The '''Autobot Rebellion''' is the point in time when the [[Autobot]]s ancestors rose up against their [[Quintesson]] masters and forced them off the planet [[Cybertron (planet)|Cybertron]].

Masterminded by [[A3]], the Rebellion sought to overthrow the Quintessons and free the [[Cybertronian]]s from their life of slavery. However, the Quintessons were protected by their [[Dark Guardian]] robots that sought to protect their overlords from harm and enforced their will. A3 managed to find a means to deactivate the machines through the use of the [[Coda Remote]] which left the Quintessons helpless during the resulting rebellion.

Millions of years later, the Quintessons sought to stop the Autobot Rebellion by using a [[Time Window]] to abduct A3 before the uprising occured. However, the intervention of the Autobots stopped the Quintesson plan from coming to fruitition. {{storylink|Forever Is a Long Time Coming}}
