Looking at the pictures of the title pages, I don't think the individual issues have titles; there's just typical manga taglines ("The Saint of Massacres. His name is... Jaguar!!!!"). IIRC, the BWII/BWN titles were added in the TPB. Mimi (talk) 14:12, 2 March 2014 (EST)

The website does give titles, but I'm not sure if it's something official or something that person made up, but here:

• "The Rebirth of the Hero" (勇者の復活)
• "The Immortal Monster" (不死身の怪物)
• "The Jet-Black Condemned" (漆黒の断罪者)
• The Red Thread of Love and Death" (愛と死の赤い糸)
• The Dead Strike Back" (逆襲の亡者たち)

Well, we do have a scan of the FIRST BWM chapter, and I don't think it agrees with that title, so I suspect that may be the site author coming up with a name. That certainly seems to be the title page for #2 on its article, and there's no evident actual title - I think our assumption that "Raise the Curtain" was the name for #1 was wrong too, and that they don't actually have names as originally printed. - Chris McFeely (talk) 14:30, 2 March 2014 (EST)
