==Synopsis==
The [[Decepticon Justice Division]] set their ship down on [[Clemency]]. The [[Phase Sixer]] [[Black Shadow (Victory)|Black Shadow]], currently on the run for taking bribes from Autobots, is on the planet attempting to hide in the wrecked spacecraft left behind from a previous war. He stumbles on [[Flywheels]] and the other Scavengers, who soon discover that the DJD has arrived and prepare for the fight of their lives.
