Conncarry was one of the techs involved in [[Sector Seven]]'s ''[[Ghost 1]]'' project, communicating with the ship from the Sector Seven base. After the ship ended up in a distant star system, among [[Transformer|alien forces]], and the crew told they should prepare to sacrifice themselves if necessary, Conncarry attempted to keep the communication channels open. He reported to communications director [[Christolph Smythe]] that they'd lost contact. Smythe told him to try pinging the ship, and if it responded, to pass on authorization to attempt a return journey to Earth.
