==Synopsis==
On [[ABN]], [[Rook (SG)|Rook]] greets his "loyal", enforced viewership, reporting that an unidentified energy burst has been detected. While the cause is unknown, the burst is similar to one from a quadricycle ago, and the fact that the burst is near the former [[Durax Hospital for Protoforms]] has Rook quickly claiming that it was caused by the Decepticons rebuilding the facility. Rook rhetorically asks his audience how [[protoforms]] will ever learn if they have medibots to repair them for every time they hurt themselves. Still, the [[Autobot Civil Security Corps]] has yet to confirm any suspicions, and Rook tells his audience to tune in at 2300, where he'll explain how this is probably the fault of the Decepticons.
