Liquid Velcro!, prime collector of White Cabnus merchandise, is under the impression that the body that goes with the speaker is in fact unlicensed/some kind of knockoff. Anyone care to investigate this? --Monzo 07:26, 31 December 2010 (EST)

TFSource lists it as a "custom figure" (ie a third-party unlicensed product), so I'd be inclined to agree. How on Earth did this one (and the Prime one) remain under our radar so long? --Detour 07:40, 31 December 2010 (EST)
Ooh, wait, you're talking about the body itself. Well, worst comes to worst we can revert to the image that didn't use the body. --Detour 07:42, 31 December 2010 (EST)
... why did you link to a Castlevania screenshot? --Monzo 07:49, 31 December 2010 (EST)
....I didn't. ¬.¬ --Detour 09:50, 31 December 2010 (EST)

You know, I can't even figure out who manufactured this stupid thing. McFeely (I assume) had it listed under Most Wanted, but BBTS has it by Miracle Plus Ltd., who seem to be these guys based out of Hong Kong (which would jibe with it being a pan-Asian but not Takara release, though they just seem to be a licensor). The initial announcement of the giant body - which we don't think is licensed - does seem to have it be by Most Wanted, going by this old Seibertron report, but the current BBTS listing for both the speaker and the body attribute it to Miracle Plus. We might have to go board-trawling to figure out the full story here. --Monzo 01:56, 11 December 2011 (EST)
