	After having captured the [[Autobot]] [[Pretender]]s [[Cloudburst]] and [[Landmine (G1)\|Landmine]], Master Mouth intended to eat the pair, so as to replace another Autobot they had previously allowed to escape, [[Sky Lynx (G1)\|Sky Lynx]]. *Cruncher is only referred to by name once, and he is off-panel at the time. Though he can be presumed to be the Mecannibal working "the scoop" when it appears, that Mecannibal doesn't have any distinguishing features to differentiates it from the rest of its kind. As such, it's impossible to tell if Cruncher has any other appearances.
