His drive across a frozen lake promptly upsets a number of shelters set up by fishermen, and he clumsily breaks an oil pipeline, sending oil flooding out onto the snow. His shenanigans are detected by the Go-Bot Protectors, and [[Speed-Bot]] immediately recognises him from training classes back in [[Botropolis]]. As [[Aero-Bot]] orders [[Beast-Bot]] and Speed-Bot to get ready to depart, [[Kid-Bot]] and [[Gas-Bot]] sneak off. The oil tanker goes skidding back down the mountain, and Aero-Bot only narrowly avoids a catastrophe by stopping it before it hits an oil storage facility. [[Strong-Bot]] reports from the [[Go-Pod]] that Kid-Bot and Gas-Bot are mysteriously missing, and the duo in question promptly reveal themselves from their hiding place in Speed-Bot's trunk. They make a token attempt to help with the oil pipeline, only to get in trouble and require Beast-Bot's help. Mototron tries to get Speed-Bot to race him, but Speed-Bot is as disinterested in the idea as Aero-Bot was. Kid-Bot and Gas-Bot are not as discerning, and chase Mototron into an abandoned mine. Alarmed, Speed-Bot is forced to go in after them. The two small Go-Bots fall into a railcar and begin a headlong race through the mine, while Speed-Bot takes a wrong turn. Meanwhile, Mototron causes a cave-in, which traps Kid-Bot and Gas-Bot.

Outside, Aero-Bot finally reaches the top of the mountain with his tanker, and Beast-Bot redirects the oil pipeline into it, allowing the repair crew to start their work. Strong-Bot and Buzzer-Bot alert the two Go-Bots to the dangerous cave-in occurring in the mine. Speed-Bot manages to rescue Kid-Bot and Gas-Bot, and get clear of the mine, however Mototron is caught in the collapse mere feet from the mine entrance. Speed-Bot pulls him out with a tow-line, before delivering the mandatory lecture. Mototron promises to return to Botropolis to train hard. Aero-Bot assigns extra chores to Kid-Bot and Gas-Bot as punishment for sneaking out, but the pair seem surprisingly happy at the prospect.
