Vintage Salvage Depot for the Discriminating Nostalgist
- Denny's Vintage Salvage Depot for the Discriminating Nostalgist is a business from the Robots in Disguise portion of the Aligned continuity family.

Denny Clay's Vintage Salvage Depot for the Discriminating Nostalgist is a sprawling section of land outside Crown City, though most other people simply refer to it as a scrapyard. It holds a vast collection of what most people might regard as junk, but what Denny regards as highly valuable memorabilia and antique collectibles. Lately it also contains the remains of a crashed Autobot prison ship, and a number of stasis pods containing recaptured Decepticons.
Fiction

[edit]Russell was forced to stay at the scrapyard while his mother was in Europe. The Alchemor crashed in the forest nearby and scattered its cargo of stasis pods over the nearby area. Pilot (Part 1) The Decepticon Underbite, attracted by the temptation of food, entered the scrapyard pursued by Bumblebee's team of Autobots. During the fight, Underbite caught sight of Crown City itself, and left the scrapyard. After Underbite was captured, the Autobots moved pieces of the Alchemor and some stasis pods in to the scrapyard. Pilot (Part 2)

Sideswipe's antics while trying to annoy Strongarm resulted in the destruction of a number of vintage pinball machines. W.W.O.D.? A group of the Kospego's followers visited the scrapyard to purchase materials to construct a space bridge. As the Kospego Commands! Fellow collector Larry LaRue tried to feature Denny's scrapyard on a show he was working on, breaking in when Denny refused. Larry inadvertently obtained footage of Fixit and Denny was forced to sell him a bunch of stuff. Collect 'Em All
Fixit rigged up an alarm system for the scrapyard. Minitron gained access to the scrapyard by virtue of taking control of Grimlock, stealing Underbite's stasis pod in the process. True Colors Fixit reorganized the scrapyard in retaliation for Denny trying to help with his work. Rumble in the Jungle Ped attacked the scrapyard during Jazz's visit, stealing some of the Autobots' energon supply. They later lured him back there and successfully captured him in a stasis pod. Can You Dig It?
Fracture was able to snatch members of Bumblebee's team from the scrapyard. During the eventual showdown, Fracture's ship was crashed into the middle of the scrapyard. Hunting Season Jetstorm's escape pod crashed in the scrapyard after he left Drift's employ, damaging a couple of the stasis pods and allowing Quillfire and Springload's escape. One of Our Mini-Cons Is Missing The scrapyard was flooded during an underwater GroundBridge incident, requiring extensive cleanup. Deep Trouble
Unbeknownst to the other Autobots, Fixit had been adding hidden laser weapons to the scrapyard, which were activated when Denny accidentally reactivated Fixit's guard programming. The Trouble with Fixit Steeljaw and his team were able to briefly take over the scrapyard, bypassing the defense system and setting up a subsonic field to prevent the Autobots from re-entering. Eventually the Autobots were able to get Jetstorm and Slipstream inside to turn the field off, and retook the scrapyard. Lockout
Fixit put the scrapyard on lockdown while the Autobots were out on a mission, however Fracture managed to gain entry by tricking Russell with a hologram of Hank. Luckily Optimus Prime picked that moment to return from the dead, and was able to take out Fracture. Battlegrounds, Part 1 After an explosion took the GroundBridge out of commission, the scrapyard was again briefly invaded, this time by Overload. Overloaded, Part 1
Steeljaw again managed to infiltrate the scrapyard by showing up wounded and then using subsonics to escape the stasis pod they placed him in, enabling him to liberate a number of the imprisoned Decepticons. Misdirection Fixit's repairs to the GroundBridge inadvertently freed Soundwave from the Shadowzone, and he began using the material in the scrapyard to build a transmitter to summon Megatron until the Autobots were able to send him back through a portal. Portals The scrapyard was also invaded at one point by Aerobolt and his fellow Mini-Cons, drawn there by the readings from a high energy pulse generator which had been destroyed some time prior to their arrival. Mighty Big Trouble
A massive attack on the part of Steeljaw and his pack forced the Autobots to abandon the scrapyard, instead taking up residence in the nearby cave system. Exiles Denny and Sideswipe eventually undertook a stealth mission to the scrapyard so they could retrieve some belongings. Collateral Damage With the immediate threat from the Decepticons quelled, the Autobots returned to the scrapyard permanently, though not without Underbite escaping and eating a chunk of the GroundBridge. Something He Ate Wingcode invaded the scrapyard by air while Fixit had the security system powered down for maintenance. Sick as a Bot Following the liberation of Cybertron, Bumblebee and his team returned to the scrapyard on a permanent basis as ambassadors. Freedom Fighters

Thanks to some cloning technology, the scrapyard was overrun with Insecticons. Using a variety of weapons, the Autobots fought their way through the Insecticon hordes, eventually finding Needler. They defeated the Insecticon and rid the scrapyard of the infestation, though it was just the beginning of their troubles as the Insecticons had spread to areas of Crown City as well.
