:If you have access to Microsoft PowerPoint, a quick method is to open a new presentation, paste the two photos in and arrange them next to each other, select both images at once by holding CTRL and clicking them both, and then finally right-clicking them and choosing 'Save as picture'. Otherwise, you can use a basic image editor like MS Paint - drag the corner handle to make the white image area really big, paste in the photos and arrange them, and then drag the image area smaller again to fit around them before saving.
