Aside from depicting Clancy Brown, this has nothing to do with TF: Prime. This appears to be a promo shot from ABC's Lost. Seriously, people.--Nevermore 14:39, 16 July 2011 (EDT)

Your point being? Nearly all the photos for real people such as voice actors, writers, and so forth come from non-TF sources, on account of them not physically appearing in any TF media. - Cattleprod 15:20, 16 July 2011 (EDT)
I think his point is that the copyright template used here, which says "This image is from or related to the Transformers brand, and the copyright for it is most likely owned by the company or corporation that produced it," is inaccurate. This image is not from or related to the Transformers brand, after all. --KilMichaelMcC 16:50, 16 July 2011 (EDT)
Exactly. If anything, we need a more accurate description (which I could get, with this being from Lost), but I'm not sure which copyright template to use. There ought to be one better than this, though.--Nevermore 17:51, 16 July 2011 (EDT)
Sorry about that then, it looked like you were complaining about it simply being a non-TF related image. - Cattleprod 22:52, 16 July 2011 (EDT)
So what now, do we have a suitable template, or do we discuss about my intentions some more and then ignore the issue and leave the picture with an inappropriate template because the matter is "too irrelevant"?--Nevermore 06:25, 18 July 2011 (EDT)
I don't think we currently have a template more suitable than {{fairuse{{#if:||{{{2}}}|}}}}. I'd be in favour of a template for pictures of actors/crew/etc, though this picture is more in need of a decent description of the photo's context and who the copyright holder is. --abates 06:56, 18 July 2011 (EDT)
Better?--Nevermore 15:04, 18 July 2011 (EDT)
Yes, I think that is better. Looking at the template, the wording is not far off what would be appropriate. Maybe we could add a "nonTF" flag to the fairuse template to modify the wording a bit. --abates 17:00, 18 July 2011 (EDT)
