*This story is a quick-and-dirty retelling of the Generation 1 Marvel Comics. As such, it would be easier to point out the similarities and differences instead of describing the events.
**Pre-[[Ark (G1)|Ark]] launch Transformer history is roughly accurate to American [[The Transformers (issue)|issue #1]]. It ignores later [[Primus]]-related [[retcon]]s and instead sticks with the idea that Transformers originated through [[atechnogenesis|mechanical evolution]].
**Similar to the [[The Transformers (cartoon)|cartoon]], Optimus Prime took the Ark out to search for energy instead of clearing asteroids.
**The Ark accidentally crashed on Earth instead of being an intentional act by Optimus Prime.
