Private Dedcliff

Private Dedcliff is an Autobot-allied human from the Dark of the Moon portion of the movie continuity family.

Everyone, meet Dedcliff. Previously a promising, up and coming sergeant, his pursuit of private... stuff with Marcus' wife eventually costed him his rank and led him to an Autobot. Though little of his former self remains, he continues searching for Decepticon delicacies, and the halls of the NEST facility echo with his gunfire to this very day.

Private Clifford E. "Cliff" Deadman, codenamed Dedcliff, is odd, militarily speaking. He's Special Forces first off, which is not something you can normally be a part of when you're still a Private, not in the U.S. Army at least. He's also a wilderness survival specialist with years of experience. It's all thanks to his career being sidelined by other issues. Anyway, he's well matched with his Autobot partner Sandstorm who was designed to handle any harsh environment easily.

Ask Vector Prime

Born in Leesville, Louisiana, Cliff Deadman came from a long line of soldiers. Bouncing around from location to location as an army brat, he learned at a young age to appreciate nature in all its forms. Deadman enlisted as soon as he was eligible, working his way into Special Forces with ease. He rose to the rank of Staff Sergeant and seemed poised to make Master Sergeant until rumors broke that he was having an affair with the wife of base commander General Marcus, causing him to be busted back down to Private. He was one of the first to join NEST and was the only candidate Sandstorm was willing to partner with. Together, there is no place they cannot operate. Ask Vector Prime, 2015/09/01
