When Frank and [[Mrs. Murphy|his wife]] got a dog, they named it [[Heatwave (dog)|Heatwave]]. One morning, Frank went hiking with Heatwave but got caught in a blizzard, sprained his ankle and lost his backpack and phone. He ended up trapped in a cave after the entrance was covered in snow, until he was found by the [[Rescue Bot]] recruits with the help of Heatwave.
