As part of their campaign to kidnap [[Mini-Con]]s, the [[Decepticon]]s first attacked various villages in the Mini-Con Sector. To protect themselves, the Mini-Cons at Village C52 set up an [[energon dome]] that covered the village, but this did not protect against underground assault. [[Cyclonus (Armada)|Cyclonus]] rose from the ground and destroyed the shield generator, allowing other Decepticons to enter the village and take the Mini-Cons hostage. Only [[Sparkplug (Armada)|Sparkplug]] managed to escape their attention.

Soon, the [[Autobot]]s came to investigate the string of Decepticon attacks at Village C52, but found little to go on. {{storylink|Dreamwave Armada issue 1|Armada #1}}
