Yōko Ogai (小粥 よう子 Ogai Yōko), AKA Akari Hibino (日比野 朱里 Hibino Akari), born on July 5, 1959, is a Japanese voice actress. Among her past roles are the title characters of Captain Tsubasa and Wrestler Gundan Seisenshi Robin Jr., and for some time she was married to Yōichi Takahashi, the creator of Captain Tsubasa.
