* The Bermuda Triangle is ~~a possible~~ location for the ~~crash site of the '~~'~~Victory~~ in the ~~The Transformers~~ cartoon~~. No information of~~ its location was ever given, but the idea of the Decepticons having an underwater base goes back to the CBS pitch, with the network notes mentioning that "Hasbro thinks that both the Autobots and Decepticons crashed into a volcano. Marvel prefers to base the Decepticons under the Bermuda Triangle." *In early production material, such as the CBS network notes, the Bermuda Triangle is the proposed location for the Decepticons' underwater base. The Decepticon Headquarters does exist in the original cartoon, but its location was never established.
