The Turbo Cycle is an Action Master vehicle or Autobot from the Generation 1 continuity family.

Either watch where you're aiming or where you're driving, just pick one.

When Prowl became an Action Master, he adopted the Turbo Cycle as his vehicle to greatly augment his speed and firepower. The Turbo Cycle is equipped with a dual missile launcher, and features titanium belted tires and a hydro-injected rocket engine for enhanced performance. When transformed, it trades mobility for firepower, becoming a battle emplacement armed with a rocket bomb launcher.

Prowl's Turbo Cycle is a sleek racing bike that can seat any normal Action Master figure. It has holes and pegs to mount both Prowl's Gatling-style handgun and the two missiles on its front sides.

The cycle transforms into a field artillery platform by partially dis-assembling the bike, removing its wheel assembly and front lower cowling to form a stand and blast shields. Pressing a button on the vehicle's side flips up the rear section via spring-loaded mechanism, exposing a central cannon. While this gun is non-firing, you can plug the small missiles into the end of the barrel. The cycle's gas tank cover pops off to become a small shield any Action Master figure can use.

An undocumented feature of the toy is that the cowling assembly can be pegged into the screw hole on Prowl's back, allowing him to somewhat mimic his original toy's door-wing appearance.

The set came with the Action Master figure of Prowl.
