the [[Decepticon]]s and why he bothered to use them at all since the Horsemen could do the job as well, if not better. Alpha Quintesson replied that, unlike them, the Terrorcons were expendable, and that he had another task for them anyway. In reaction to [[Optimus Prime (Armada)|Optimus Prime]]'s efforts to rouse a counterforce to Unicron, the Horsemen were to travel to [[Cybertron (planet)|Cybertron]] to wreak havoc on their once-comrades. This in order to destroy what they could, but primarily delay the Autobots from leaving for [[Earth]]. {{storylink|This Evil Reborn}}
When the Horsemen arrived on Cybertron, they wasted no time on opening fire on the unsuspecting inhabitants. {{storylink|What Lies Beneath}} As the [[Autobot]]s fought back to save their hides, they recognized their former allies and enemy and realized in horror what had happened to them. Worse, the Four Horsemen made quick work of many of the Cybertronians, the outcome of the battle appearing decided from the get-go. While the other three took out whomever came within range, War specifically concentrated most of his battle efforts on Optimus Prime, taunting him through belittling and apocalyptic speeches. He was near to finishing off the [[Prime (rank)|Prime]] when the [[Omnicon]]s arrived, armed with the element of surprise, new firepower and advice from [[Over-Run (Armada)|Over-Run]] on how to turn the tide of battle. Optimus was told to connect to the [[Hub (Energon)|Hub]], something he learned only then and there to be able to do from anywhere on Cybertron. While the Omnicons bought him time, he did as instructed, unwittingly initiating a system-wide upgrade: Optimus was granted the [[Spark of Combination]] as every [[Transformer]] still alive on Cybertron was reformatted into their ''[[Transformers: Energon (franchise)|Energon]]'' form. Strengthened by the new-found ability to [[powerlinx]] between similarly sized individuals, the Autobots were able to defeat the Horsemen. War called retreat, though with the promise that the Autobots' present victory meant nothing. {{storylink|What Lies Beneath, Part Two}}

Some time thereafter, the Terrorcons' mission on Earth was not proceeding to Alpha Quintessons' wishes. Unicron's Four Horsemen thus forcibly retrieved the Terrorcons from battle through small warpgates to reassess the plans. {{storylink|What Lies Beneath, Part Four}}
* The Four Horsemen originated as a [[fanon]] idea by fans Lumpy and ORIO (formerly FREEFALL).<ref>[http://tformers.com/article.php?sid=1694 Armada Beasts: The Four Horsemen of Unicron at TFandom.com]</ref><ref>[http://tformers.com/article.php?sid=1703 2003 OTFCC Hasbro Panel Report at TFandom.com]</ref>
* The ranks of the Biblical Four Horsemen actually consist of War, ''Conquest'', Famine and Death. The inclusion of Pestilence rather than Conquest is based on a century's old misinterpretation of the text; one popular culture (such as ''Transformers'' comic books) have continued to propagate. Regarding the content above, I don't quite understand how asking these questions contributes to the article content in any way. :As to the points, the Autobots have been shown to travel to Cybertron without the Space Bridge in other stories - most notably in the Key to Vector Sigma where Omega Supreme flies them. Then there's the Autobot resistance on Cybertron. So it's entirely possible and reasonable that Megatron never factored the Space Bridge into his calculations. There are no such things as "English Numbers" and the representations of numbers that are used in English (and this episode) appear to be called "Arabic Numerals." It took quite a bit of wiki-foolery to figure out that name, however I doubt that changing this page from English Numbers to Arabic Numerals is within the scope of this wiki. Rather than answering reader's ''mail'', the irregular IDW pages respond to specific posts on IDW's message board. The answers are done by the comic's editor (starting with [[Chris Ryall]]), who is drawn ''as'' a Transformer.

==Titan Transformers Magazine==
===Transformers===
Letters are sent to Star Screams, and answered by [[Starscream (Movie)|Starscream]] with varying degrees of venom. This started in #7 (previously it was the human-answered Mech Mail), following an open call for readers to say who they wanted to answer the mail.

As well as his venom, Starscream made a number of [[Easter egg|references]] for older fans in his replies. ''Arcee's Soulmates'', a Transformers romantic personals feature, ran in the letters for a while.

===Revenge of the Fallen===
Following the reboot, the strip was renamed Law and Disorder, and [[Barricade (Movie)|Barricade]] and [[Ironhide (Movie)|Ironhide]] answered the letters. The two routinely bickered with each other and tried to score points.

From #2 to #5, Law and Disorder was shrunk from four pages to two; since the gimmick meant the replies took twice as much space, fewer letters were printed. It has since been returned to four pages.

The page also contain's ''Starscream's Stars'', a horrorscope. In it, Starscream once [[Transformers_Comic_issue_2.7#Starscream.27s_stars|insulted ''you'' personally]].
Seriously, shouldn't this redirect to Heroes of Cybertron? Can someone more skilled than I do this please? [[User:Khajidha|Khajidha]] 10:22, 25 November 2009 (EST)
:I was the one who separated the lines in the first place, although now I cannot 100% recall my reasoning why. --[[User:Monzo|Monzo]] 10:33, 25 November 2009 (EST)
::I have mocked up a combination of the two pages at User:Khajidha/sandbox/heroes. I think it still needs a rewrite to merge the two sources. I would welcome comments and/or help. [[User:Khajidha|Khajidha]] 11:47, 25 November 2009 (EST)
:::I had originally thought the two should be separate until I saw Khajidha's mock-up. Now I think they should go together. Good job there. Now let me ask this. I have box art for each of the first eight waves of the SCF line. Is there interest in adding a small image beside each indent? [[User:fairplaythings|fairplaythings]] 2:34, 11 January 2010 (EST)
::::After having the note up for several months with no negative reaction, I went ahead and did it. Didn't mean for some of the changes to be tagged as minor. [[User:Khajidha|Khajidha]] 19:00, 5 February 2010 (EST)
:::::To fairplaythings - I think that would be great. The article could use a few images, especially if they were ones that wouldn't normally be found on the character pages. [[User:Khajidha|Khajidha]] 11:44, 6 February 2010 (EST)
== Merge with SCF ==

I am reposting this from the talk page of SCF in the hopes of getting an active discussion going.
:::So, anyone know how to go about merging the two/replacing with my sandbox without losing the page histories? [[User:Khajidha|Khajidha]] 12:18, 5 February 2010 (EST)
== SCF as top line brand ==
I wanted to know whether it is worth mentioning that SCF is a top-level brand, similar to Titanium. By that I mean that SCF in Japan had more than just Transformers in it, just like Titanium also has Star Wars or Indiana Jones. Besides Transformers were SF Worlds Act 1 and 2 which were primarily of Microman/Henshin Cyborg characters. [[User:Tripredacus|Tripredacus]] 16:54, 21 October 2011 (EDT)
