Editing Transformers Hall of Fame/2017

[[2017]] was the eighth year of the [[Transformers Hall of Fame]]. As with the previous few years, fans had the opportunity to vote in three categories: favorite character, movie character, and favorite toy. Previously inducted characters were eligible to be nominated for the movie category.

== Nomination process ==
Between [[July 10]]th and [[July 17]]th, ''Transformers'' fan sites held individual polls to determine the nominees for the final ballot. Sites which participated included the AllSpark, TFW2005, TFormers, Seibertron, Unicron.com, BWTF, and TFWiki.net. The voting to decide the final inductees was held via on the official ''Transformers'' Facebook page starting on [[July 20]] — as in 2016, votes were made by commenting on the post and listing hashtags corresponding to the characters:
