Gyroscopic destabilizer

After being partnered with the Decepticon Targetmaster Quake, Tiptop gained the ability to transform into a gyroscopic destabilizer that disorientates its targets, presumably so that Quake can blast them with Heater in double photon pistol mode. The two weapons are also capable of combining.
