Before [[Soundwave (Animated)|Soundwave]] created [[Laserbeak (Animated)|Laserbeak]] and [[Ratbat (Animated)|Ratbat]], he started with prototypes culled from [[Sumdac Systems]] technology.  '''Wingthing''' was one of these prototypes.  Though she and her fellow prototypes were not a successful attempt at machine life, Soundwave nevertheless released them into [[Detroit]], sowing chaos.  

She screams.  A lot.  Like, it's psychologically impossible for her not to.
