[[William Fowler|Agent Fowler]] made use of the office in Hanger E after the destruction of the [[Autobot Outpost Omega One|silo the Autobots had been using as a base]]. {{storylink|Darkmount, NV}} Following the destruction of [[Darkmount (Earth)|Darkmount]], the Autobots moved in to Hanger E. {{storylink|Rebellion (Prime)|Rebellion}} They installed the [[GroundBridge]] salvaged from the derelict [[Harbinger]], and other equipment salvaged from the ruins of their old base, though not without [[Wheeljack (Prime)|Wheeljack]] damaging the building by throwing a lobbing ball at [[Bulkhead (Prime)|Bulkhead]]. {{storylink|Project Predacon}}

[[Soundwave (WFC)|Soundwave]] was taken there after he was captured, as it was shielded against all transmissions. The [[Decepticon]]s soon learned of its location when [[Laserbeak (WFC)|Laserbeak]] tailed Fowler back there and freed Soundwave. {{storylink|Minus One}} [[Starscream (WFC)|Starscream]] and a squad of [[Vehicon (Prime)|Vehicons]] attacked the base, leveling the hanger marked 'E' with missiles.
