[[Hot Shot (Prime)\|Hot Shot]] is disappointed that they're not just taking a holiday, but [[Perceptor (Prime)\|Perceptor]]'s holographic presentation on diamonds gives him enthusiasm again. Perceptor and the recruits head out, only for the alarm to go off — [[Heatwave (RB)\|Heatwave]] and [[Bumblebee (WFC)\|Bumblebee]] arrive with the news there are meteors heading towards [[Iacon (polity)\|Iacon City]] on [[Cybertron (planet)\|Cybertron]] and they need Grimlock's help. Unfortunately this means Sludge and Snarl are the only ones left to look after the academy, so Heatwave reluctantly leaves them in charge.

			The pair start off by skateboarding through the academy, and progress to using the racing track as a water slide, misusing the wind tunnel, and demolishing a sim city in Hero Hall. They're resting in the middle of the mess they've made when the alarm goes off. There's a construction incident at [[Mount Griffin]] and the [[Rescue Bot]]s are needed, however Sludge is perturbed when Snarl claims he and Sludge are Rescue Bots. Snarl is sure they can handle whatever's happening... until they arrive at the site, see the unstable construction platform and realize they're out of their depth. For lack of any better ideas, the two Dinobots scale the mountain behind the platform and somehow manage to jump over to it. Using a girder as a makeshift seesaw, Snarl gets Sludge to the crane at the top and Sludge uses it to pick up Snarl. Swinging from the crane, Snarl uses his tail to move the platform back to a stable position. The saved humans cheer the two Dinobots.

			Heatwave and the others return through the [[space bridge]], bracing themselves to see what chaos they're going to come back to, only to find Snarl and Sludge cleaning and claiming nothing at all went wrong. Perceptor arrives back with the recruits, and Hot Shot's comment about pressure allowing gems to form causes the two Dinobots to laugh, before quickly getting back to cleaning.
