Some wish '''Red Alert'''<nowiki>'</nowiki>s bedside manner were as delicate as her surgical abilities.  However, the enviable level of her skill more than compensates for her gruff demeanor.  She's replaced her left hand with an apparatus that can scan patients and emit various hard-light surgical tools.  She serves as a field medic under [[Rodimus Prime (Animated)|Rodimus Prime]]'s command.

Later, she was seen alongside her fellow Autobots [[Ironhide (Animated)|Ironhide]], [[Brawn (Animated)|Brawn]], [[Hot Shot (Animated)|Hot Shot]], and [[Rodimus Prime (Animated)|Rodimus Prime]] near a Space Bridge node fighting Decepticons.  Her services were called into action when Hot Shot was hit by [[Strika (Animated)|Strika]]—his leg was badly damaged and she told him it would have to be amputated, despite his protests. Her bedside manner didn't help when she told Hot Shot that a new one would be delivered in six to eight deca-cycles. Before the leg could be amputated, she was captured, swallowed, coated in explosive goo, and spit back out by [[Spittor (Animated)|Spittor]].
