Topping 45 feet in height, he would have towered over the competition at a staggering 120 feet if his physical structure could only support his colossal weight of 45 tons, not forcing him to go on all fours instead.

The fusion of the Constructicons has produced a mind that's very much less than the sum of its parts. Intelligence goes out the window, with Devastator relying on almost pure instinct in battle.
