The Nursery is the leading source of agricultural research on the planet Nebulos. For thousands of years, the terraced facility has provided Nebulans with new sources of food, medicine, fibers, and more. A vital part of the planet's ancient democracy, the Nursery makes its discoveries free to all.

In the time of Galen and Zarak, its head biological engineer was Selani.

Really, what did they think was gonna happen?

Upon hearing that Lord Zarak was planning a hostile takeover of the Nursery, several Nebulans ventured out to join the exiled Autobots, bio-engineering themselves into replacement weapons for them so they could ask for their help in defending the facility. These newly minted Targetmasters traveled to defend the Nursery.

Selani welcomed them and thanked them for their offer of help. That help turned into a curse, however, when Scorponok and the Terrorcons arrived, eagerly attacking the Autobots. In the raging battle that followed, much of the Nursery was reduced to collapsed and flaming rubble, until the Autobots retreated to avoid damaging it further. The sight of the ruined facility finally shocked Zarak into realizing just how far he had sunk into Decepticon madness. Brothers in Armor!!
