==Synopsis==
Both the Minibot Attack Team and Spy Team have excavated a mech who had been buried underground, to [[Warpath (G1)|Warpath]]'s surprise and [[Cliffjumper (G1)|Cliffjumper]] says they'll have to report their discovery back to the Autobot base. [[Cosmos (G1)|Cosmos]] gets another energy response, so they head off to check it out. Unnoticed, the mysterious mech's hand starts moving...

Finding [[Dinobot (BW)|Dinobot]]'s body, they wonder if he's an Autobot. Said [[Predacon (BW)|Predacon]] suddenly wakes up ticked off, and goes on about wanting to find satisfaction in fighting of this era, etc. [[Hot Rod (HH)|Hot Rod]], now fully awake and with his partner [[Jolt (HH)|Jolt]], retorts about Dinobot's paleolithic thinking, and goes to show off his stylish style of fighting. Both Minibot Teams join in the fight against the ''Velociraptor''.

Eventually they fight to a standstill, both admitting warrior's respect for each other. Dinobot, now bearing the [[Maximal]] symbol, proposes they become a team and that he should be the leader. Hot Rod thinks that's unreasonable and instead proposes being friends.

Unfortunately back at base, Dinobot meeting [[Grimlock (G1)|Grimlock]] is basically asking for it (tête-à-tête, anyone?), much to Hot Rod's dismay and [[Optimus Prime (G1)|Optimus]]'s chagrin.
