'''Victor Caroli''' is an American voice actor.  In addition to his work on ''Transformers'' he was also the narrator for the TV series ''Robotix'', narrator of [[wikipedia:Thundercats|ThunderCats]] toy commercials and the quasi-satanic centaur villain '''Tirac''' in the ''[[My Little Pony]]'' pilot. Recently, he has been the narrator for select Hot Wheels commercials.  He can also currently be heard as the narrator on the show ''Extreme Forensics'' on the Investigation Discovery channel.
