Does this image actually need the "copyrighted by" disclaimer? Even as a derivative work (there's a faction symbol there, and the character is based on a trademarked character, modeled after a copyrighted mold) it's a stretch. That's rather my point. The "Cryotektheft.jpg" image has the standard "This image © Hasbro, Takaratomy, or both" disclaimer. I question its necessity. Unless FP's bought the rights to it's usage (or Trent signed them over), I'd say we've got full rights to use it, without even getting into "Fair Use" doctrine.--G.B. This is work done by Trent Troop for Fun Publications, the same way that Simon Furman does work for IDW. --ItsWalky 03:49, 27 February 2008 (UTC)
