If you have just installed MediaWiki

You probably installed from Git, or directly from the source code using some other method. This is expected. Try installing some skins from mediawiki.org's skin directory, by:

Downloading the tarball installer, which comes with several skins and extensions. You can copy and paste the skins/ directory from it.
Downloading individual skin tarballs from mediawiki.org.
Using Git to download skins.

Doing this should not interfere with your Git repository if you're a MediaWiki developer.

If you have just modified LocalSettings.php: Double-check the skin names for typos.

From Primax 406.3 Eta in the year 2009, a Megatron attacked the Primax 903.0 Beta Alternity Optimus Prime in Tyran 407.1 Beta in the year 2011. Megatron left the universe to the Tyran one to propose a game to Optimus. He would give his energies to the Decepticons of his home universe, Primax 1286.3 Kappa, in 2005 while Optimus could only give his power to one of his choosing. Optimus gave his power to Ultra Magnus and the game of death and suffering began. To Die Game!

Tyran 407.1 Beta is the universal stream designation of the 2007 movie toyline bios. Its specifications come from the release date of Protoform Optimus Prime and Protoform Starscream.
