'''Erasto Khalfani''' is a 29 year old Somali national. Deep down, he isn't a violent man, but he also isn't afraid of taking risks. Fishing just wasn't earning him enough money so he became a [[Wikipedia:Piracy in Somalia|pirate captain]]. He was pretty successful, too, earning him and his crew a sizable pirate's booty. His raids often went smoothly, and it was rare that anyone got hurt except for the occasional blow to the head. Their targets usually give them what they want so they will go without trouble.

Khalfani's crew targeted the freighter ''[[Pearl of India]]'' while traveling through the Gulf of Aden. Little did the pirates know, the ''Pearl'' was transporting a [[N.E.S.T.]] unit to [[Diego Garcia]]. The crew seemed oddly calm as the pirates started barking their orders. While Khalfani was on the main deck admiring a black pickup truck, it transformed and aimed a large cannon at him! [[Ironhide (Movie)|Ironhide]] let the pirates off easy and only made them walk the plank. The pirates got back into their boats and fled.
