'''Best Join''' was a [[Taiwan|Taiwanese]] toy company which served as the [[pre-Transformers]] manufacturer for 1985's "Radio Robot" - a Transformers [[Knockoff|bootleg]] mashing together Generation 1 [[Megatron (G1)/toys#The Transformers|Megatron]]'s head, [[Blaster (G1)|Blaster]]'s hops, [[Omega Supreme (G1)|Omega Supreme]]'s arms, and [[Soundwave (G1)/toys#The Transformers|Soundwave]]'s lower legs - that was strangely released in 1987 by Argentinian company [[Comando Toys]] as [[Radio AM Robot]], fully bearing the official ''Transformers'' license.

It is possible that Best Join is a rebranding of another Taiwanese company called Tai Fong, as they had released another Transformers-inspired working radio toy called "Robotic Radio" just the year before which uses the same pieces for the dials and has a similar copyright stamp. Notably, Tai Fong released quite a few other Transformers-like toys <ref>https://playoldtoys.blogspot.com/2018/10/tai-fong.html</ref>, whereas Best Join seems to be virtually unknown besides their Radio Robot (the company's name doesn't even show up on the packaging of its one known pre-Comando Toys release, only on the copyright stamp in its rear!).
