Michael "Mike" O'Sullivan is an American writer and editor who edited The Art of War and Black Horizon Transformers/G.I. Joe crossover miniseries. He wrote and edited many of Devil's Due's G.I. Joe books, and currently writes for the Official Handbook of the Marvel Universe.
