The '''Blue Order''' (ブルーオーダー ''Burū Ōdā'') is one of seven colored orders of the [[Primus Vanguard]], led by [[Blue Big Convoy]], who carries the [[α Matrix]], also known as the Blue Matrix, and the [[Matrix Sword]]. Their base is the [[Blue Planet (Generations)|Blue Planet]].

The Primus Vanguard was made up of warriors from various [[universal stream|dimensions]] who fought to defend the universe from internal threats and extradimensional intruders. The Matrix Sword they passed down from leader to leader allowed them to defeat all their foes and bring about peace, only for two Straxuses to conspire to infect their comrades with programs that made them turn on each other. As the Vanguard fell to infighting, the leader perished and the Matrix Sword was stolen by Straxus. {{storylink|Cybertron Magna Convoy}} The programs also granted sentience to [[Magna Convoy]], previously a Primus Vanguard support drone, who as the last member of the Vanguard swore on his predecessors that he would recover the sword. {{storylink|Cybertron Magna Convoy prequel comic}} After succeeding, Magna Convoy detected signs that other members may have survived, though he recognized that the Primus Vanguard of old was no more and sought to recreate them anew. {{storylink|Cybertron Magna Convoy}}
